No, there are so many cheaper alts for street photography. This does not have a viewfinder which is pretty nice for photos. The photos on this camera is about the same as $200 2017 cameras.
@@myidham1984Thats true, the Lumix LX10/15 has a f1.4 aperture at 24mm. It does have other strengths as well, but that model doesn’t get you to 18mm like the ZV1 mii. The auto focus on the Lumix LX10/15 is not touted as being the best. When shooting in 4k it has a very appreciable crop, (1.5x), making the 24mm focal length more like 37mm, which is a little hard to vlog with but can get you additional zoom length at its longer 70mm end, (more like 105mm). Decisions descions.
@@myidham1984Yeah, at 1:09 he did say that the ZV1 mii’s f1.8 aperture is the fastest he has seen, at 18mm. Referencing your comment, the Lumix Lx10/15 has a f1.4 aperture at 24mm. The lumix LX10/15 does not have f1.4 at 18mm, (it doesn’t have 18mm at all).
There is a panasonic model, (Lumix LX10/15), which actually has a f1.4 aperture at the 24mm end of it’s 24-70mm zoom lens. I think the speaker is saying the ZV1’s f1.8 is the fastest aperture he has seen on a 18mm focal length.
I just bought the Sony ZV 1 Mark II from what I’ve seen compared to the canon it’s the better one overall, I’m going to buy the Sony ZV 10 Mark II when it comes down in price because I think Sony has better lenses
Yah its a great photo camera. Depends on what you're definition of good is. It wont be as good as full frame mirrorless but within the realm of compact cameras it is one the BEST
Cameras used to be cheaper, relatively speaking, but since casual people prefer to shoot with smartphones nowadays, camera companies don't have an incentive to release cheap cameras anymore. They get better profits from the pro-sumer and professional markets.
@@TechThroughTheLens I was looking for HX 99 but its not there anywhere and even in used market.. But youtube is full of videos. Same for Panasonic ZS80. All good affordable camera's have tons of videos but not available anywhere
The in camera stabilization is not overly impressive, but Sony offers the free Catalyst Browse software which’ll allow you to get handheld video as stable as you want, (at the expense of a crop and processing time), in post. Catalyst Browse is very redeeming for me. For in camera stabilization go with the Olympus micro 4/3 cameras. Olympus has class leading video stabilization and a larger 4/3 sensor than the 1inchers you’ll find with Sony, Cannon, yielding better colors and low light results. The Olympus PEN series, (latest PEN EP-7 2021), has an even smaller body than the ZV1 (believe it or not), has interchangeable lenses, and has better in camera stabilization. Additionally, -extra dials and buttons for photo centric manual shooters -EVF -Flash -tilt up/down screen -more advanced color profile engine -silver and black aesthetic is gorgeous It doesn’t have a mic input jack and still uses micro usb but The PEN EP7 in my mind is a better all around camera and worth taking a look at for comparable price.
⭐Sony ZV-1 Mark II

Have you tested it alongside the pocket 3?
Thx, great video!
I saw on Amazon for between $728.67 and $898.00. Is that correct?
Yah you should bet the range. Just depends ont he exact seller
Would you consider this a good budget camera for a beginner in street photography

@@SwanChairUhHi, which camera would you recommend for that price?
Hi, can you please make a video about the cameras with high auality video that is being use for makeup videos?
Sony A7c with Sony 50 lens
Is this also good for product reviews?
Can you transfer photos to a iPhone 15 pro? And how many megapixels in the camera?
yes you can and 20 mp
Its not the best aperture because lumix lx15 have f1.4 aperture

@@Cthames123 im just stating the fact only on the aperture. Yes zv1 better in most other aspect especially in autofocus

The lumix LX10/15 does not have f1.4 at 18mm, (it doesn’t have 18mm at all).
Hi thanks for this video. Im wondering where did you get the white color? I cant find it anywhere but its so pretty
Completely new to vlogging and content creating. Can zv1 mark it be used as a action camera?
no
Articulating screen probably doesn’t help if you’re filming a desk?
For photography? Travel ? Only for stills?
This camera has better mic than your studio setup...
Can I change lenses?
No, you need the ZV-E10.
yes, you can put a 24-70mm zv1 lens
The RX100 series had f1.8 on the wide end right from the start up to the RX100 VA.
… and f2.8 on the long end, which is 70mm on the RX100 VA and some of its predecessors. 🙂

also look into the ricoh griix if you want a really high end compact photography camera
Also Canon used a proprietary hot shoe on the R50
Bro do you need a TH-cam thumbnail designer
No, flashback?! I was 👌 close to purchasing!
why o why do cameras cost so much.. shouldn't technology reduce price?
Theoretically yes, i have my own conspiracy theories on this . LOL Companies charge what they can and people vote with their wallets

Does it shoot vertical video
yeah, you hold the camera vertically =)))
It can do 4k120 🤔
I would easily go with zv e10 as a no brainer. The fact it’s cheaper than this 😅
the only thing I dont like abt this is there is so less zoom so Im not buying it
but its a wider lens
I think they should have done two versions of the camera. one with a wider lens and one with more telephoto.
