Have you tried Irish Moss (Sea Moss) as your multivitamin Sis? It has 92 out of 102 vitamins and minerals we need. Maca root powder balances hormones. Mix it in a berry smoothie with coconut water.. Yummers! Also birth control is full of synthetic chemicals and hormones..if you're cycle is regular try the natural family planning method or eating lots of papaya and it's seeds as birth control. April I just let the obgyn and they trying to tell me that I need the Mirena cause there is no natural way to cure hormone inbalance . I've been stressed sense my car accident and gained alot of wait. I dont believe them. I am pissed !! And it was a black woman Doctors 😕 I'm like cant I just supplement the progesterone...she like yes but it wont last. it wont fix the irregular periods . Goddess what do you recommend

My dr. Yesterday just told me I should go on the pill because my estrogen is too high and progesterone too low It causes PMDD in me. I said no thanks. Shes like why not? I said why would I put artificial Estrogen and Progesterone in my body? Especially since I'm trying to get pregnant soon. Awesome video! I used to do heavy strength training because it helped me keep weight on my naturally underweight frame. For me, it was unnecessary stress on the body - like you say. I’m now getting into yoga and realizing it has countless benefits - mind, body, and spirit. I wish I had begun sooner. I would probably be more flexible now. Lol

Magnesium,copper,and zinc are not hormones. They are vitamins and minerals. If u are deficient in those vitamins it can effect your hormones. The only way to know if your body's levels are off is blood work & most people will find that they are ok. Taking those when you don't need them can be a bad thing as well.
