Its the people that deal with people, the ones in other departments or whatever seem way more chill. I always try putting myself in that situation and them dealing with that many people for so long the line between good people and bad would get blurred until they see everyone as potentially risky. In a way thats the attitude you need but that Rimola dude was way outa line, it would take everything I had to not just throw him down that escalator.
