He knows enough from his friendship with Worf....
*Riker *Klingon ffs! klinong? Were you blindfolded when you typed that?
Hard to believe Captain Kargon is played by the same guy who played the Captain of the mentally challenged Pakleds a few episodes later.
Or Starscream in the Transformers cartoon.
He is a good actor.
Such a good scene, and it's nice to see Riker cut loose and throw the first blow. He realized the guy needed an ass whooping, and he gave him an ass whooping.
His only weakness was in asking permission first. Should've just laid him out and looked his senior in the eye.
No matter how much makeup Brian Thompson has on, you can automatically tell who he is
In the novelverse, Klag ended up captaining a BoP.
Just for everyone’s benefit: this is part of Starfleet’s 101 distance learning tutorial before serving on a Klingon ship. It is the product of Captain* Riker’s painstaking research and is required viewing for joint assignments.
3:02 Will Riker vs Shao Kahn. ROUND 1, FIGHT!
Riker earns the Klingons Respect
Riker and the Klingons was wondeful.
I had a beard once my fiancé didn’t like it and made me shave it all. I was a wimp I should’ve kept it and been like a Klingon!😂
This scene never grows old but a bit dramatic. I watch this often.
Thats some prison type sh.t, better get down, if you don't, you'll be a blowup doll😂
See it’s because he served with a cling on. He knew what to do.
Riker did have the advantage of having served with Lt. Cmdr Worf. So he’s already been exposed to know what to expect. Not a big leap.
I'm guessing that Worf taught him exactly where to find the weak points in Klingon armor, too, given that his elbow to the stomach was actually effective.
00:46 why would you build a door with half of it standing in your way 😁
Oh my gosh I can't unsee it now
Riker’s beard commands respect!
Riker is so bad ass how come he never got his own show.
Ah, the old pretend to look away and then strike
