Oh how cool, I have never seen a fox looks like that! How odd, I have watched tons of nature documentaries etc and thought if seen almost all if not all animals over the years, but actually I realise I haven´t seen a fox that grey and looking like that, and I bet it is so common there lol. Well once again though it proves foxes are very cunning, believe me no one wants to take a cat on, they are seriously not to be messed with when they go for it. However judging by their body language and eye contact or more importantly how it was broken several times, this was just curiosity and a friendly hello more than it were any chance of a confrontation.

Twice I have seen (red) fox and domestic cats meet up. Each time they both just avoided each other.

There should be no feral cats or dogs. We have failed our domestic animals. Every dog, cat, horse, should have a home. When our LORD comes back he will fix these things.

I'm convinced urban feral cats have evolved into the most vicious animal on the planet behind the honey badger. Seriously. I see dogs running from cats nowadays.

I saw a fox approach a halloween lawn decoration of a black cat silhouette and it jumped in terror when it saw it.

The black cat SEEMED calm, cool and collected. But it had to shake off all the emotions it was holding inside after the fox left!

they must know each other cause the black cats tail wasn't on turbo alert and that posture is only at medium threat level. that fox would have no chance against that cat. way too small.

Don’t kid yourself foxes can be cat killing machines. Almost as bad a coyotes .

We have several urban foxes come into our yard and they and our big old cat never have a problem. Foxes know not to tangle with cats - they can be blinded. But I have seen kittens being taken by foxes.

There's always a rebel in every family and momma has to clamp down. 🦝
