I can't avoid to be filled with tears of emotions, this is a remarkable film!!!. I am not Autistic, by I have ADD/ADHD and I struggled all my life in a family and a world that wasn't ready for people like me...yes I learned to manage and adapt to a certain level, but it took time and many sufferings. Later on, I went through the journey of Autism with my own son, it is a complicated world to live in. We can do better, we should do better, to help our children adapt and to make the world adapt to Autistic community as well...It is our responsibility to raise awareness...but the right kind....the noble kind, not the ones that segregate and keeps fracturing us, but the one where neurodiversity is welcome!
The movie has only recently been put on youtube but has played in many film festivals including a worldwide online festival, Cultureuplugged, where it won the award for the most views! Please share the movie with others!
Miss my sister. Lost contact after she went off twitter. Last I heard her sister was diagnosed with cancer and I believe she was going to see her. Been years without contact. Definitely our loss. Hope she's ok.
