You should make pop up shops that are garbage trucks at people's base with stuff they may specifically need. Kinda like scars swagons from last season.
or perhaps go in reverse, collect waste from their projects that they aren't using and sell that (IE: Impulse is gonna end up with so much stone, so perhaps selling all sorts of stone variants from diorite to stone bricks and everything in between)
Scar’s Swaggons were definitely an underused concept limited by the shortened season and his medical issues.
But what she should really is deliver a dumpster to every shop, base, industrial district, mega base, etc.
Then the hermits can dump their garbage and Pearl can pick it up and “recycle” it into her shop.
This needs more upvotes!! This is BRILLIANT!
Or perhaps be original and quit copying things of past doings.

Hey Pearl, an idea for your dumpster: What about a shop named "One Hermits Trash" where you invite people to come 'throw away' things cluttering their chests that they don't necessarily need any more
Then hold a 'blind' auction selling back the trash for pennies on the dime, where they'll buy a chest of what whatever content that is inside without knowing what's in it
Completing the saying "Is another Hermits Treasure"

Good idea but it would contribute to lag and the hermits shopping district always has the most lag. (So they try to reduce it)

Maybe locking the item frames can reduce their lag just like the armor stands

In her first description of them I immediately thought of seagulls which swarm around landfills and other refuse piles. (Also squirrels love rummaging in dumpsters)

I LOVE the shelf mushrooms you've built on the shop!!! I never see those made in minecraft, always figured it would be impossible on a small scale and that was why it was more popular to make small toadstools and stuff sticking out the ground, but I love love LOVE being proved wrong!!! Huge fan of the dumpster diving theme
I think Pearl was a great addition to hermitcraft. She has great builds and I love the Australia jokes :D

When pearl, an Australian, says something looks like a creepy spider.... We all should run
Sugestion: Instead of the potions in the dispencers you could swap it out for tipped arrows that are shot in a bubble column, that way the potion particles effect is always active and then you dont have to brew alot of potions.
It's funny how Doc had enough blocks to reach build limit, but instead decided to spend the blocks sabotaging your tower- I guess it didn't work to well for him!

It’s Docs tower actually! It seems pranking comes before success on the Hermitcraft server.
Lol, yup, that was Doc's tower. Impulse joined with xB and Cub with the combined diamond blocks tower, and their tower got smashed by the diamond ore anvil.
I'm guessing Doc has enough blocks to go from bedrock to build limit several times. He's just playing with them like a cat plays with a mouse!

I'm sure someone can come up with a simple cooldown circuit to stop the potions from dispensing with every pressure plate input. I think a bunch of comparators keeping the dispensers powered for a couple minutes would do. You could also dispense junk items on to wooden pressure plates below, which actually do the activation only once in 5 minutes.
The five minute despawn timer is one of my favorites, very simple to set up!
She needs to see this, cuz the chickens she put in there are gonna be weak all the time XD
With some clever design she could even use the chicken eggs for the junk item dispenser, she's going to have a bunch of them lying around.
Just a simple pulse extender with comparators should do the trick.
Definitely sell bin juice! I hear that zombie villagers love bin juice so much that you can make zombies feel a little happier if you give it to them with their favourite food a golden apple... so if anyone still needs to purify villagers for some emeralds you could make a quick buck!

That's because the Goat has European gravity, while Pearl has Australian gravity! 😁 Makes perfect sense!😂

I absolutely loved how casually the wither was led along the tunnel. More like a utility per than the terrifying boss Mojang intended for it to be.
That really shows the toughness of Australians.

The way you and the other Hermits continue to innovate and expand the possibilities in this game is wonderful.
Wither tunnels sounds like a nice idea for making a nice wide tunnel, but it's kind of costly.
Sadly digging tunnels with withers is a no go on Bedrock edition because they rocket boost around destroying any block in the vicinity, which is really useful except you can't control it

Pearl! Down at the wither mining hallway that you made there seems to be an iron vein! It's this huge underground structure made out of tuff and lots and lots of iron, including raw iron blocks. Might want to check that out. If you start mining the iron ores next to the tuff and find more and more iron, you've found one! It's quite rare, and it should fulfill pretty much all of your iron needs for a WHILE.
I think it might be worth removing 1 dispenser, and replacing it with redstone dust, that way the dispensers don't double-trigger, (unless that is the point) but both pressure plates trigger the remaining dispenser.

Oh my sweet beautiful PearlescentMoon. Nobody can compete with Doc on deepslate diamond ore blocks. He has so many that he hasn't placed down yet, that he probably has more than all the other hermits combined. Except Mumbo. Mumbo is quite obviously still the richest hermit despite both his last break and this one
Pearl, you uncovered an iron ore vein in your wither tunnel. where there's deepslate iron ore and tuff, there's an iron ore vein, and they contain hundreds of iron ore
I never knew a store full of thrash could look this good, i love the detailing. And i gotta say, Liv did an incredible job on the skin, it looks amazing. Great episode, Pearl, keep up the amazing work!
Pearl have you thought about endermites to make it look like rats? Trash always attracts rats 🐀
probably put them in little cages labeled "Caught the buggers" as a little flare to how the shop owner feels about the rats
In the shop you should put honey blocks on the floor and cover them with light gray carpets so you the sticky sound walking around lol
Having watched "a song about birds", I couldn't help but laugh out loud when Cleo started talking about bin juice and bin chickens.
In the U.S. we commonly have raccoons, possums, feral dogs, and pigeons rifling through our garbage. We too have bin chickens.
Imagines someone's diamond tower going into the Nether then out again, only to end up in the End.

Idea for the bin juice: if you’re not going to have the potion actually give an effect to the player, it could be cool to use a potion that gives off green or yellow particles to look like smelly odor
I think Zedaph would be really interested in acquiring your Dragon Egg for his collection, but because there is only one on the server you won‘t be able to both own it.
So maybe you would consider using a glitch to duplicate it?
This would allow you to sell it in your shop, pretending it‘s the only one. Then, if someone bought it, you could just sell another one, evenutally flooding the market with tons of Dragon Eggs. Could be fun to see how long it takes them to find out there are several!
You did a really good job on the garbage can (you continue to make builds that amaze me). Since I am kinda grossed out by it. The slime dripping from it really gets me. So I have a love hate relationship the build.
Pro Tip for super fast Diamond mining:
-search for caves that are submerged in water and are in the deepslate area. In those caves you will see diamond ore everywhere you look.
-make sure to bring some waterbreathing potions though
Explanation: In those caves diamonds are very common, because diamonds are spawning more frequently when they are not exposed to air. That’s why you don’t find that many in normal caves. But because the water-submerged caves are filled with water, the diamonds are not exposed to air and therefore spawn way more frequently.
Now Im gonna learn some minecraft alchemy for once, i've never touched it once but seeing this and learning that I can go from rags to riches with a simple water breathing + night vision combo in underground water caves really makes me happy for when I get back into minecraft, so I'll be saving this comment because itd be a waste not to, right?
We have seagulls and pigeons who are trash bin harassers, though in my city we have enough peregrine falcons living on the buildings that the local pigeon population is very polite and scarce these days.
You could add a delay timer to the dispensers to prevent wasting all the potions. Just keep the dispensers powered for a while and the pressure plates won't do anything while they're powered.
Just get someone to set up redstone, a comperitor that turns on a clock that unlocks a hopper to put a new potion in after few minutes. Just tell Mumbo you need help with redstone under your door.
Probably use a puffer fish player detector around the outside to prime the potion and then lock out for a few minutes.
And mumbo is a great mark... Helper for it as how could giving him any diamonds repay his help as it would be such an insignificant number, so instead you can pay him in something else

There are no raccoons; but there are actual Pandas. If you get the sickly one, they'll sneeze, and drop litter (slime balls) around the area.

What the fuck?
It might be worth making a redstone circuit to disable the smelly potion dispenser for a few minutes after it has fired! This should save you a few potions

The darker color of the lovely bridge works because the base of impulse’s entrance is also dark. It keeps the impression of depth.
Some green and lime green or purple and magenta stained glass stink lines or poisonous smoke rising above the bin shop would look good :P
I loooove that bridge! Real life architecture doesn't tend to lend itself well to the more common fantastical/medieval style in minecraft so seeing the arches on the bridge on a small scale is just 🤩🤩🤩 Love ya, pearl!
You could of connected your’s and Doc’s tower and claimed it as your own since technically Doc’s tower is reaching the ground connecting the two pillars means you would have won since you connected your tower to the ground.
Not sure if it would have counted but that’s what my mind went to.

hey pearl, you should make your dumpster shop double as a recycling shop where hermits put their unwanted items into the store for you to refurbish and resell
The wither tunnel was pretty fun but you would be more efficient with tnt, that you could place every 3 blocks (I think) ^^
Oh and if dear pearl you are reading that, I'm a big fan of your bridge! I will 100% take example of it in my world
Also anyone watching and planning to copy the tunnel should be extra careful if playing on bedrock like Xbox or switch.

there's definetly ways to set the stinky particles off only after 30 seconds or so. I'm sure a redstone genius like bdubs would be able to help out

You could also use a candle on top of the trash bin and you can make little trash bins in front of other hermits bases and put advertising on it

8:05 I though the Ibis was a bird only in egypt, unless we are referring to different birds
(P.S Later research shows Ibis exist all over the world but there is a specific species that even has Australia in its name which is probably what you are referring to)

I can’t be the only person who thought the green shop said Grian.
What I like about Wither mining is that you can get tons of cobbled deepslate in the process. What I don't like is that, once you have summoned the Wither, you have less than 5 minutes to fight it and collect all the deepslate, before it despawns. And the fact that there will always be huge patches of tuff in the way, taking up the space instead of deepslate, makes me even angrier. There were a few times when half of the blocks I've gathered was just stupid tuff.
Hermitcraft's community have the most peaceful fans I've ever seen and I love it.
Good job on your shop aesthetic, especially the snow and slime in front on the walkway. It actually looks like something you don't wanna step in.
You should build a bush / brush turkey to be a friend of the ibis and you could even build a bin that they could be foraging through

You could say that season 9 has 'bin' really good so far
A good way to save on bin juice is to set up a signal extender to each dispenser to keep it in the activated state for the duration of the lingering potion. That way it can't be activated again until the last bin juice has dissipated.
Use a NIGHT VISION POTION in the mega caves so you can easily find all the diamond ore!
You don't know true humour till you see an Ibis eating hot chips (Australian for fries, although we also say chips). We differentiate fries from chips by calling them hot chips and cold chips. Since Ibises have such long beaks, it takes them strategic beak openings and closings to get a (hot) chip/fry into their mouth.
I love the curtsy to Keralis when building vehicles are mentioned.

Shop entrance, you could add a mixture of lingering potions and splash potions. That way no one knows who leaves with bin juice over them!!!
It would be funny to dig out a chamber beneath Impulse's dwarf base and fill it with ravagers and other monsters, so if Impulse gets too greedy, and digs too deep, he'll unleash evil. lol

On a related note, love the look of the new skin and the additions the the build. Love the term "bin juice," which is better than our "garbage water."
Putting some campfire under the trash bags outside could look like a stinky/smog is coming off from them

17:00 use Diamond BLOCKS to just "drill" through docks pillar (blocks are more solid than ore, therefore harder ;P)
Just make it look like you explode his pillar while you drill straight through where it was.
There are plenty of builders on Hermitcraft who are on the same _overall_ level as Bdubs, but few who are in his league for use of colour. Nice to see the moss shop getting an appraisal from one of those few.
The additions to Twinkly trash are really cool, the garbage truck and the path & other details are some of my favorite parts of it

I love the bridge! it looks like he put the friendship hand out there. (first quarter of the bridge) Then you when 100% yes by finishing it. I don't you three's plan, but it adds to the lore between ya'll.
I am absolutely loving the diamond ore pillar shenanigans this season! Doc's fate was well deserved. The man should understand physics better than that.

Can we pause to appreciate that Pearls stunt demonstrates that Doc could have already gone to build limits if he wasn’t goofing around.
An idea, what about water delivery of garbage? Happens all the time. That way the truck unloads off the docks of the Hermississippi and into the shop. The waterway connects almost as of the bases. Makes sense.

1. You should put the bin juice throughout the room under the wool.
2. ImpulseSV has a map art already laid out and you can ask him if you can use it to design a logo for your shop and put it on the truck and dumpster bin. That would be cool.
In America, if you live near an ocean, we get seagulls raiding the dumpsters. They're everywhere when the dumpster is full.
She says she's already lost a few brain cells....
