Here’s an idea: “Now I would give you a bonus game, but here’s the thing: I’ve lost it. Haha, yeah I know right? I just can’t seem to find my-BONUS GAME! Ahh, here it is. Looks like the video isn’t over quite yet.” I think that would be funny! Love your deck too!
I spent a solid minute paused on that bonus game trying to find lethal, get lost on your own goblin to make more tokens for brudiclad is actually genius
Yeah. I dont think I ever would have thought of that. Genius level play. And how quickly he did it too. He must have thought of that interaction when he made the deck
I named my token doubler deck "break the game" when I made it a few years ago. I play mine in explorer because historic is corrupted now. I just azorious + use mythos of iluna and anointed procession plus sharknados among others. Its pretty good.
After seeing this video, I almost immediately built a commander deck on this premise and I reached token generations up to something like 10^17781. After some research the theorized number of atoms in the known observed universe is ~10^82 and with some difficult math from most calculators saying I was dealing with infinity I determined that in a single turn I created 10^8144 universes worth of tokens that immediately died. And so I dubbed the deck "The Singularity". Anyway, thanks for the awesome video!
The letter e is mathematical shorthand for "times 10 to the power of". So for example 1.5e76 = 1.5 * 10^76. 10^76 is a 1 with 76 zeroes after it, a number which vastly exceeds the number of atoms that make up Planet Earth.
Vastly outnumber is even an understatement. If my math is correct, it would take 1.1e26 more Earths to equal enough atoms as he'd have had tokens. Those token numbers even dwarf the number of atoms in the Milky Way Galaxy. It would take about 417 million Galaxies the size of ours to get to that number of atoms. Side note: I feel small and insignificant after looking these things up and doing this math.
It's the fine details for me, dog very few mtg content producers, or even so video editors, add the smooth experience for the eyes and mind like the flow of the spotlit cards into the stack at 1:02
The letter ‘e’ used in numbers is the scientific notation for ‘times 10 to the power of (whatever number comes after it)’. So that first game you would have had that massive number with 76 zeros on the end of it. What an insane number of tokens. Always love your videos mate, I smile every time they come up on my TH-cam page.
Man, I love Brewer's Kitchen. Seeing jank like this take off is always fun. Watch every video you make, and hope you keep making them for a hot minute.
I always look forward to your videos and with this set being one of my all time favourites, im so happy with how cool this video was! Hoping for maybe 1 more lost caverns of ixalan video from you
Having BK videos are always a gem, I get giddy like a kid just before christmas. Thanks for posting BK, it's been a while but it's always worth the wait. Looking forward to year next one! Sick combo by the way.
So I have been in a funk, I haven’t even played magic or watched any videos unless I am streaming. But something about your energy level. I immediately clicked your video. ❤️💛💚 thanks man!
My favorite part was when you started choking the chicken right in the middle of your own video. And then after you finished, you did it again. You are a beast.
Step 1: like Step 2: watch the video Step 3: smile the entire rest of the day and laugh in your head about a joke even 3 hours after watching the video Danke für den super Kontent und weiter so liebe es ❤
Love this video and the deck so much i had to make the paper version. It's always a good time when you gotta break out the notebook to keep track of everything
FINALLY SOMEBODY MADE THIS I've been trying to workshop these two cards but just wasn't proficient enough in Historic jank to make it work. Glad to see the jankmaster has picked it up! Though would Adeline be good for this deck as her power is equal to creatures you control and generates tokens, or are you overkilling to the point where that bonus just wouldn't be necessary?
MTGGolfish are very nice content ! but your videos are the best best best !!! we need more of them ! thanks a lot for the fun, the very good video ! nice rythm, everything is good ! and sorry for my bad english !
This video is exactly why historic Bo1 is the best format for casual players - lots of jank and non-tier decks from opponents. It's basically what I exclusively play; atm playing Simic enchantress and having a blast (Sanctum Weaver + land-aura enchants are a nutso combination).
Threefold thunderbolt + abuelo's awakening is a super fun standard combo. Fairly consistently get a 4/4 flying with solid ability and a little army of 1/1s by turn 4.
I'm missing something, why didn't the opponent get a bunch of Soul Warden triggers at 5:32? This also made me want to add Irenicus Vile Duplication to my Marneus Calgar
The Reflection's activated ability was still technically on the stack (see the card on the right of the screen). The Soul Wardens WOULD trigger, the opponent just conceded before the game could get around to acknowledging them.

@Wurstchue2000 I liked your comment twice, too.
I'll tap that like a Basalt Monolith combo.
"Why is there a letter here"
You made it. Congrats and welcome.
The domain of E 😫😫

These videos have become a race to see who breaks first, Arena or the opponent. I'm 110% here for it.

Need more Brewer's Kitchen, easily the best of the MTG Goldfish videos.
Used to watch him before he got scooped up, but the videos are so infrequent. I would also like more. Against the Odds can be a some-what replacement.
The only reason I know of Seth and Crim is thanks to the Kitchen, all together though they make top tier content for MTG and Arena!

That last play of turning everything into Brudiclads and swinging for lethal was some expert play.
I watch these videos for the sweet brews, jokes, and editing but that BONUS ROUND! Get lost was just straight up pro level play. Awesome ❤
If im being honest, i genuinely prefer watching your videos the most, i love them, and I wish you could make more! Brewers Kitchen is >>>>

Babe wake up! New Brewers Kitchen video!
Lol the reaction to that doll maker
I'm so happy to have more brewer's kitchen
Brewer's Kitchen is my favorite series on this channel. I simply love the ridiculous decks AND the way the videos are edited.
That sweet sweet artisanal brew.
Truly lore accurate Magic: The Gathering.
Arena's servers tremble whenever he makes a video
😂😂😂 "It would create this number....why is there a letter in there?" Has me rolling
Of all the MTGGoldfish videos, yours is my favorite!
Every time you make me scream with laughter

Myrel in a sofa, surrounded by Mondrak, ojer taq and the mummies from anointed procession.
If I'd ever get to the point where I'd have this mans editing or mtg skills my life would be complete!
I *SLAM* that "Like" button when Phil is in the kitchen.
*Thanks for the Content!*
The level of editing and comedy on this video is over the roof. What a masterpiece, thanks
The editing on these is phenomenal
The F-Zero music is always so hype
Yes! More brewers kitchen! Some of the best MTG content out there!
3:53 That an exponential E. Mean that number is followed by 76 zeros.

Phil you make the best content on TH-cam regarding magic. I wish you could do one every week (or day) but I get why you can’t. Much love! ❤
I love the way you do videos, reading the cards saves me the trouble of looking up cards I haven't seen
Haven't seen you post in a while, welcome back! By far my favorite MTG TH-camr
You know it's gonna be a good video when the Brewer plays
" just gonna keep strangling these birds"

Strange the Bird!!! xD
"Strangle the bird" best quote ever!
This is an excellent thing to visualise how exponential works
The "e+74" is a notation for shortening really big numbers. Basically it means that the actual number, written out in long form, has 74 digits to it!
I think he was being sarcastic, i lost it at " why is there a letter in there" 😂
Brudiclad is SO COOL. Love the deck
The chef is back in the Kitchen! 😝😝
Love it! That looked like so much fun!
I was reallllly hoping for some ratadrabik shenanigans with these legends, but this works too!
Love this video and the deck so much i had to make the paper version. It's always a good time when you gotta break out the notebook to keep track of everything
I spent today building a brudiclad edh deck and this video is helping me realize him going to have a lot of fun with it.
"In response I use my combo to generate infinite life"
"You can't just make infinite life you have to specify a number"
"Oh. ... Scoop."

At least they learned their lesson and restricted Ojer Taq to creature tokens.
looks like it's time to spend all the gold I've been hoarding for packs for wilds. These decks always make me want to try them. super fun!
Strangling the bird? Is that what kids are calling it these days? It was "chocking the chicken" back in my magic heyday
3:56 the e+76 is scientific notation, long story short, it means +76 zeros at the end
I love your content Phil! Keep it coming!!!
I just pulled an Ojah Taq alter art foil. It's so beautiful
Running two of this taq and two kaya, Geist hunter for stander format
Remind me of my Yenna, Redtooth Regent deck. The interactions with token doubling enchants are hilarious.
8:15 If you Get Lost the Warboss instead of the token you still make the maps but the goblin token becomes a hasty 4/4 too
Dollmarker and 3 blind mice! will make a lot of tokens
I know right? I hate that this card wasn't just printed in paper, it would be so sweet in commander as well 😓

Only ten tousand times less tokens then the number of elementary particules in our universe.
Those merch tokens actually look really sweet!
The second Dedicated Dollmaker hit the screen I immediately scrambled to scryfall it desperately hoping it was a real white card too.
