    True. Teaching is not about what identity you have. It is your state of consciousness that teaches.❤

    I lived a life of pretending. I could see myself performing. Hiding away when I couldn't live up to the performance Living is much easier. The chains of bondage fall away, and being is such a relief. The process was rough. Being present is something I'm learning to embody now and I'm safe to be present now. Thx ❤

    With practice, our own presence percolates out into everyday life.
    When this happens others get infected by presence.
    To witness this happening to others is inspiring, and encourages us to dive deeper.

    Your most important function is to embrace consciousness.
    Whatever your life situation, bring it there.
    You don’t think about how to change life’s situations to be present.
    Just be present.
    Pay full attention to the little things you do.
    🌼🌼🌴🍑🐬🌹☘️☘️👍🏻😇🌼
    Don’t wait for your big break which is just another mental concept.
    Even after you get your big break, life is still a simple moment in the present.

    Everytime I watch your videos, your aura and words are so infective that I get into presence till the end of the video
    Also it's great that I found you
    There's many a times your videos have helped me.
    Even one day few weeks back I had a stomach pain due to menstrual cycle , I didn't know how to calm myself. I meditated , and watched your videos and Kim videos about pain body.
    I'm shocked by the fact that being in presence fully leading to disappearance to my stomach menstrual pain.
    You're presence means a world to me
    thanku thanku so much to the divine consciousness guiding me through you😊.
    Lots and lots of love and blessings to your soul and body for just being presence.

    Self conceptual identification with form and concepts is the egos way of seperating itself from the totality of consciousness and it will treat everybody else differently according to its own sense of self which always seems to be better than everybody elses but we are all equal in the totality of consciousness and we should always treat eachother with the same respect and dignity no matter what our status or backround is. The mind can be observed. It can be used to express gratitude. Recognize its limitations when it says “ ty God” for example , knowing God is a concept . As Ramana Maharshi said, the mind has no clue who we are. True SELF has compassion for all including the human mind.

    • @wormwood8191
      @wormwood8191 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @kamyardaneshvar2764 If you were taught to do this because it was the right thing to do - as in a sign of respect - and you did or now believe this was/is how we should treat others, then it would seem to be authentic to me.
      It's not so much what we do but rather how we Feel about those things that tells us just how authentic our actions are. If they weren't authentic before, all you have to do is to consciously think and FEEL this way upon greetings until it becomes automatic.
      It seems to me as an adult that it's just such little realizations that continue to help us self evaluate, learn and further grow spiritually. Such recognitions enable caring, closeness and kindness, and should be celebrated as we evolve ever closer to the ultimate lifestyle of a more loving and caring NEW Earth.

      @aammssaamm ego perception of other people's thoughts and feelings only comes when we think for other people. A tiny minority people might dislike British people today because of the atrocities committed by the British Empire, a tiny number of people might dislike German people today because of the atrocities committed during the second World War,, but the overwhelming majority of all people are mentally evolved enough to separate those alive today from the actions of those who went before them. I genuinely believe you are projecting your feelings onto other people and unconsciously turning yourself into a victim of other people's thoughts and feelings which you don't actually have any truthful knowledge of, the excellent news is you can change that, if you want to of course. Just be more honest with yourself and less ego thinking led🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I appreciate this. just watched him discussing betrayal and felt he was saying that we should dismiss perfectly natural emotions as "ego", seemed unhelpful and not realistic.. This on the other hand leads to a helpful state , he is talking about integrity and respect. And the image of sitting before the "big event" with that equanimity.

    • @openyourown9784
      @openyourown9784 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wished you'd elaborate more on what he said (or provide the link to the video) so I could understand what you mean by "dismiss" and "perfectly human"... Having said that and fully understanding that I am responding to thoughts that may not fully convey its intended purpose, I want to provide my thoughts based on how it is coming across to me as written:
      Having listen to Tolle and also feeling as though I have an understanding of the idea of being completely conscious and in the present, I want to say that what I understand is not "dismiss", but "accept and let go." Observe the "perfectly human emotions" and understand they are not you, they are not permanent and therefore you accept that you have them and then give them the weight that any mental construct has and that is none. Let them float away... Yes, that is easier said than done, but it can be done. AND, as with anything you practice,it becomes easier to let go of any mental construct despite the fact that they are perfectly human because, unlike other animals, our ability to observe our thoughts makes it also perfectly human to let them go.

      Only those who are ready & brave enough to self reflect can profit from these teachings. Most cannot appreciate these nonduality pearls of wisdom that Rupert (& Eckhart Tolle, Deepsk, Ramana, Meister Eckhart, Amma, etc) offer to us. Pearls to swine; a waste of something precious, to those not yet seeking truth.

    I wish Oprah connected to her inner wisdom when she was introducing young girls to Weinstein and hanging out with P Diddy...she could have been a real change agent and not an enabler.

    I think there is a lot of value in what you say but you appear to discount "your life situation" as though it doesn't matter. I know that your true essence is consciousness and not life situation but you still have to live with your life situation. It is still part of your life experience. Yes it is a good thing to limit the way your mind can run you ragged. Non constructive "over thinking" certainly makes a problem worse but I don't think it is realistic to dismiss the importance of life situation. It is easy to do that if you haven't got a problem but not so easy when you have.
