    Thanks! 🙏 I have had a healthy diet since age 30 and am now 41 and get plenty of exercise but I just gave up cookies and ice cream 🍨 the past month.

    I'm sorry but I had a membership with Planet fitness for a year. I only lost a few pounds. So I cancelled my membership. I wasn't persistent but when I went I worked out hard on the treadmill 😂
    I'm a 52 year old woman. I'm not obese. I'm a size 14. I lost weight when I started back working as a CNA. You gone lose some weight 😂
