If you get 'Qualcomm CRASHDUMP error' on the device after running the 'flash-all' file, do not worry. To fix: boot to fastboot mode as you normally would, and then boot the TWRP img to the device using a computer. Flash the TWRP.zip file within TWRP, then finally flash the Stock OS (www.oneplus.com/uk/support/softwareupgrade) zip from within TWRP. Wipe dalvik, factory reset, reboot and enjoy. P.S. you will need to transfer the zip files onto the device when you have booted the TWRP.img file. if you're having for the command to recognize your device I found a solution while I was searching online , credits goes to Aaron M : I installed the driver package that is presented to windows when you connect the phone directly to a PC. I use windows 8.1. I verified that the drivers are installed by checking “programs and features”. It clearly says “OnePlus USB Drivers 1.00”. I attempted to use ADB and it never listed my device even though windows detects the device (which is how i installed the drivers in the first place). Thankfully, I understand windows. I went to device manager and saw “adb device” (and sometimes “oneplus”) with a small yellow triangle. This means that the device drivers aren’t installed for this device. Then I manually attempted to install the drivers by right clicking the device and selecting “update driver software..”. I clicked “browse my computer for driver software” and navigated to “C:\Program Files (x86)\OnePlus USB Drivers”. The drivers began to install and i thought i was done. No. I then got the error: “Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. Windows found driver software for your device but encoutered an error while attempting to install it. The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file. The file is likely corrupt or the victim of tampering.” The only way I was able to install the driver was to reboot windows into advanced startup and select option 7 to “disable device driver signing”. I then repeated the above install process, got a warning to install the driver, and accepted the risk. I can now use ADB. oneplususbdrivers.com/install-oneplus-usb-driver/

Question, I have unrooted my op7 pro, now I checked for updates on the system settings, do I have to go through this too because it says that my bootloader is unlocked. Or do I just lock the bootloader?
I pushed my TMobile 7t US model Unlocked, the patched boot msm tool global. I ran into issue with driver right after the first flash. When trying to use cmd prompt. Once I updated driver's that allowed me to unlock bootloader without having to type in a token code or the _Critical. I just typed fastboot oem unlock. Got the pop up and set to unlock. Then I flashed flash all .bat two times. Then loaded global firmware and took the next update which all is gold for me. I just am not sure now if I lock the bootloader if I'll be able to just use ADb fastboot again or if I will have to bypass using patch boot msm file again if I want to unlock again?
I have a OnePlus 7t pro McLaren edition from t mobile but I can only use one sim even with the two sim slot. If I do this will it allow me to use two sims?

Hello, would it also be possible to downgrade from Android 11 to Android 10 using this method mentioned and to re-lock the bootloader for Widevine L1 and SafetyNet certification? best regards
@mo I used the MSMTool (unbrick tool) for the downgrade. This brings you to Android 10 (2019/10) and the bootloader was automatically re-locked during the process. After you can easily install a newer OxygenOS such as 10.0.11 (EU (2021/02) or 10.3.8 via a local update. You just have to be careful that you choose the correct version for your smartphone. In my case it was GM1913 for EU.
@mo you have to do this with PC. just hold down the volume keys (not powerbutton!) while confirming the start button in the MSMTool. The display remains during the process but you can hear the USB Connect sound from the PC operating system, in my case Windows. You also have to connect the USB cable in a certain order. I believe first in the smartphone and then in the PC. But there are some tutorials on this.
Keep going dude you will be great at it and don't feel disappointed at any point in time I have some questions of my own. I have been using an OPPO f5 for a very long time stock and wasn't interested in rooting and couldn't do so to be honest. And before that i had an iphone 6+ and i had reached some good understanding to the tricks and tips in jailbreak and was pretty good in terms of what was good for me My question is that...I originally want to root my oneplus 7pro because of the call recording enable...but i am really interested to what is root and what is the benefits and what kind of modules or tweaks to do and what is essential and what is cool... Thank you for your 4 videos they have helped me
Hey there Farouk, and thanks for your comment! Rooting is called rooting because it allows user-access to the files found on the root-directory of the phone. Once rooted, we can modify, create or delete root files, that can dramatically change how the phone works e.g. we can change the boot animation to whatever we wish, or we can change the font of the text that the phone uses across its system. Also, like you said, a call-recording app can be used. I personally use call-recording and it's one of my favourite root modifications. Perhaps I should make a video on my favourite root mods. I hope this helped!

Well, when I am trying to lock the boot loader I am getting an error stating that the devices is corrupted and it wont boot. man, it sux
I FIXED IT! guys If you're stuck here just download the latest firmware from Oneplus, update it on your phone through local upgrade and then try to relock the bootloader again, (I was on the latest firmware and used the same rom on my phone to upgrade, basically I reflashed the rom on my phone through local upgrade.)
I vouch this step. After the 'flash all' step > setup your oneplus > then download the latest firmware from oneplus website > update via local upgrade > go to fastboot mode > this time lock the bootloader.. Thanks so much for this step man!
@@bumblejeep123 no need to thank me man😂 I was shit scared before doing this but I've have rooted all of my past devices and have bricked a couple of them so, I was ready to go for the EDL route if this wouldn't work.
Hi man! I guess I am in big trouble. I wanted to revert to stock and I did your method. After the bat file finished flashing, the device will boot until the "Unlocked bootloader"-screen and then starts again, and again, and again. It never gets past this screen :( I hope that you can help me. Thanks alot.
Yup - I've got that problem too.
if you're having for the command to recognize your device I found a solution while I was searching online , credits goes to Aaron M :
I installed the driver package that is presented to windows when you connect the phone directly to a PC.
No.
I then got the error:
“Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device.
Windows found driver software for your device but encoutered an error while attempting to install it. The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file. The file is likely corrupt or the victim of tampering.”
The only way I was able to install the driver was to reboot windows into advanced startup and select option 7 to “disable device driver signing”. I then repeated the above install process, got a warning to install the driver, and accepted the risk.
I can now use ADB.

Hi I cannot see if you've done a mac version for this. Also, my phone is now running Android 11, but there is no firmware in XDA for 11. Can you suggest/advise me please. Also, thanks so much for your work on this. Appreciate it.
Hi, I am also running 11 Pixel experience, did you manage to return to stock?
Question, I have unrooted my op7 pro, now I checked for updates on the system settings, do I have to go through this too because it says that my bootloader is unlocked. Or do I just lock the bootloader?
Followed your Tutorial, Bootlader was locked but right after locking i am getting "Your device is corrupt, it can't be trusted and will not reboot" ?
You're a real life saver man ! Loads of thanks ❤️❤️
I have a OnePlus 7t pro McLaren edition from t mobile but I can only use one sim even with the two sim slot. If I do this will it allow me to use two sims?
@TechStuff will it unlock my sim for international use? My phone is a T-Mobile variant and I can't use any other carrier's sim card 😔
Hey, great video thank you very much. Can you please tell me if this method will allow a carrier locked phone to be unlocked? Thanks again. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for your video and Is there anyway to recover the data after unexpected wiping of oneplus 7T.
Keep going dude you will be great at it and don't feel disappointed at any point in time
I have some questions of my own.
I have been using an OPPO f5 for a very long time stock and wasn't interested in rooting and couldn't do so to be honest. And before that i had an iphone 6+ and i had reached some good understanding to the tricks and tips in jailbreak and was pretty good in terms of what was good for me
My question is that...I originally want to root my oneplus 7pro because of the call recording enable...but i am really interested to what is root and what is the benefits and what kind of modules or tweaks to do and what is essential and what is cool...
@@techstuff7568
It helped a lot. Thank you
And it would be great if you made a video of the best root apps and mods for the oneplus 7pro
Thanks very much for the rooting guide i used it yesterday and it worked perfectly...it js the only guide that worked...i had my phone in soft brick 2 weeks earlier because i was trying to root but your guide did the trick and also made me figure how to restore my device to stock if anything happens
HI, you don't have to root to have native call recording when it comes to oneplus.
th-cam.com/video/VQ8WrKP56C4/w-d-xo.html
follow instructions on the above video and you could get native call recording for your OP 7 Pro
The latest stock ROM available via the XDA forum link is 10.0.8-GLOBALOnePlus7. I am trying to unbrick my oneplus which is stuck in a fastboot loop. Since I was on Android version 11, will flashing the 10.0.8 version cause problems? Where can I find the latest stable Android version 11 stock ROM for oneplus 7?
Thanks for you help :) Worked perfectly for me!
Hi there! I had a custom OS on my phone. I followed your instructions. It mostly works! When I try to lock the bootloader, I get the "Your Device is Corrupted" message. I have to re-unlock the bootloader to get the phone to work. Everything else seems good. The native OS has loaded and I can use the phone. Any idea how I can lock the bootloader?
Hello again! I think I answered my own question! So, After doing part 1 of your process, after skipping past the set-up, go ahead and do all the OS updates. Once the updates are completed, THEN, reboot into Fastboot and do the "oem lock". That worked for me!
i have one plus 7t. its is only rooted and magisk installed only. no custom rom or recovery. simply un installing magisk with unlocking oem via CMD is enough? or i have to flash stock rom?
i live in turkey and i downloaded global version of oneplus 7t from sourceforge, and I followed the your instructions so i get error "your devices is corupt it cant be trusted and will not boot" and stock that screen. now i will try re-download europe version of fastboot Roms.
after the "oem lock" command I have this on the phone: "your device is corrupt. it can't be trusted and will not boot"
HELP
Is it possible to use this guide to leave T-mobile rom and go to stock international?

If my OnePlus7 has Android 11, and the latest firmware listed is Android 10, what should I do?
My one plus 9R was successfully rooted before. I wanted to unroot and lock OEM. So I flashed one plus os and rebooted with img file successfully. Later in fastboot, I entered command to lock oem, then I got error message that my device is corrupt and can’t boot.
After that I unlocked OEM and trying to flash img file. But it shows “failed to authenticate boot image “ can anyone help me with this?
Any help is highly appreciated
I HAVE ANDROID 11 (pixel) installed on one plus 7 pro , i want to roll back to andriod 10 (back to os ) is it possible by this process you explained ?

Hey man! Helpful videos but I'm facing a problem here, my device is recognized and I see the serial no. when I write devices in cmd prompt. After that I start the flash all process and after sometime my phone disconnects from fastboot, I get an error in cmd prompt, it rechecks for fastboot devices and continues. After all that I get stuck in bootloop, scratching my head to solve this but no luck, can you please help a buddy out?

ill be grateful if you can suggest a method to safely downgrade oxygen OS to an older version , i installed a version 10.3.3HD01AA (Indian ) but i am facing some network connectivity issues hence i wish to downgrade . But the local upgrade option is showing me this message "the version of your selected package is lower that of the current sytem. To avoid booting up failure , downgrading is not allowed "........I am also not able to find any option to flash file from recovery.
Device - One plus 7t pro
status - Unrooted
Version - Indian (Model - HD1911)
Current oxygen OS version - 10.3.3HD01AA

Estava na oxygen os 11 e instalei uma custom tom. Queria voltar para a stock mas não consigo ele não passa do bootloader. Poderia fazer um tutorial atualizado de como voltar para a stock.

Hi! I bought a 7T from China and it's running on Hydrogen OS. Can you give guide me on what to do so it can run on Oxygen OS? Thanks.
Can I relock the bootloader while being on a beta ROM? I mean you don't have to unlock it to switch to beta so I'm wondering
after relocking the bootloader would locking restore the widevine L1 certificate? OnePlus 7 user here!
Yes it restores to L1 :)
After the whole process, there was a problem - after locking the bootloader it stated that your device cannot be boot as it is corrupted and gave the link with /ABH. So I had to unlock the bootloader again to run the OS on the phone. Now I am running the phone on the unlock bootloader, as when I try to lock it, gives me the same error again. Your response to this will be appreciated.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. This happens when there are still modifications on the device. Make sure you have removed them all, before locking your bootloader
@@techstuff7568 any idea how exactly can we check/identify those modifications?
What can i do my oneplus7 pro does not show up on fastboot on windows but on mac it does so it is anyway i can do it on mac?
