Trail Camera | Hare Boxing Match [2/2021]

One of our trail cameras in Fox Hollow captured two black-tailed hares having a boxing match! This behavior is typically observed during the spring mating season when a female hare (a doe) wants to let a buck know he's being too persistent.

Nobody knows where “Fox Hollow” is bud.. Please give detailed location. This is extremely important for species identification and conservation. Turn your cute videos into scientific data that can help this hare species, which from your poor naming I assume to be Lepus californicus. They are in trouble. Help save them.
