Yes, he is enjoying it. Some animals can hear music as more than just random noise, they can get the feel to melodic sounds and enjoy music like we can. That is what this dog is doing while hitting the piano keys. And there is another video I've seen with elephants dancing to music on a radio. Well, they were swaying and waving their trunks around but you could tell they were taking in the melodic sounds and really enjoying them to where they were inspired to move to it.
Also, these were sanctuary elephants so they were not swaying because of distress. They were not chained up or anything. I've seen numerous other videos at that same sanctuary and the elephants were always hanging around the carers there, being playful and affectionate, and were very happy
