    To anyone struggling with this, I went from the 400s with aspects of 100s in me, and I shot all the way up to 1000 and became enlightened in 2 weeks flat at age 31. God shone forth as a brilliant, dazzling beauty, full of love. All i did was the direct path meditation with spiritual lectures in the background for about 3-4ish hours a night. Do what I did for as many hours as you can after work and other commitments. ONLY focus on awareness, which is god. I reincarnated as some guy from small town north dakota, nothing special. Granted it may have been karmically determined as I've been a loving, flawed, but loving person my whole life, but i still believe anyone can do it. Focus on awareness, as if it's an empty sky, literally be empty. Drop all ideas and concepts about yourself. If you still feel like your ego while doing it, you haven't surrendered enough. Notice thoughts, urges, images, feelings, but stay focused on awareness. Thinking completely stopped, and I was living in eternity. Time was non existent. Functioning was becoming impossible so I rejected complete ego death when I got to the final door out of compassion for my family and my cat I still want to take care of. This isn't some exotic experience, you can all do it! I will make a final run some day and I know it'll just take a couple weeks. You can do it ❤️

      Respectfully this sounds delusional to me. So what you’re a great avatar now? Be careful of the spiritual ego, it will use these teachings as a status symbol to be ‘special’ and avoid the normal tasks of being human. Give us all a break and be ‘normal’ 😉 we need more normal loving people.

    I agree with what Dr. Hawkins is saying, and he says it clearly. Does anyone know 1) who the lady is that is often in the videos with him, and 2) what does it mean when he pushes her arm down. I'm not trolling or trying to stir junk up. It sincerely would like to know.

    • @CentaurPress
      @CentaurPress ปีที่แล้ว +4

      He uses muscle test to get answers. She is the assistant.
      If her arm stays strong the statement is true. If it goes weak, the statement is untrue.
      Hope I answered that correctly 😊

      @@CentaurPress so if it's true, she holds her arm steady, but if it's false she let's her arm down? no disrespect to you at all since i appreciate your time answering me, but that does not seem a way to gauge if it is true or false. that is just her giving her opinion of whether she thinks it's true or not by what she does with her arm. she's just saying yes or no by what she does with her arm. i see her in so many videos, i guess she is like a second expert weighing in, and that's fine, but she could just speak or nod or shake her head. i don't get it, but okay...

    • @CentaurPress

      @@Kube_Dog
      So, it isn’t her opinion and she isn’t choosing to hold strong or go weak. The subconscious mind can tell truth from untruth. The body responds to truth with strength. Same method is used in “the emotion code” for finding blocked / traped emotions. This isn’t my theory so offense taken. Just answer your questing with what I understand. I am only looking for helpful knowledge, so I am all for questioning things and investigating. I just started looking into Dr. Hawkins. I got a couple of his audio books and I am enjoying them and feel like I’m learning from them. 😊

    It doesn’t sink in until the karmic debt is pay. Once the karmic debt is been paid the truth sinks in and the lesson is learned. The person thinks oh I finally figure it out but really it was just the process unfolding it has nothing to do with the personal “I”.
    This is why you will hear the same thing 6 times and you don’t get it then something happens and you hear it the 7th time and boom 🤯 you get it. Why the 7th time but not the 6th?
    Because it wasn’t pay yet. Once is paid the block is removed and the truth can comes in.

      @@davehawk07 the recontextualization comes after the negative emotions have been let go not before. the surrender and release happens first then the realization and new perspective is realized.
      This is perfectly obvious if you have use the technique of letting go. It doesn’t sink in until the karmic debt is paid, the karmic debt is the negative emotion(suffering)that needs to be let go/surrender.

    • @sophiependragon2467
      @sophiependragon2467 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Okay, so, that's called muscle testing (kinesiology). You make statements and you apply pressure, if the arm goes weak, the statement is false, if it goes strong, it's true. You can calibrate levels of consciousness through muscle testing. You make a statement: "so and so is 250" and you get a true (arm goes strong) or false (arm goes weak). I think it's easier to do it with someone else's arm than doing it yourself (you can also do it with your own fingers).

    • @paulwangler
      @paulwangler ปีที่แล้ว +7

      It's a way of asking God questions and getting answers. My dad did it for 25 years as a kind of holistic healer (horrible way of putting it). For instance, women who've never been able to have children and went to every Dr imaginable would come to him, and he would enter a meditative state, ask God what the issue is with the body, get answers via intuition that he would confirm with muscle testing, and do a sort of nervous system reset and wala! Babies are born.

    This guy is so hard to follow, it's like he uses 5 minutes to say a 20 second sentence it's just full of fluff and dust bunnies.
    The ego is important for the body because it's the body's inbuilt defense mechanism for protection, it's only when it's allowed to run amok and we forget that we're souls having a physical experience and intrinsically connected to every other soul that ego gets in the way of allowing ourselves to be souls enjoying the pysical world again.
    It's about gently being present and hearing all the unconscious sentences running in the background and picking it up looking at it then determining if it's still useful to your experience or not. Then if it's not reparenting the self should happen and even if you have the same thought 5 times 10 times 20 times you'll eventually be able to replace it with a new thought.

      Bro he has whole books describing what you are saying way more intellectually lol. Have some context...his audience in this lecture is clearly more sophisticated than him having to explain the ego in a classical sense. Try reading power vs forece, truth vs falsehood and Letting Go the pathway of Surrender. You might like it. Letting Go is very easy to follow. He's also very old here so his speaking was more loose and all over the place.
      He always teaches that without the ego we wouldn't be able to survive and to not to demonize it but also don't identify with it. Awareness.
