I got a pretty beat-up 1990 B2200 as a gift from my (long-story-short) narcissistic father, and have a really big connection to it. Thank you for the videos that help me fix up my little truck.
I ran my truck with the stainless header and factory carb for a little under a year and it worked just fine so it can definitely be done, weber with it is definitely far better but it wont hurt to keep the factory carb for a while, another thing is personally I just used a (brand new) factory manifold gasket, I figure if it ain't broke don't fix it when it comes to something like that
You know when sometimes you get a TH-cam survey ad, and if you wait 3 seconds and you can click ‘skip survey’? Right. Well, sometimes when it just goes without showing the skip button that’s TH-cam gathering data on how long you’ll wait to see what you were expecting to see. 😂 🤓
That front header pipe looks like it is touching the rear A/C line bracket, do you think that it will be a issue. My header is the same kind and I noticed this when I installed mine, and mine is touching. Is there a way to maybe avoid a hole in the header pipe with engine vibration. Thanks.
This has been discussed in our Facebook group a couple of times and I may have covered in our 12-part air condition install playlist but you'll want to use a shorter AC belt to pull the AC pump closer to the motor. You can use the alternator belt for that so you'd be running two alternator belts basically. This way when you tighten it up it will be about a half inch or an inch away from the header that's how it is on both of my trucks works fine.

Yep it can be done. I have done it before as well. In the next video that's what we do.
I opted to go with a 626 turbo manifold and a Subaru vf10 blowing through a 32/36. A bit more involved though!

Yea you’re right they’re pushing electric vehicles on us.
Any news on headers have 91 trying to get it back on the road but am having hard time finding affordable exhaust parts
