  • For this workout, the ankle weights are optional, you do not have to wear them at all. You will need a resistance band for better results, if you do not have one then you can still perform the exercises but do more reps to feel that burn in your muscles. The only other weight you will need is a kettlebell, a dumbbell, a medicine ball or if you are at home, you can use jugs of water! Perform this workout 2-3 times a week for optimal results.
