LOVE THIS workout! Fast pace, my heart rate was up good toning. I would love the same thing only one round through each thing, and at the end of each round a set of full body strength.

Kaykay your exercise routines are fabulous, the only thing in my opinion is that it would be wonderful if you introduced modifications in each one of your routines, since in my case there are exercises that I find a little difficult to follow because they are a very intense for me due to my age. Me too, i don't have 2kg weights. So with 3 kg i am fine. I just noticed again that i am very week in coordinating with boxing. I was sweating like hell. Well I also did this workout after the last 50 minutes weights workout. I am sooo gratefull for your workouts. Thanks a lot. 😍
