Love it too but when a baby comes along, I bet the entertainment system would not be used for a looooong time... lol

Looks very cozy, but the cost is really high, 130K, not many young couples can afford it.

As crazy as it sounds, 50k isn't really on the higher side based on what others are willing to splurge nowadays... don't know if they did soundproofing to enable the setup. 80k seems expensive though and I would presume the bulk of it goes into their entertainment system i.e. 30-40k.

I would be really surprised if they don't soundproof their rooms. One soundbar alone is enough to get my neighbours knocking on my door.
