That’s why US gate keeps prescription drugs and profits from seizures, jails and the prison system, even after serving your debt to society you are likely to be put into some monthly program for a year or two paying monthly
Hence why we need a two-pronged approach of attacking the problem of drugs. Keep as much drugs off the street as we can and minimize the amount of potential buyers in various ways.

I agree. They are on a mission! Every hit helps. We are losing too many to drugs. I imagine getting people to try is a win win because usually they now have a customer! BUT the journey of being addicted leads to hardship, loss of everything including family, possibly homelessness, sickness, doing deplorable things to feed addiction, sickness, death. So bottom line some people are getting very rich thru the suffering of others. As we know, life can be so hard. Drugs can help for a minute but life becomes so much harder than it was. I applaud those trying to prevent that horrible cycle. 💗

Exactly. Coke and much worse is available just about everywhere you look, if you're really wanting it. The "War on Drugs" is actually a war on the American tax payers.

Once sent a few bottles of foreign coffee, recieved it with holes poked through the box, and bottles
Had true Cadbury chocolate sent to me by a friend in Ireland... All I got was a sorry this package was damaged in transit note (bag was cut perfectly across the top with a knife) and 5 of 20 bars my friend sent me missing.
don't forget folks, Uncle Sam doesn't like competition. what's yours is his.
A genuine question: what happens when they falsely assume something is hidden inside an object, drill it in half and don’t find anything? Like do they have some kind of insurance that will help the owners restore the value or what?
thats what i thought!
probably nothing happens and you cant contest it because it is under the authority of border control to dismember things in order to search them
They have to file a claim for damages...
Read what you sign when you mail something!
Customs has a bakery in the back, they would call the customer and ask for the recipe.
i felt sorry for that guy who got robbed of the 31 iphones, could see he was genuinely upset about it

dude was being nice and made an example for tv for everyone to learn from. if they werent there he wouldve fined her and she wouldve deserved it for how bad at lying she was.
They ruined a perfectly good carrot cake just to ship some coke? If this were in Australia, they would be more concerned that the cream cheese frosting "could threaten Australia's $5,000 cream cheese industry." I always thought they should replace the drugs with sugar (or rat poison) and send it along to the recipient. Then let the drug dealers fight it out between them.
Like the way you think … great ideas!
31:33 "It's like a fake tip" 🤦🏾♂️🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂😂
Poor Columbian guy, that got robbed of the iPhones. Feel for him. Hope hes doing better and his family.
I don't understand why they gave him the third degree, since he was carrying LESS than $10,000.
You clearly also didn't do the math on that story.... 50,000 / 31 = 1612 that's a little expensive per phone no?..... I smell bs😂 That being said, they had no business grilling the guy, he had less than 10 k....
@jodycarlosborrageiro9588 same here I did the math also nowadays it's maybe 250 - 300 for the iPhone 11 pro max which is about 8000 total
Even if they were just released its ≈ 1000 per phone so it's about 30000 total
If they start talking about testing the powder, I always think they gonna lick it.
Hopefully they do and it's fentanyl or another drug that's active in amounts the size of a grain of sand. And another one bites the dust (or in that case, licks it 😂)! Lmao
Or sniff it
at least thats what i would do xd

Very surprised these guys don’t wear protective face coverings when opening packages.
Fentanyl wasn’t big then, I’m
Sure they do now
There's one episode of this channel or another show where the officer is saying WITH her hand touching and poking the unknown substance, "We have no idea what this could be, it could be extremely toxic..."
That lady with the Chanel was wildly ungrateful for the break she got!
totally. With attitude they should have fined her at least.
The punchline is the icing on the cake. I just hope they donut treat him miserably when they take him into custardy 😂🎉

Drug smuggling will never end as long as there are always potential buyers
That’s why US gate keeps prescription drugs and profits from seizures, jails and the prison system, even after serving your debt to society you are likely to be put into some monthly program for a year or two paying monthly
Hence why we need a two-pronged approach of attacking the problem of drugs. Keep as much drugs off the street as we can and minimize the amount of potential buyers in various ways.
Its awesome to see that there are some people who are willing to help fight this uphill battle
Definitely!
I think it would be cool to have this job. Being able to recognize things on an x-ray that doesn't seem right is pretty cool. Great training
I would love that job myself and I was thinking about the same thing applying at JFK airport in NY. City.

So who is going to pay for the item when they don't find anything?!
They send information on reimbursement
We do at the end
I feel sad for those who are targeted and turn out not to have any drugs with them👀how do they pull out mentally?
if they are liberals like yourself that voted for the current admin, I hope u people drive offacliff
No one should be targeted for having drugs, at all.
mentally? bruh yall weak
@@filonin2 that's the dumbest idea I've heard all day. You legalize all drugs people are pathetic.
FFS, get a grip. If that would bother you to the point of having a mental problem then you should probably see a psychiatrist. Because it’s a cashier check, that can be reissued or cancelled , the funds are still sitting in a account in a bank. They seized paper that will be worthless with one visit to the issuing bank.

He knew what the law was and he decided to break it. If you know the rules, don’t be surprised if someone’s job is to enforce it. Simple really. Try to smuggle in stuff without paying duties, you can’t get mad if someone calls you on it. If you don’t want to get caught, don’t break the law.

So what happens when CBP damages your goods and does not find anything illegal? Do they replace the expensive equipment or do they compensate you for their mistake? Or do they give you the middle finger?
maybe the middle finger cause they be saying they doing there job.
Its the same thing here in Australia. They will put it back together as good as they can and send parcel to you wrapped with stick tape showing it was open by them and I also got a letter inside telling me why it was open. Oh well, they are just trying their best. 🤷♀️
They send you a complimentary gimp as condolences.

Though not mentioned anywhere, this a re-release of an 2018 episode, which is totally fine and not sus at all 👍

@@Mrclean431 actually, it does.
When they got that coke inside that metal piece, he said "the important thing it's that it's not getting on the streets". Well, he couldn't be more wrong. There will be always be other people ready to sell on those same streets. You're fighting a war you can never win, just give it up, and start using all those millions that you spend with all those customs in another way that would actually benefit the people.
Exactly. Coke and much worse is available just about everywhere you look, if you're really wanting it. The "War on Drugs" is actually a war on the American tax payers.
They get paid, that’s all they care about. And also get a huge pension. They could care less about anyone, its all BS
Oh, we should leave more drugs on the street so more people can die? Are you nuts? Saving at least one person from an overdose death is worth it. Taking any drugs off the street hurts drug dealers even if it's a little bit.
I like these guys attitude. Not stopping till we get to the top of the onion.

So what I learned from this video is that the statement stays true, "DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE."
I think the life lesson of not doing something that is highly suspicious or illegal when you can be confronted about it eventually rings more true than that statement.
