Does this monitor give you eye strain (or brain fog fatigue, irritated blurry eyes after using etc.)?
While choosing a monitor I had narrowed my options down to BenQ 24" or Samsung 24".
I purchased a Samsung SR35 24" monitor recently and I get a strange fuzzy brain sensation which I feel is coming from the backlight itself (maybe from the IPS polarizer or DC dimming tech used or something). Then my eyes get blurry and I start to feel very tired. I have had a similar experience with LG 27UK650 4k monitor which I ended up selling because of getting brain fog headache issues. Then the next day my eyes get blurry and irritated.
I got my eyes tested too, and I was told I had almost 0 problem. So it kind of irks me that I cannot figure it out.
I can use my Dell XPS 13 though for the entire day with no issues whatsoever.

@@TastyTechHarbour Thank you for responding. Just a note: the Dell XPS 13 I use is the 2015 model '9350'. I also use it with windows 10 night light at 50%.
Later they changed the display so it might have different characteristics for the other models.

Hey Thanks for the informative video. I have few doubts, it would be a great help if you can help to clear those. Fo this particular monitor, I would like to confirm the sound quality of speakers from Monitors. I am looking to buy a monitor for my office work as an extended display and one ask is I need clear sound for skype, team calls. I am not looking for home theatre sound, but curious if this one produces sound enough to hear some good songs as well.
Hi, thank you very much!!! Ya sure. Sound is not so great, the voice is also not great, but if you are alone and using in silent room, it's enough, but I would recommend to take a small portable speaker if you are buying this!!

For Movie watching & video colour correction this monitor is good?
For decent movie experience. Yes
While connecting to laptop ...inbuilt speacker not working
Hi, it will only work with HDMI or if you are using VGA then you will have to connect AUX cable.
And if you are using HDMI and the monitor inbuilt speaker is not working then you have to do a proper setting in the ‘sounds’ in your laptop and there you select monitor speaker, then the speaker in monitor will start working.
Please let me know if it worked?

The monitor isnt that worth it. Just get a Sb220q. The only thing it doesnt have is eye care, it has 4ms response time and i think it doesnt have vesa. Nice review tho.
Brother...i just unboxed my Benq GW2745...but the volume on the monitor isnt working...from the laptop...did everything possible...now returning it...am using it for video editing etc
does it have anti glare .

Please can you confirm whether this has Backlight Bleeding issue?
Till now I haven't faced any issue, the monitor works fine and also I don't find any backlight bleeding. Thanks for your comment
no audio settings at all nor you have show how to connect to the pc.....kinda incomplete
Really well explained, especially the screen tearing example. But I think the resolution point is not correct. The max resolution your laptop can handle is not shown in settings, it's the max resolution of the in built laptop screen. When you are using it in extend mode, the max resolution supported by your laptop will depend on the graphic card.

Since it has 2 HDMI port, Is it possible to connect fire stick and extended the laptop screen at the sametime in both HDMI port. Do we have any physical key to switch between HDMI1 & HDMI2?
So you have a button to select the source where you can select HDMI ports. But i feel the speaker inbuilt is not so good. Logically fire stick should work, but I haven’t tried it on this monitor. Thank you

Thank you very much! Dell has less response time, it's good in that sense, but dell doesn't have inbuilt speaker and benq has only HDMI option but dell has display port as well.
I guess other than that there is no much difference between them .
Now may be you can take decision based on what you want and don't !

Would recommend to go with higher refresh rate monitor!! If it's okay for you with 60hz then this is a good monitor
I have two questions:
1. Does it have audio in or audio out?
2. I have a DVI out pc, currently I use DVI to VGA , if I use DVI to HDMI will the quality improve?
Is it good for ps4 as it has max 60hz and 1080p looking to buy a renewed one for 6400 ?

9:14 at you said that on laptop 144 ,1st check that what frame rate your actually getting 144 or less, it also depends on lappy hardware

Thats a nice question thank you. So basically yes this has backlight LED, technical both LCDs and LEDs uses LCD panel but the only difference between is LEDs use LED as backlight but LCDs uses fluorescent lights.
