Thanks for this useful kriya. Is this kriya suitable to heal a heel spur? The inflammation in the heel has an activating role on a dormant inflammation in the root canal of a molar. As soon as I get an inflammation somewhere in my body (cold / Covid), the tooth starts to get annoying.
Thank you, dear Richard, I think down dog might be more helpful in stretching out the heel to relieve pain there, or even alternately flexing/pointing toes. Interesting note on your tooth’s association with inflammation - the yoga will help with clearing the body’s nadis/meridians for healthier distribution of energy. Love ♥️
Is this kind of practise also good if you have dysregulated nervoussystem from ptsd? I would really like to know because i dont want to even fire my system more up.. or is maybe a softer aproach like yin yoga the way to go for me?
Sat nam, dear Jacqueline, thank you for checking on this, it's a great question. Kundalini yoga practices strengthen the nervous system so they are a good addition for your trauma healing toolkit. However, it always depends on the individual and how your body feels and responds to the practice. Yin yoga is such a beautiful, calming practice so if this feels more nourishing for you, then go with your intuition and practice what your body tells you it needs. I hope that helps! Love, and wishing you a nourishing healing journey ♥️
@@yogigems Thank you for your answer, in the past Kundalini yoga would feel great during and right after the practice but during the day or days after i would feel more agitated and more short tempered. Is this a normal response is it the clearing of things or is it a sign that maybe i,m not ready for this?
@@Jacqueline-lp6kz yes, a lot can shift in a kundalini yoga kriya and we detoxify on many levels, not just physically. This means we can experience symptoms as you describe. It’s not that you are ‘not ready’. If you feel a nourishing connection with yin yoga, I would try a similar approach to your ky practice. Take a much slower pace on all the movements. Breathe deep rather than breath of fire (but if you feel like doing bof, make it slow and steady). Try that approach and see how you go?
Hello , I would like to ask a question after doing kundalini yoga I feel so much negativity and stress and fears coming to surface is it normal especially on my heart and throat area
Sat nam, dear Mariam ♥️ Kundalini yoga detoxifies on many levels - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. That may be why you feel these challenging emotions surfacing. If they persist, you might find it helpful to practice self-healing or find a healing practitioner who can support you in releasing what is no longer serving you. Beaming love and support to you ♥️
Powerful, uncomfortable practice. It really helps. However for a nervous system-regulating exercise this felt way too rushed. Playing it on .75 speed, even though like that I have to suffer longer :)
Hamstrings are great teachers of patience, dear P Long! Work gently them, never push them, be kind and honour their resistance with very gentle daily stretches such as standing or seated forward bends (sitting on a block if seated). hi, please make one for comming out of narasistic relationships, its been a year and the trauma is still there
Sat nam, dear Shana, thank you for sharing and I'm so sorry you are still experiencing the trauma of that past relationship. Remember that you are SUCH a shining light! Here's a kriya for the radiant body that might help: th-cam.com/video/lLR8kSfB29w/w-d-xo.html. Much love to you ♥️
I’m sniffing and breathing and bowing and my monkey mind goes wild. Do you mean I can give up my calming herbs and just keep sniffing? Ok, let’s give it a go. Maybe I can smell the hope or at least the Summer.
Hahaha, thank you for always showing up with your sweet humour here, dear Ewa! Smelling the roses along the way! Lots of love to you ♥️

Thank you, dear Minna ♥️♥️♥️
I find the talking during the exercises very distracting. Almost wish there was silence so we can focus :)
Her instructions and narration is very comforting especially if you are new to kundalini yoga. If the talking bothers you, perhaps you should just turn down the volume or hit the mute button.
I DISAGREE. SHE HAS A LOVELY SUPPORTIVE 😍 KUNDALINI TEACHER INTENDED BY BEING ULTRA SUPPORTIVE DURING 💖 MUCH NEEDED ❤️
That’s why u learn the movements and do them on your own
