I confirm: your hacks work for menopause!! I discovered you just a month ago and thought: hey, let's have a try, it's so easy and fun! And just in a week or so I was not anymore waking up "in a sauna" 10 times a night! Just starting with salad/greens, even for breakfast, keeping my sweet teeth for the end of the meal and dancing 10 min after that, out of joy for feeling sooo much better! You are my star! 🙏🤩😍💖
I dont take any supplement (exept magnesium and Vitamine D) and as already said, I just started to follow the hacks that you can find in the description of the video. I explore to try to find solutions to this "life tsunami" I had never imagine. But I take this challenge as a chance to get closer to my body and to myself... a sort of mindfulness journey. As each woman has to deal with different challenges, there is no map that fit all the worlds, we have to find our own way. I wish you all the best for your own journey. ❤
I tried natural supplements but did not work, I had no choice but had to start HRT. I am only 41. I had very bad hot flushes, body pain and not regular period. Please if you have any idea how to manage naturally, let me know.
Can i just say this is all so so so accurate!!!!! i’m amazed with the hacks! i have PCOS & my estrogen levels were never stable causing me to have irregular periods & infertility. now after trying your hacks for a little over a month my estrogen levels are so stable along with my other hormones. it’s incredible. thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Lost over 60lbs naturally with PCOS following your tips and others. It’s simple once understood. Wholefoods diet, high protein (140g average), fibre (over 30g) walking a lot (after meals too), ACV before meals etc. it’s mainly a metabolic condition affecting reproduction. Adrenals, insulin, inflammation it’s a whole body issue
As a man, it is so enlightening to hear and understand such valuable information which could be life saver for our mothers, sisters, wife/girlfriend/partner and our daughters. I’d share this will all women I care for and hope we create a better world with healthy women (and men). Thanks for such insightful presentation 🙏🏼
Living with pcos 😢horrible experience lost my hair, can’t lose weight easily and lost of crazy symptoms and never got pregnant 🤰 😢😢😢😢thank you for this and please do more!!!!!
Pcos not causing infertility..check your husband fertility..if your husband fertility is good pregnancy is not difficult..you don't want to loose weight..take high folic acid foods.. take black gram recipe food, drumstick leaves and papaya and pineapple..and take pumpkin seed..i follow these 2 month then got pregnant.. I'm also have pcos.. before taking these check your husband fertility..there is no issue if you have pcos if you have pcos.
I ve been trying too for like a year and half recently i ve diagnosed with pcos , insulin resistance it s the first cause and now i am fighting it trying my best .
Hi, I has pcos too. What i did before ttc was cut off entire sugar and practise yoga. Yoga was the main reason I managed to lose weight abt 5kg in a month and after 9months I got my menses and it has been regular. Even I was practising it a week once. Then I managed to conceive and now baby girl is 2.5yrs old and im pregnant again 8 weeks. Practise yoga and cut sugar you will thank your body. Sending you lots of baby dust too. ❤️😇🫂
I have struggled with PCOS for about 7 years now. I started your protocol 2 weeks ago. I do 1 tsb of acv early in the day and before bed. I don't always do the food order as recommended. If you have pcos I honestly think this might be a cure. I have never looked or felt better and my symptoms are almost completely gone. It is quite literally changing my quality of life before my eyes. I also have an extreme case of keratosis pilaris on my arms and buttocks that is clearing. I made an extensive list of the changes I experienced. If anyone has any questions let me know. Highly recommend. Thank you for changing my life.
Personally PCOS affected my hair terribly with losing hair and density. Did you have the same? If so have you seen any improvements with your hair? I just started today to be mindful of the food order so I'm hopeful
@@nayeligonzalez13 hairloss was one of my biggest issues as well, probably the most devastating of all. I would say after the third week my hair loss reduced up to 80%. It's what motivated me to comment. Highly highly recommend getting the acv in there in conjunction with food order! Now when I run my hands through my hair one or two strands might come out but it's not frequent. Wishing you the very best.
Hi beautiful intelligent Queen-Angel you! Thank you for thinking about us who need this info. 3 weeks ago I started eating in the right order: savory breakfast, my vinegar w/the mother, more movement and my Hormone therapy was re-established after getting my basic education on how to keep healthy and happy. No longer do I eat a big bowl of oats with skimmed milk for breakfast as my doctor had strongly suggested to lower my cholesterol. within 3 weeks I noticed a substantial difference on how my body feels. Thank you and much love to you! PS: I am 72 yrs old and feeling great; it is never too late!
@@vanitagomes3794 Good morning Vanita, before my cup of coffee I take a spoonful of olive oil; then I have green beans and asparagus with a little butter; an egg on the side, and to finish, I have berries and Greek yogurt. And before dinner I drink the vinegar and eat my greens first, then the rest of the meal. For my sweet tooth, I have a pastry with yogurt and cup of coffee or tea. Vanita, have a good day!
8.17 - 8.40 " insulin tells your body, it's not time to burn fat, we're not burning fats ' i love this simple way of approach. easy understand and easy to remember.
As somone who struggled with pcos for years , i can tell you lowering that glucose spike is key. I.F. has helped me alot and packing in clean protein and fats like ghee and 40 grams of fiber has been helping. Definitely your hacks has really helped! I now add acv and big green salads before all my meals. Glucose Goddess....thank you!
I was listening to this while in the shower, looked down and was SHOCKED to discover that I had only lost a few strands of hair!!! After years of losing a clump of hair dialy, I am flabbergasted to lose so little. I have only been following the hacks for 2.5 weeks and have already lost 8 pounds, stopped my back pain, stopped this pervasive pain behind my eyes that I have suffered with for years, and stopped daytime crashes (which was the reason I started to follow the advice in the first place). #GlucoseGoddess, your method should be taught in schools. It should be a pamphlet in every doctors office. It should be a part of advice given by nutritionists. It should be part of best practices for every camp, cafeteria or program providing food for kids. I have realized, at nearly age 50, that I have been on a roller coaster of glucose spikes for my entire life and that it has impacted my physical and reproductive health in so many ways. I also realize that my daughter is following the same pattern. Please keep teaching. And please keep pushing to get your easy tips into more hands! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
@@ingridmaldonado9229 I really would like you to recommend the interview between her and Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, also on TH-cam. It dives deeply into the whole concept, therefore quite long, but worth every second. Greetings from Germany! Claudia
This is video is god-sent for us struggling with PCOS.....I'm not religious but may god bless you for all the good you are doing with these videos to many of us who are struggling
I have been diagnosed with GD a month ago. Found your videos while watching some shorts on youtube. started to follow your four hacks since last week. My glucose levels are not spiking like previous weeks. Thanks for your help. You’re an Angel ❤❤
Hi mam I asma from Germany. I am following you 2024 from starting. Ur video hacks super great very easy for understanding. I lost weight 18 kg within 9 months. I feel so energy two time I takes meal. Last before 5 o'clock. Start from vegetable in order. I saw watched alot videos for weight lost purpose nothing result. You are very honest with ourself and with vewiers. I love you mam prayers for you. My sister friend family surprised and shocked with my transformation 74 kg before now 56 kg
She is so cute and adorable. That hair style looks great on her. She looks more relax and comfortable with this hair color verse the blond, although I'm pretty sure she looks beautiful no matter what color she choices. She looks very young too.
Thank you! You empower people to regain their health through such important information. If I may add something from my personal experience.. both PCOS and menopause symptoms were connected to gluten intolerance as well. There are no studies on this topic yet , but I witnessed a huge relief when I eliminated gluten and most of the grains from my diet.
Hi Jessie, just love ur videos....kindly do a video on cortisol also...it is the need of the hour...less talked about but tooo important for optimal health.
I greatly appreciate if you could dive into the interplay between glucose levels and endometriosis. I believe an episode on this topic will help so many of us 😊Super thank you! 💞
I have found a significant change in my glucose levels with your hacks but more importantly the emotional roller coaster is not as bad as it was before. Whilst this journey still makes us feel vulnerable, balancing glucose helps the emotional pressure at this time.
Before breaking my fast I have organic, black coffee. I am 59 and in menopause phase of my life. Have a great desire to eat well and stay active but inflammation, chronic pain and weight gain have been very frustrating and debilitating. Thank you 🙏 for being our Angel. Trying all your hacks and staying hopeful for better health❤

Thank you sm Jesse. I've been following your videos recently. After adapting some of your glucose goddess rules, I can see drastic changes on my pcos symptoms which I've been suffering for years. I have finally started to love and listen to my body❤
went through horrible PCOS symptoms as a teenager and got finally diagnosed at 19. Got prescribed the pill, took it for a year and I felt like it was such a wrong thing to do so I started reading about PCOS and the way it works and stopped the pill, started supplementing magnesum and folic acid and followed the Montignac Regime (which is basically based on the same principles as these hacks) and i did lose weight, improved by moods, started getting my period REGULARLY, every month, ovulating, felt better and stronger than ever. I am so glad I did listen to my body. Finding this channel today made me so happy because I found a community that validates my experience ❤️ for all women: please give this a go if you can before just taking the pill - you might find a new light at the end of the tunnel.
Please feel free to do as many videos about menopause as you like!!! Fascinating subject and I don’t think I a lot of us realise what’s happening especially woman who may be starting much earlier even late 30’s!! Thanks for all your info❤
Thank you for this video. I'm in early post menopause, it's been rough even though I'm otherwise very healthy, and a couple months ago I found out my A1C is officially pre-diabetic. I found you when I started searching for ways to decrease my insulin resistance, and I'm so glad I did. I bought both of your books, have watched many of your videos, and it looks like not only are my glucose and insulin levels the most likely explanation for all the symptoms I'm still having - insomnia, acne, fatigue, inability to lose my new little spare tire - also suspect I've had undiagnosed glucose issues/intolerance for decades. Thank you for explaining this missing piece of the puzzle, and for letting us know what we can do about it.
I have PMS and lately, the day before my period I'm super emotional, irritated, unstable and sometimes super depressed. And lazy, suuuper lazy. I am vegan and I don't eat sugar a lot but I know that my breakfast is not savory. I'm going to try your hacks! I love how easy is to understand you and I admire your work in health and science! Lots of love 💕
PMS is mostly associated with a surge of a hormone called allopregnenolone which act as a «thief that steals» your progesterone whose level plummet for a day or two a few days before the period starts. Apart from «right diet», I’ll recommend using natural progesterone cream from ovulation to Mens.
I love you so much, I have PCOS and it's really hard for me to lose weight. Before seeing your video I was so confused specially that doctors here gave me birth control. When I saw your video in my explore page I felt relieved because you're the one that I trust. Thank you so much wish you all the best in your life ❤️
At almost 58yrs old and post menopausal, I’ve finally started a keto diet. Pre menopause I was athletic and eating a whole foods diet, but even sticking with fitness , though reduced due to fatigue and poor sleep. I’m now feeling so much better, energetic and sleeping better, with the hope of finally getting my fitness back to where it was😊
I actually read in a few places that in some cases, PCOS is something that in fact you can be born with... I am not the only one in my family either, my mom, aunt and some of my cousins also have PCOS, and type 1 diabetes also runs in the family.... So I do believe that, in our case at least, there's something in our genes that messes up with our ability to process sugar 🤷♀️
@@aransamsan Agree. It runs rampant along with type 2 diabetes. Even back in the 50s-60s when my family was poor, living off garden raised foods and basically no processed food, most were still very overweight, especially the women.
I just found your chanel a week ago and I have already learned so much. I am in the process of being tested for reactive hypoglycemia and I am a menopausal women. I have been wearing a CGM for a week and I can already see how much I have been spiking and crashing.. and I can see the effects certain foods have on my glucose levels. I have used some of your hacks and can see a difference on the monitor. I love your videos are so educational but so easy to understand. Thank you!
Same here! I was astounded how just two slices of toast with bananas spiked my BG and an hour later my levels crashed. This didn’t use to be a problem before, but now close to menopause it suddenly causes problems. But if I go for a brisk walk right after eating, my levels stay stable, even if I eat carbs! I would have never believed that without seeing it on the CGM with my own eyes!
@@joanneclark8256 I think it is an individual decision. I am a visual person, who likes hard results/data, so it helps me to see what my body really is ok with and what it's not ok with. I am seeing I am way more carb sensitive than I thought. So without the cgm, I would never known that. But, if you are a person that thinks it would cause anxiety, then its ok not to use one. They aren't permanent, so you could do a trial and see how it goes. I won't wear one forever. I was just diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia from gastric bypass surgery. So I will wear one for awhile until I get my diet down and under control.
Hi Jesse, I discovered you 6weeks ago with Dr. Mindy Pelz. You both have really helped with understanding importance of keeping glucose down and dressing the carbs😊. Thank you for transparency and hope all you intelligent chemists, doctors can destroy most of big pharma, whose killing us
@@joanneclark8256 There are no "carb receptors". Maybe they meant insulin receptors. In any case, there are no studies that show any negative long-term effects of eating a meat-heavy or meat-only diet. Some studies have shown a loose *_association __*_ with heart disease, but association doesn't mean causation - police have a strong association with crime but that doesn't mean police _*__cause_* crime. Microbiome won't be negatively effected. All that will happen is that the microbes that live off of fiber will go into hibernation until fiber is reintroduced. Your nutrition and microbiome will be just fine. You might need to take it slow if you want to reintroduce fiber. Give a little time to let the microbiome readjust. Not a big deal. I did 90 days of meat/eggs only. Since then I have done almost 2.5 years of meat, eggs, seafoods, low-carb veggies, butter, a *_little bit_* of other dairy, salt, and water. I limit myself to 20g carbs per day at absolute maximum. Completely reversed my insulin resistance and prediabetes. lost 60lbs of excess fat too.
Love you videos. I started to use a few of your hacks. My goal was to see if I could lower my blood sugar levels. Success!!! Now, I am working on fewer spikes, so far so good. Thank you!!❤
Endometriosis / hyperplasia... nearly 4 weeks now following the Glucose Goddess method and I feel great. Inflammation switched down within a week, chronic fatigue went down by week 2 and my body stopped wanting naps... activity levels went up because I wasn't feeling exhausted. Dropped some KG as a nice side effect! A lot of people haven't seen me for 2 weeks due to half term, I've had so many comments about how well I'm looking (and I was feeling / looking really poorly before, having been hospitalised twice so far this year, so I must be looking well 😂 ).
@Anya-sv7de not formally diagnosed beyond the suggestion of Fibromyalgia, but I've struggled with chronic fatigue for years. Doing ok at the moment though 👍
I’ve only just found out that menopause (oestrogen deficiency in particular) can mess up glucose regulation, even without diabetes - why don’t our doctors warn us about that? This can have detrimental effects on our health long term and eventually lead to diabetes and all other associated risks (CVD, dementia, etc) if we’re not careful!
Jessie, I am close to being three months menopausal. This past month I have noticed a positive change in my symptoms, fingers crossed, will continue on this path since implementing your hacks. I would love to be a volunteer for you if you are thinking of starting a new study with women who are starting menopause. Please keep me in mind. I know you are mostly on Instagram, I am not but I hope that by God’s providence you will see this. Thank you for everything. I purchased both books, I am sharing everything I am learning at work with coworkers and our perinatal population. 😊
I went through menaupose with ZERO symptoms. I have always had naturally a low carb nutrition, as this is the way I was raised. I have never eaten any processed food, I cook all my meals with the highest quality food. I also diversify my food.
Started doing this today.. I’m a teacher so the work can get pretty stressful and I’ve resorted to eating snacks to combat the stress, unknowingly that I was actually feeding the fire. Tried the hacks you suggested eating veggies first and the vinegar thing and I feel soooo full already (it’s lunch time right now). I wasn’t even sure if what I brought was going to be enough but I’m so full. This is amazing! lol.. can’t wait to see what happens in a few months
going into IVF after 6 years of infertility, multiple losses and several enormous fibroids, I'm currently trying to implement your glucose hacks in my daily routine. Hoping it will make a difference
This had some great information, I was particularly interested in learning more about Endometriosis, however I did not hear or read anything about it, only PCos. I would definitely appreciate information on endometriosis
Endometriosis is also linked to inflammation (or causing it), so I guess these tips for a truly healthy lifestyle go a long way with Endometriosis, too. I was never diagnosed with endometriosis, but always had severe menstrual pain, and adopting a "glucose aware" eating habit helped massively with PMS symptoms and pain. The pain comes from the same type of body cells that endometriosis is made of, so glucose/insulin on one hand and inflammation (prostaglandines) on the other hand definitely are at work there, too. Additionally to eating with glucose in mind (at least during the luteal phase/two weeks before menstruation), taking omega-3 fatty acids as a supplement helped me to keep inflammation in check.
I follow your glucose hack in the morning breakfast I feel good everyday and I can eat dessert now watching from Taiwan 🇹🇼 thankful I found your TH-cam channel
I was hoping to hear more about fibroids. I suffer badly with them to the point where I’ve had to have a mirena iud fitted to reduce the bleeding (1 litre per month). I had PCOS in my 20s but it went away and I developed fibroids instead. I do crave sugar for energy and Im tired all the time with my anemia. Please please tell us more about fibroids. 💕
Magnificant! As I was watching this episode I wondered wether there is a correlation between the glucose system and a PROLACTINOMA in de pituitary gland. Last year a family member was diagnosed with a prolactinoma and doctors don't know whats causing it. Only treatment recommended is pharmaceuticals. @Jessie, might this be a topic to elaborate on one day in one of your episodes? With much gratitude and love for you all!
I can't tell you how much I'm in love with you! You are truly a Goddess, just love your hacks and the way you explain the analogy! Last but not the least, your outfits! It's a treat to watch your videos, you are a healer 🌻
and say goodbye to the pill! how does taking the pill for so many years affect the thyroid, menopause stage etc? Correcting insulin levels is amazing!!!
i stumbled upon a random shorts of your and now i'm studying everything from your channel. I've been struggling with my weight and wondering why i never burn any fat... i'm crying hearing you explain about the insulin thing at 8:17... like i'm so sorry to my body because of my busy life i rarely got the time to research more about my body... thank you so much
Please discuss oxalate and lectin containing foods and how it effects gut health and absorption. Inflammation from high histamine foods (even healthy foods) can also spike blood sugar, especially if you have a histamine sensitivity.
No, I eat chicken, turkey, pork, eggs (I try to avoid red meats.) low histamine veggies- asparagus, arugula, watercress, lettuce, onions, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, jicama . Bread, rice, pasta, corn- all elevate me. The issue with histamine intolerance- sometimes, certain foods will elevate my blood sugar and sometimes it won't. Many contributing factors- stress, how much histamine is already in the system, etc. The usual big offenders are: avocado, chocolate, coffee, wine, beer. Many "healthy" foods containing lectins and oxalates are high histamine. Think nightshades- potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, hot peppers. Oxalates- spinach, sweet potatoes and almonds. So, all of the foods I love Do I ever eat them? Yes, but in small quauntities- once in awhile.! But, there are many left that don't trigger reactions. I substitute arugula for spinach. I sub coconut milk for cow's milk. I drink low histamine mold free coffee. It would be easier if it was a true food allergy. I would simply avoid it. This is definitely trickier. It's all trial and error. Reactions can include rash, itching, hives swelling, headaches, sleeplessness, GI issues- gas, bloating- all the way up to vomiting, diahhrea and the worst, anphalaxis. Believe it or not, Nsaids- Advil, Aleve, aspirin, even prescribed Nsaids. Yes, these are the drugs that are supposed to take inflammation down- all can make you swell- if you're sensitive to them. Chemicals inside the home as well as outside: household cleaners, perfumes, food colorings, hair dyes, air pollution from factories, cars- it all matters. A good website to check out regarding histamine intolerance (including food lists) MastCell360. Loads of great information about food here.

My menopause only lasted two years because I have always had lots of good fats to eat. My sister, who loves her breads and cakes has had hot flushes for fourteen years, waking up at night with them. I have been sending her links of these videos andshe says she will watch them. I need to pin her down and make sure she has stopped her bread and cake fetish. A treat once in a while, yes, but not every week!
There are many women with T2 diabetes without PCOS though. So insulin resistance leads to PCOS only in some women. There is a reason though why some people react to the same diet differently. I have had PCOS/IR since I was 12 years old and there must be a genetic factor why the same diet triggers insulin resistance in some and not in others.
How dis you cope lm now menopause and Dr say pcos goes after you get menopause lm like l still have symptoms... and hairloss 15 yrs and my l ask did you have a monthly bleed?

Hi Jessie! Thanks for simplifying these concepts to enable us to use these for our benefit. I have a request - could you also please make a video explaining how to manage insulin resistance for hidradenitis suppurativa patients ? It's a skin condition closely linked with hormonal conditions which are driven by insulin resistance. This would be massively helpful for those of us who have tried all possible medication and can't manage this condition any other way!
Thank you so much for doing this and providing us this info. I'm getting nuts with several changes and symptoms associated to menopause, it's driving me crazy! Of course thinking of going to doctor but this videos help a lot, I doubt almost all of our doctors have any approach to this and it'll be extremely helpful and relieving. 😢
Give it a try and a fair amount of time. This is a lifestyle and not a quick get healthy scheme. I kept a healthy weight using food combination until menopause. I started using this eating method and menopause symptoms improved but weight increased. In the 10 hacks there is mention not to count calories but I caution against not counting calories.
*I had very high blood sugar I only managed to improve my health when I found a WONDERFUL treatment,❤❤ if you want to know about it, I left the name in the comment reply*
I got diagnosed “hipoglucemia reactiva” and endoemtriosis. Now I have to change my diet to control the high picks in the glucose curve. I should only eat food with a GI =
I’m so glad with all your hacks but I’m feeling I’m in trouble, because I’m with PCOS but I’m vegan… so it’s very difficult to know what exactly it’s best to eat… Thank you by the way
Nothing shared on the role, or importance, of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for perimenopausal women?! I wish you’ll later present on the role of HRT in offsetting the negative impacts of perimenopause (crash in hormones) on women’s health (reducing glucose spikes). Thank you.
Esp if you have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS- aka histamine intolerance- the sneakier version of allergies.) Please discuss oxalates and lectin containing foods- these can cause issues .
I m 48, very sporty since I m 12. My body was terribly affected by my training and diet, so I had my period maybe every 3 months and it was really fake. Got pregnant at 38 very surprisingly. Never had my period back since. At 46 I have started to feel all the menopause symptoms: the sweaty nights were at nightmare and I Just needed sweets at night which was definitely not myself. I needed sweets drinks too, which I never liked...That phase was worse than anything I could ever imagine....waking up 3 times at night totally socked wet.... changing bed shit, pajama etc. Now, everything seems to be getting better but i m certainly not like before....I need more sleep and less action. I have switched the usual bread with the gluten free one and eaten more of white fish and obviously chicken. I m taking creatine every morning with my water as soon as I wake up.
I got the gastric bypass, it has been such a help. Affordable in MX.
Did you notice any improvement in your period pain if you had any?
@@ZayabellaMe I'm yet to get my period but I have no doubt it'll ease up. Everything else has improved so so much!! Will let you know.
Great 👍 is it ok to take ACV before bed!
What do you have for breakfast
@@vanitagomes3794 Good morning Vanita, before my cup of coffee I take a spoonful of olive oil; then I have green beans and asparagus with a little butter; an egg on the side, and to finish, I have berries and Greek yogurt. And before dinner I drink the vinegar and eat my greens first, then the rest of the meal. For my sweet tooth, I have a pastry with yogurt and cup of coffee or tea. Vanita, have a good day!
Thank You 🙏🏽 for your response Madame!! ❤️🥰 Merci
I'm new here what videos should I watch to begin with?

I really would like you to recommend the interview between her and Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, also on TH-cam.
It dives deeply into the whole concept, therefore quite long, but worth every second.

Congratulations ❤
This is video is god-sent for us struggling with PCOS.....I'm not religious but may god bless you for all the good you are doing with these videos to many of us who are struggling
Omg this just saved my life. Thank you! 22 and dealing with PCOS, hair falling out, chin hairs
Did you have thyroid or hashimotos? How did you find out that you were what Dr did you see?
Thank you for talking about menopause ❤ it's something that's ignored most times

Thank you so much wish you all the best in your life ❤️
You’re the best! Clear, precise information and the best dressed on TH-cam😍 Love your style💃🏻
At almost 58yrs old and post menopausal, I’ve finally started a keto diet. Pre menopause I was athletic and eating a whole foods diet, but even sticking with fitness , though reduced due to fatigue and poor sleep. I’m now feeling so much better, energetic and sleeping better, with the hope of finally getting my fitness back to where it was😊
"PCOS is not something that you are born with; it's usually just a consequence of this glucose and insulin issue happening within."
I have heard that it's genetic
The root cause of PCOS isn’t completely understood, but being born with too many eggs is a major contributing factor.
Such a wrong statement
Do you think a cgm is a must l would hate to cause more anxiety for myself
Thank you for transparency and hope all you intelligent chemists, doctors can destroy most of big pharma, whose killing us
Wait until you discover the power of not eating carbs in the first place.
It's a whole new world of feeling great.
I was told you will kess up carb receptors if you fully only eat meat.. is that what you do? And how long? What about microbiome
Thank you!!❤
I love Jessie! She is such a wonderful human on earth. I love her style, wonderful dress!
Only one God but love the teaching
Lauren congrats on chronic fatigue syndrome getting better. Did you actually have cfs?

@@kov40how did you check inflammation? I’m trying to understand how one can realize that his inflammations has decreased? 🙏🏼

Please discuss oxalate and lectin containing foods and how it effects gut health and absorption. Inflammation from high histamine foods (even healthy foods) can also spike blood sugar, especially if you have a histamine sensitivity.
Oh wow more crap to worry about so do you only eat meat???

Any tips for ladies who have PCOS not related to insulin resistance? 😢
I feel that the changes in my body have extremely affected me but not my lifestyle. I m a single mum with lots of positive beliefs for my/our future.
Thank you enormously for your channel X
