    ఏరకం బియ్యమైనా, గంజి వార్చి తింటే సగం షుగర్ తగ్గిపోతుంది. మన పూర్వీకులు ఆ విధంగా వండుకున్నారు కాబట్టే వాళ్లకు షుగర్ లేదు. కుక్కర్ వంటలు వచ్చాక గంజి తీయకపోవడం వలెనే షుగర్ వస్తుంది. బియ్యం చెడ్డది కాదు. వందే విధానం చెడ్డది.

      మీరు ఇబ్బంది అనుకోకపోతే, నేలవేము , కొంచం వేప ,అడ్డసరం , పునర్నవ ఇవన్నీ సమానంగా ఆకులు తీసుకుని ఎండబెట్టి మెత్తగా పొడి చేసి జల్లించి , రోజు 3పూటలా చిటికెడు పొడి వేసి మరిగించి వడ పోసుకుని ఒక కప్పు గోరువెచ్చగా కడుపు ఖాళీగా ఉన్నప్పుడు తాగండి , ఇంకా కొంచం ఆవిరి పీల్చుకోండి , ఒక పారాసెటమాల్ వేసుకోండి . ఒక వారంలో తప్పక తగ్గుతుంది. నాకు అలాగే తగ్గింది.
