Basically an infinite loop. Take test>fail test>snap>kill a bunch of clone>realize she got nothing left>memorie reset.
Makes me wonder if all the test rooms subjects aren't just clones of the original eileen.
In this movie there's no magic reset like groundhog day and every loop makes her bleed out of her ears. It seems like she just dies sooner or later because her body gets worse every round.

Wouldn't be far fetch for a research center who can do cloning to be able to heal her.
After all, they at the very least, have spare organs.

Hmm.. so the person testing her is trying to build her mental strength to use her as a weapon and since she accidentally killed her family with her powers, they need to make sure she doesn’t lose control again. They wipe her memory and clone her husband so that she can realize her powers from scratch and not lose control and kill him “again”. By using her weakness, they can completely control her powers. Very cool, I wanna watch this lol

Here's my explanation.
Some organization/government wants to use her powers.
They know she won't work for them if she remembers she has killed her daughter.
They wipe her memory, so she can learn her skills without remembering about the daughter.
At the end they had to reveal everything to her, because she threatened them. They knew she would choose to be "reset".
She might've been reset before, it's not important.
They hope that in one of the next iterations, they will get a superhuman that they can control through her daughter.
Maybe they have clones of her daughter.
No I think she will do exactly the same loop. And when she then chooses not to be reset she will go to next stage of becoming a superhuman weapon. They can’t release clones back to the world and only her since the others are confirmed dead.
Kind of reminds me of the Doctor Who episode. He's in this weird maze, and at the end reaches an unbreakable wall. It's too thick to get through, but he has an infinite loop of his own clones, so each time he leaves breadcrumbs for his clone to make it back to the same unbreakable wall. Yet each time, the new version of himself scrapes a tiny bit off the wall. After thousands or even millions of attempts, he finally scrapes through the wall and gets out of the maze.
Maybe this woman will eventually pass all the tests and make her way out.

I was also thinking this reminded me of another Doctor Who episode. The one where the space whale has the entire city built on its back and everyone can either choose to remember whats happening to the whale or "reset" their memories to blissful ignorance. 'The Beast Below', S5E2

Cloning needs some somatic cells with intact DNA (that can be replicated).
May be by the time they discovered the daughter's dead body, it was already decomposed.
The husband might have died a bit later, so they were able to salvage some of his cells and clone them.
Because they use the daughter as bargain to make her do stuff . They probably could but they use her as hostage offcourse. And only herself can be released back to the real world since the others are dead there so no clones can join . Next stage she probably go back to the world as a widow, but the thought of it hurts so bad that she just want to be reset to keep her daughter alive in her mind

So she can stop bullets. Rip speakers out of the ceiling, unscrew chairs from the floor..... But can't make the same type of barrier at the point of where the sand is coming out of.
even if she doesn't remember sh*t, she should had better control of her powers. I won't say she retains perfect control after one or two loops but she should eventually gain it.
with perfect control of her power, she should be able to break that last light and f*ck off the administrator and whoever is behind him. I got the power and I'm not afraid to use it.
The administrator isn't the one putting her through this.
At the end of each loop, she gains full control of her powers.
But this allows her to control the memory chip and regain all her memories.
After regaining memories, she realizes that she has lost everything (her family) and has nothing else to live for.
So, she loops back, because that is only thing keeping her daughter alive.
Basically she makes that choice everytime she regains her full memories. (Its a never-ending loop).
The administrator is just an AI whose job is to train her to control her powers. But it cannot control her final choice (because she will disable the memory blocker as soon as she regains full control of her powers anyways!)

They are trying to train her to use her powers so that she can be used as a super-weapon.
But everytime she gains full control of her powers, she destroys the memory-blocker chip and regains her memory.
And after regaining memories, she realises that her family is dead and she has nothing left to live for.
So she loops back (because it still keeps her daughter alive in her memories).
She makes that choice everytime.
The administrator is just an AI that's tasked to train her. But it doesn't have the ability to handle the last situation.
So, it considers it as failure (last test) and loops back.
And people controlling the experiment probably never come to know. Because the AI reports each loop as 'failure'. And they are afraid of sending actual humans because she is too dangerous.
