Same rehab but prob not optimised and efficient and takes too long to recover so ur patients just go to someone who has more advanced understanding of anatomy like Connor Harris
Phenomenal content! your channel is a lifesaver for students in the msk field (like myself) with outdated curriculums. I don't understand why we in Sweden cannot use tendinopathy as a diagnosis, since there isn't a ICD10 or ICD11 code for it. Only tendinitis.
This video showed up in the right time for me. I take Salsa dance classes and frequently attend dance parties. A few days ago after a party I started feeling pain on the outside of my right knee, which becomes aggravated with flexing, especially climbing and going down stairs. My guess is I must have strained the lateral ligament while performing a right spin or turn. Overall I think I just need to give it time to heal, which is a bummer because I have to take a break from swimming and exercise.
Very interesting and helpful. One suggestion on how you could make your videos even better would be to make the topics more practical and easy to apply for the audience in the sense of what conclusions can be drawn from them. For example, Dr Henoch, who fortunately has been a guest in your videos a few times, says something from his practice in almost every one of his videos, which is always directly helpful, such as the cue ribs down to recruit the transverwe abdominus.
The part where you sit on the couch, ice your knee and scrub your pet is absolutely hilarious. The fact that we know your knee doesn't actually even hurt, makes it even funnier 😂
Hey I am in 5 weeks post hip replacement surgery, it's a posterior approch, while I am lifting my operated leg I can feel the stiffness and pain the back side of the thigh..is it common?
If I have a sore knee am below 30 get pain with prolonged sitting and no traumatic event happened. Should I keep doing quad sets and straight leg raises get clicking and grinding sounds when flexing and straightening the knee.
Arthritis is caused by inflammation. Stop eating inflammatory foods, such as animal and processed products. Think of whole plant foods, and more specifically, turmeric and peppering combo, to reduce inflammation systemically. Avoid sugar.
Nice Package Expertly Condensed into a Workable reasonable recovery Time frame with Own Responsible Measure of Rehab ...Love to see more comfort zone Taping Methods for Knee Top Video ( tho seeing all those X rays made me Even More Resolved to take up the Challenge of my own Goals minus Orthopaedics ) ☢️🚲🐝
@E3 REHAB - do we have evidence that benchpress and pullups or rows on back are more effective for shoulder rehab than external rotation or specific rotator cuff etc? or its just about load management and basic strenght exercises on upper body are enough
Im a seasoned cyclist, just developed random knee pain only while i pedal, does not matter the bike (road, mountain, stationary), i feel pain on the middle outside of the knee, kind of feeling like muscles are grinding. There is little pain walking down stairs too but its manageable. Also this knee had an ACL reconstruction 10 years ago. Any insight?

this is funny that it does not matter what injury you have becasue rehab is the same :D Best channel on rehab....
Really so if it's very sore do you just do light quad sets and isometric for all knee pain types

are you saying it is genuinely the case that no matter which type of knee issue that (broadly) the rehab prescription is the same?
You missed Subcondral Knee Bone bruise. Or Knee Contusion. Had this injury for 4 months already…

From my experience with knee injury Cupping is Like magic
Seriously? Genuine question. I have pains and I don't know what to do... Patella/runner/jumper
Could we use the same approch with osteoarthritis? Or there is no coming back from that ...

False. What is not a microphone. What is a word used for asking for information specifying something.
Love what you do. Have you even considered a Collab with the institute of human anatomy here on TH-cam? I think the result would be exquisite
Thank you
