- I go into a knee evaluation and discuss the findings with each special test and how we come to the conclusion of a torn ACL. A huge THANK YOU to the patient for allowing us to show this on her. Enjoy!

Amazing video. Studying for boards currently
Thank you! I am a Wilderness First Responder and work in the field as an instructor. Knee and ankle injuries are the most frequent thing I see! This helps my diagnostic chain quite a bit. Out in the field correctly evaluating this can make the difference between treating in place or a sometimes difficult evacuation situation.
Very informative! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos!
My pleasure Candice!
Great video!
I’m in physical therapy school and this video provides great context to what I’m learning. Thank you!
So glad you find them helpful. More to come! Feel free to share with your classmates.
if she would have been able to bear weight after injury, would you have been more suspicious of a meniscus injury instead of an acl?
Thank you Sam
I will let her know!
very helpful....great effort....plz make video on pcl evaluation 😜😝
Thanks for videos. Am in 18years old, am also have this symtoms but i dont have access to treatment up to now three months. am footballer.
Why she needs surgery after 1 month?Does acl tear can heal itself without surgery?
It would be helpful to dee MRI as well
How to do evaluation for acl post operation after 2 months?
A long time ago I had a mishap at my previous job, where I tripped over a pallet backwards and my leg went one way and my left knee went the other way and I heard a loud pop. I don’t think I swelled up that much but I couldn’t tell if I did. I suspect I may have torn my acl but I’m not sure. I can’t have it looked at my insurance won’t cover it. Please give me some help advice on what to do.
Mine is partial acl tear.
I also have acl tear about 2 week ago and bone bruising.I can walk but slowly Nd cant completely straighten and bend my knee.Putting ice 3 4 times in a day.Should i go to physiotherapy?
How far could u bend ur knee before surgery?
It's hard to notice when you minor injury.. of course it's not as bad as the fully acl tear.. but in future it would ruptured anyway
