I love how it's been a thing for a few seasons now and Mumbo still isn't prepared and expecting it.. absolutely hilarious!
They prolly have a person assigned to do that but at the last minute, everyone decides that Mumbo would do a better job. 🤣

Speaking of Mumbo's tradition, Cleo also obtained the stupid way of dying in lava like the "(bad) butler of Grian".

"Big Salmon" coming for Doc reminds me of early in last season when Pearl deployed an army of fish-headed grindstones to Grian's base.

You're missing out! Cleo is the most sardonic of all the Hermits, and she is a Kindred soul! I love her content so much. Cleo is literally like salt, she brings out the best flavors in everyone else, and in the right amounts is great all by herself. I definitely enjoyed many of her episodes from season 9!

I watched Cleo's Demise arc recently, too, and my feelings are mixed here, because those Season 6 episodes featured a big collab with TFC. 😢

It's kinda cool, it's like skizz and joel brought the life series with them for a bit, it's fitting
I will never get tired of Cleo's remarkably cold approach to comedy. Often very witty as well, but mostly just cold. Plus I love all these groups for the mining session, it's very clearly groups of friends that have been hanging out for years just having a blast. Even skizz, who hasn't been a hermit specifically, but has worked with them and knows them all well by now. It's amazing how well they all flow together these days. Hermitcraft is awesome
Priorities this episode, in decreasing priority:
1: Group activities ('cause being openly mean to Doc is fun)
2: Getting enough chickens to get the statues book.
3: Everything else

At the risk of being a language geek: lapis lazuli has mixed parentage.
Lapis comes from the Latin for stone, but lazuli comes originally from ancient Persian “lazward” then to Medieval Latin, then to Middle English.
Very few words came to English directly from Latin… most of them came via French, so Cleo’s assumption was understandable.

Oooh new endscreen music. I like it. It's really great to see that the milk tarts did as great a job of taking the mick out of doc, as the bin bags did of taking the mick out of ren. Cleo i'd love to see you and Iskall's taking the mick powers combined because you're both phenomenal at it and it's hilarious
I feel like with every season and series, your editing skills keep leveling up. Your banter with your caving team was hilarious and I cracked up when you guys teased Doc.

This season has been amazing already. Rendog doing absolutely nothing and Doc not wanting to do anything while Big Salmon is most likely after him by now are some of the funniest things ever.
