Demand Answers leaves my opponents in need of the card’s namesake (answers) when I’m rolling them over with Ilharg after drawing into some huge creatures to drop off into the board with his ability. Absolutely crazy value early game paired with cards like Thrill of Possibility and Tormenting Voice. Love this card, this list, and this channel!
Meeting of minds is actually my favourite draw spell, I made an alchemy convoke spellslinger deck around it. Sometimes you Cast this for free, get a level 3 Sorcery for free, create extra tokens wich convert to new mana for new spells for extra Tokens, and with Urabrask you probably have a shot at ending the game
@sallomon2357 Im not running the bats, but I run the altars and each one represents about 4 sac triggers on Juri. Pray to god I have Harmonic prodigy and it’s almost game over. Double death triggers on Juri mean double counters for Juri for each sac, then double shooting with Juri. Insane how many times I end up holding players hostage at the table
Ive got snarling gorehound in my sidisi deck and it helps me get bonus zombies with the smallest instance of mill as possible, much like embalmers tools at uncommon and path of discovery at 4, all for just 1 mana too!
it’s so good in my Teysa Opulent Oligarch deck! gives you so much deck/gy control for only 1 mana, and it’s even an evasive attacker to start teysa’s clue making!
Synergises like crazy in my Alesha deck too! basically any creature ETBing and letting me dump a creature in the yard for reanimation or just filtering is so strong for 1 mana
In addition to Snap, see also Snapback (Currently 25cents). Exiling a card is still a hefty cost for "free", but that's far better than losing the game such as if someone's creature is about to combo off because all your mana's tapped.
The clue draws you a card, so he’s saying it replaces itself bc after 3 mana you’ll just see the next card you would have seen (and still have a creature in most cases)
if you have 0 interest in going wide, blink, or some sort of clue synergy it’s just a cheap creature that replaces itself, but with synergy it does an awful lot for only 1 mana
Snap is one of those "is not a counter spell, I promise" cards that I love.

Mirkwood bats is basically a win con in my chatterfang deck
