- Samsung Galaxy Alpha Unboxing and my first impression, the Galaxy Alpha is a compact premium smartphone from Samsung sporting a 4.7" 720p HD screen and now the outer casing is made up on metal on this Galaxy Alpha it is powered by a Exynos Octa Core processor 4G compatible device and I do the unboxing & give you my impressions.

One of first phones to have metal and a fingerprint. Was a big flex back then.
Still remember how premium it felt even to watch the videos of this phone!

I was going to buy this phone, but changed my mind, going to get the Note 4 instead.
Though I have some doubt on whether the Nexus 6 might be better, it's such a hard choice. After a lot of thought, I think that the Note 4 is for me, it's getting Lollypop sooner or later anyway.

is the battery life okay? a day without gaming. just watching TH-cam videos, listening to music, texting, checking facebook and stuff. And BTW which is better: Meizu M2 Note, Mi4i, or this? In terms of normal usage w/o gaming.

-> does the alpha get the latest android update to lollipop (android 5.0)
-> how is the battery backup in this phone..? Can i get a full day out of it..?

Zakaria Hamido Obviously the Snapdragon 600 SOC is faster but con is that that chipset tends to heatup pretty quickly also battery life is not that stellar with 600 SOC.
***** and what about between snapdragon 410 and the hexacore processor on note 3 neo?
Zakaria Hamido The Note 3 Neo is faster but again the GPU used in Note 3 Neo is the Mali GPU which is not that optimised for all games so some games might lag on that.
