Yes, that would work! Another hack i use is eating a teaspoon of broccoli seeds a day...I will release a Healthy Bite on that in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned ;)
I agree with Dr Fahey that blender is better than juicing. We use broccoli in smoothies regularly. It feels good , and doesn’t feel too much. I also notice it doesn’t spike my blood sugar.
Thanks! maybe occasionally pour a cup of blended broc. into the vegetable sauté to get the sulforaphane boost? maybe easier than growing sprouts?
