Making a debut with our home tour~ We live in a 5 room HDB Resale flat. Our home used to be a BTO project in 2014/15. We bought it in August 2020, after the sellers reached their MOP. After 2 years of creating short form content on Instagram & TikTok, we hope to connect with more of you here. After creating our first long-form video, I’m now convinced that this is a way we can share our home ownership and reno journey extensively.
Our home was renovated by a Main Con, we did not engage an ID. We self-designed our home by doing very simple reno. A lot of our home is furnished by store bought furniture.

It's called HERF - High end resistance flooring (I believe it has more durable features than basic vinyl floors)

Hello! Yes I have a go-to store on Shopee that I buy from: shope.ee/1q3iHfKWoK (the planters too!) They are faux plants though, not sure if you're looking for that:( But they deliver really quick and always well packed!
How do you maintain the blinds and is it very difficult to clean?
We are fortunate to have a part-time helper come over and she usually has time within our booking duration to clean them. Honestly, white colour hides dust better than darker colours like grey, brown or black. I used to have dark wood blinds and they make dust look so visible! If I were to clean the blinds myself, I'll probably only do it once a year tbh hahah

I think it was around $50 per tile back in 2020. We bought about 8 tiles! As for the model, it should be Sicily Grey from Hafary!

Why u use tiles than glass for kitchen backsplash?
It's only tiles for our kitchen backsplash. We didn't want to use glass material because of the risk of shattering!

How come 5 room but only got 3 rooms + 1 living room tho?
Oh we have 3 + 1 suggested study and 1 living room to be counted as a 5 room flat. These days 5 rooms only have 3 bedrooms:(
