I found my way here after beginning to read Transcending the Levels of Consciousness. After perusing the comments I have to laugh in light of something he says in his lecture: can you imagine wanting control and power over other people? I only wish there were more of his longer lectures online. TH-cam is the worst in terms of censorship, so maybe Rumble or Odysee or Bitchute have more to offer. My only regret is that it took me so long to find him.

I was pushed to suicide daily. I was in pain and misery begging God, hands and knees, then my mind was interwoven with a greater mind. I was given energy, I was put through a series of events, like out of a movie. similar to what Dr hawkins talked about. for 6 months it was God + me. I had a greater mind. now I have a mind that corrects me. I can do things easier

@@valerialane Actually he does mention specifically that many types of spiritual practices such as meditation etc do encourage kundaliini. Dr Wayne Dyer even highly recommends it - you must go to the silence, he says. However the practice is only to have a realisation experience, everybody is already enlightened, and some have the experience spontaneously - as mentioned by Alan Watts.

I'd bet that the level of collective consciousness curve hasn't always been flatlining in history, but more likely cycles between high and low levels. Just look at the old-world architecture and compare it to what we have today.

8While I agree with most of what Hawkins says in this lecture, there are some disputable points too. Especially when he talks about higher levels of 600 and above. The description of people of these levels cannot be applied equally to all of the people who have gone there. This is what my personal experiences with my spiritual teacher tells me and what he himself told me about these dimensions. The table of levels is a concept that tries to describe the levels of mind but it is still just a concept. Consciousness and especially pure consciousness are beyond the name able, beyond mind. So in truth consciousness cannot be put into something intellectually comprehensible. It is an aid for the spiritual aspirant to navigate his progress but it is an intellectual concept and therefore not the thing indicated. The famous proverb "the word sugar written on paper when licked cannot give us the taste of sugar" applies here too. A concept is a good Roadmap at best but will not give one the actual experience. Consciousness is much vaster and constantly fluctuating so a mere table cannot depict it fully. It can still serve for therapeutic purposes and that makes a lot of sense as Hawkins was a psychiatrist. He indeed was and is a legend of his time for sure. ❤️🙏🏼🕉️

What happens at 37:37 he tells her to 'resist' but then her arm falls down? And then he just rolls with it? Even if his books are great and his scale is accurate, this 'parlor trick' stuff makes it harder for me to buy into...😢
Resist is typically what you’d tell the subject before you perform the muscular test. The result is of the test is a True/False signal. In this case David keeps some person in mind and he asks if that person calibrates over 60 and the response is False i.e. the subject’s hand falls despite she tries to resist.
I went through the same thing, 15 years ago when I first started studying Doc. I was highly skeptical of the whole kinesiology/muscle testing thing, and didn’t understand it, much less embrace it.
The other information he shared I found to be very helpful, because not everything he does is related to the muscle test.
In time, it ended up making sense, so I suggest you stick with it, and simply file away the muscle test right now. You don’t have to agree with it ever really. But because you’re being exposed to the level that he teaches that, it could only be beneficial to you.
You don’t have to buy into the whole muscle testing thing to benefit from other areas of what he’s saying. Just the energy alone is highly beneficial to you. Skepticism is good, but just so you know, eventually, you’ll see Divinity everywhere in all things at all times, in all places.

I've actually thought his model for consciousness and other things he teaches seem to have a high degree of truth to them. I'm very grateful to hear that I do not need to blindly accept the kinesiology stuff in order to learn from his other teachings... My guess is that I just currently calibrate around 200 or less, and that's why the kinesiology stuff sets off a red flag for me. Looking forward to the day I can see divinity in all things! First, I think it’s important telling you just your interest in Doc indicates you’re well over 200. The numbers are really just meant as a tool of discernment or gauging things anyway, you don’t have to worry about where you calibrate. A higher number isn’t better than a lower, just different. Every soul has equal merit.
As far as an inflection point or some sort of pivot, good question. In my experience at least, it’s just a process. We’re being pulled by the future self, not so much propelled in the present. That’s a hard one for people to accept given the drivenness of our culture.
Early on, I listened to a lot of his audio which was more freely available than it is now. Although there are some great videos on the Veritas pub TH-cam channel, which are short in nature. There is a link to the channel:

You can stream him for something like 20 to 25 bucks a month off their website. Maybe give that a shot? Kindle also has his lectures available, which is audio.
Please keep in mind that any audio and/or video of a high-level teacher actually conveys more of the message than just reading. Even if you listen to Doc, be aware that what you’re absorbing may not necessarily be intellectual. In fact, your intellect can be a hurdle to spiritual growth, and he teaches why.

First, I tell you that just the fact you’re interested in a teacher of David Hawkins’ level means u too you’re well above 200.
It’s good to be skeptical. It’s really a part of spiritual development and anyone should develop discernment. Keep in mind the intellect can be a hurdle to your spiritual growth. He does teach about how to transcend it. That would be major. I wouldn’t necessarily call it an inflection point, but that’s a good question. It is a major hurdle, though, particularly for those raised in rationality and western civilization.

If Non duality is the truth, what is this about the 15% and the others
I think you’re referring to the percentage. He’s talking about of humanity that are over 200? If so, what that means is that the overwhelming majority of people on the planet? Don’t understand the difference between right and wrong. It’s a variable scale, though, reference by the map of consciousness.
In other words, different souls are a different levels of spiritual development, AND only a small percentage of those souls are above 200, which explains the small percentage given. As far as that being non-duality, this reality is part of a greater Karmic whole so all these souls are supposed to be here at this given time and their progression.
15% of people on the planet calibrate above 200, have etheric body. 85% of people below 200, live lives according to animal instincts.
Where do Trump, Biden and Kennedy each calibrate?

'Archangels', 'consciousness levels', internal voices, microwattts, celestial reals, etc. etc. Does he resonate with anybody? Who understands this vocabulary? OF COURSE, the 15% have power. I am his disciple for many years. I found him when he was still alive. Now, his knowledge is in my aura , when i have a question, i receive answer. His language is very appealing to people, who aim towards enlightenment.

It's not practical or helpful. It's very academic in the sense that he's saying a lot without saying anything of value. I can see this being interesting in academia for someone's thesis, but in the real world it doesn't help people.

Hawkins has quite a big ego himself; looks smug; comes with pretentious theory; and not kind, did you see how he carries the Teddybear around 37.21? that is not how a kind person would carry it; and he then puts it down clumsily and his assistent quickly puts the teddybear straight at 39.41-42

A1 IQ 0-60 kids
B1 IQ 70-100 older kids
B2 IQ 100-130 teens
A2 IQ 140-200 emotionally mature
A2 is similar to A1; Hawkins is B2: bit smug, like teenagers; I am A2 and would put the Teddybear straight and not face flat on table; just like kids from A1

This is complete nonsense. Consciousness has got no levels, if you are aware what is at the top you cannot be aware what is at the bottom in the same time, you gain one thing and sacrifice another, when you are old you don't have what the younger have and vice versa. To be fully conscious means to be harmonised inwardly and outwardly. It is a melody, not a ladder.

@@user-qx8op7pn1o There is no such thing like stages of consciousness so why I should bother to read he's works? If you are the Budda your conscious is the same as everyone else, but you do not have a body anymore, it is transparent for you and just like an outfit only.
@@eldoradose there are different states of consciousness and they eve got names in Sanskrit: dhyana, dharana, samadhi, etc.
@@kinildsongessiopersegueiro When you sit you experience sitting, when walk you experience walking but there is no sitting or walking state of consciousness. Your being is in samadhi state of experience, not consciousness.
When one thing get two names, a confusion arise. Consciousness is confused with knowing or experiencing, but in fact no one experience or know its own consciousness because it is a mirror and no one can see a mirror in itself.
It is important to know, because people believe that they can sit in meditation and by some mind calmness or mindfulness achieve some "state of conscious" without a realisation what must happend with the whole being (especially with the body) to get it. So they are completly unaware of what is happining with them and yet thay call it a higher state of consciousness.
Seems like the contention is on the term being used and not the surrounding ideas, he has his own approach, maybe levels of awareness is what you are more interested in. He does speak a lot of nonsense but some of his more refined postulates are still valuable to explore.
