    Diabetic వాళ్లకు 45gms carbs per meal కి తీసుకోవాలి. 15 gms carbs Basmathi / rice /noodles/చపాతీలు/ millets etc ఏమైనా తీసుకోవచ్చు. ఎక్కువ తీసుకుంటే మాత్రం sugar levels పెరుగుతాయి. మిగిలిన 30gms కూరలతో fiber + protein ని తీసుకుంటే tablet తో పని ఉండదు.

      డాక్టర్ గారు ఎప్పుడు చెప్పినా.. ఏది తినమని చెప్పినా.. ఆకు కూరలు కూరగాయలు ఎక్కువ తినమని చెప్తారు..
      బ్రౌన్ రైస్ తీసుకోవడం మంచిదైనా ఎక్కువ తీసుకోకూడదు.. లిమిటెడ్ గానే తినాలి..
      ఆకుకూరలు తీసుకోమని చెప్తారు.. చపాతీలు తిన్నప్పుడు కూడా కూర ఎక్కువగా తినమని చెబుతారు..
      పోతే పప్పు ధాన్యాలు ఆకు కూర పప్పు వండుకొని తినటం.. నానపెట్టి మొలకెత్తిన విత్తనాలు.. మంచి ప్రోటీన్ కోసం పెసలు.. అలసందలు.. శనగలు.. తినమని చెబుతుంటారు
