Hello from Thailand. I have Samsung's 45 Watt charger and have just fully changed my Note 10 + from 0% to 100% (with the phone switched off). 49 Minutes & 56 seconds! I'm very impressed!

Removing the headphone jack but not offering Galaxy Buds is the real crime. EDIT: Pre-ordered it in the UK and got nothing. No credit, or Buds, it's a carrier/country preference thing. At £1100 it's not asking too much, in my opinion.
Not really, multiple manufacturers have done this and Samsung are no different. The headphone jack is becoming less and less relevant day by day. Bluetooth radios/headphones are getting better and much more financially available, so there really won't be much use for the Jack in the next 1-3 years.

Coming from iOS to Android has really been a breath of fresh air. I was seriously stuck in the apple ecosystem for a very long time. Since the iPhone 4 actually. Year after year I'd upgrade but always felt like I wanted to try Android but I always followed the crowd of apple being the best at everything I don't need to switch. But I've had the note 10+ for about 2 months now coming from the 11 pro max and I really like the experience I've been having. I like the design a lot, Android software is night and day difference, customization, etc...

The Note 10 Plus was probably my favorite Note from the line. I'd abuse the battery throughout the whole day and still break 4AM with little over 30% battery left. That thing was a monster. The Note 20 Ultra needs to be topped off by mid afternoon most days at least with my usage.
@@mike_t_007 not sure exactly. I didn't care for the refresh rate so I usually always kept my Note 20 on battery saver mode. The most stress I put the battery through was having the brightness near max, just before the warning.

I think samsung started multi-color gradient on phones. The s10 did it with the prism white although its not as reflective and color changing. Then huawei copied/improved it. And now samsung did it again. All phone manufacturers just copy from each other. Atleast they don't wait 2 years to copy it and call it revolutionary.🍎

Ok first of all even if apple doesn’t have high refresh rates apple screens and phones are so much faster than any android phone and that’s because apple makes their own chips and they are sooo much faster and more efficient. Second of all if you are in the apple eco systems there products doesn’t have to be amazing it just has to be “good enough”. check out MKBHD apple eco system video he explains that. Android phone may have better specs on paper but that doesn’t mean it’s as refined as apple.
II do prefer apple but I am not a die hard apple fan that hates apple. I definitely wish apple incorporated some really cool features from Samsung and other android phones but I’m not too bothered. plus iOS 14 is finally going somewhere.

Honestly the design of the phone is number one for me. it’s my favorite design and I’m glad they are also bringing the same design to the GN20+ or Ultra. I’m do for an upgrade so I’m either getting the GN20+ or iPhone 12 Pro Max. this Samsung design is so tough for me to skip though.

They're in the cash cow stage, small incremental upgrades and absurdly high prices because they know people will buy it anyways. There was never a need for the note 10 (non plus) but they made it so they could justify the 10+ price, no sd slot and just 1080p was definitely on purpose.
To be honest my Note 9 received a 'Security update' two days ago and performance has been dreadfully slow. I.e. snapchat, youtube and facebook take up to 6/7seconds to load vs the 1-2 second load time before the update
I'm here just to say that I'm still using my note 10+ which I bought in November 2019 and it's still working as day 1, and the battery life is impressively almost as day 1 🙌

I just upgraded from a iPhone xs max to note 10 plus today & I love it for sure their is a lot of features, on this phone that stands out battery life is great the camera 📷 is mind blowing for sure it takes high quality pics but I'm still learning things about this phone but watching video 📹 it definitely shows me a lot of things that I may have missed.

@@ihavebuttonsforeyes it's got the best screen, its super loud, and it can take a 1TB SD card (only the note10+ can take an SD card tho, learned that the hard way with my wifes note10). We bought them outright for Christmas, coming from my 7+ and her iphone 6, we are completely blown away. It's like having a laptop in my hands at all times.
@Br Ramesh u12+ has that, I can focus just the sound in front of me without zooming in and it reduce the sounds around me. It's handy when capturing people talking in a presentation or in the middle of more people talking

I miss my old Note 3. I went to S7 then Pixel 1 XL, now im going to give the Note 10 a try. Though I wish I paid the few extra $ for the plus. But then again 8gb + 256gb will be enough, I've used the Pixel 1 Xl with 4gb ram and 32gb storage for 3 years
I don't like the positioning of the back cameras, because when it was horizontal it gave Samsung phones a signature look, now it just looks like any other phone
I've gotten 9 to 10 hrs of on screen time with heavy usage consistently(games, YT videos, hulu, social media etc). Screen on 80% brightness, resolution max(4k), battery set to high performance, vol. Max, bluetooth on, always on display(always). I work 12hrs usually last all shift

I just got my Note10+ yesterday. Good phone. The only real downside is the lack of a headphone jack. Other than that, it's a damn good phone. The design is quite nice. I'm more a fan of the square & boxed designs than the more round ones we get on the modern day iPhones. The hardware inside this phone also isn't bad for smartphone standards. As a gamer, I can easily play most of my games on this device in fullscreen at the highest resolution & still get decent performance (I do play console games like Sonic the Hedgehog & GTA SA on my smartphone and tablet when I'm away from my home & don't have my Nintendo Switch). I have the 256GB version of the phone, so I really won't need anymore storage for a while. By the time I will need more, it'll be time for an upgrade through my carrier, so at that point I'll just get a higher storage version of my next upgrade. Videos from TH-cam & Hulu look high quality too based on the resolution. I think this is the sharpest screen on a smart device I've ever seen. The camera is amazing too, it's probably the best part IMO. I can record 4K60 for unlimited time as long as I have enough storage. The image quality on the photos isn't bad either. All in all, I'd have to say this is the best phone I've used. My first smartphone was an iPhone & I didn't like it very much. However, I continued to use them for years due to all my stuff being tied to the cloud. I switched to the Note9 last year & was incredibly happy. I switched to the Note10+ yesterday and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely keep this during my 2 year contract, & maybe even a year or 2 after it's time for an upgrade.
I've owned most Notes since #3 including the 7 which had the battery issues due to Samsung trying to make revolutionary features each release. Since then they've calmed down and don't go full gimmick. The note users are usually power users who use it for work so the gimmicks aren't the selling point. I work in IT and do a lot of code reviews and emails and the S-Pen is downright comfortable to use over typing and you notice when you don't have it. I snapped my S Pen in half using it as a drum stick so don't do that.
@@FAT8893 it's still a fair point though. The industry standard for phones is 60hz, yet he complains about it not being higher. It's therefore valid to complain that his video is only 30hz when 60fps is FAR more common on a video that 90/120hz is on a phone (in comparison to 60hz phones). Also, personally the difference between a 30hz and 60hz video is so much more appreciateable than the difference between a 60hz and 90hz phone. By your logic, it is pointless having a phone above 30fps unless all you do is watch action footage on it? I've been creating and watching 60fps+ videos for years, regardless of content...

I actually love the sound on the note 10 plus. I find that the additional hole on top makes for a very well balanced sound. Rather than bass at the bottom an highs at the top.

Aaron K I’ve never tried Dbrand, but I have had 2 color ware skins (one on my iPad and one on my MacBook) for the past couple years with no issues. Give them a try!
I recommended dbrand to my friend based on all the TH-cam's recommendations and my friend ordered them and said it's not good sticker.
My guess is that the power button is on the left side as most S-Pen users are probably righty. Which means you're holding the phone in your left hand so you can write with your right

The Note 10 Plus was probably my favorite Note from the line. I'd abuse the battery throughout the whole day and still break 4AM with little over 30% battery left. That thing was a monster. The Note 20 Ultra needs to be topped off by mid afternoon most days at least with my usage.

@@mike_t_007 not sure exactly. I didn't care for the refresh rate so I usually always kept my Note 20 on battery saver mode. The most stress I put the battery through was having the brightness near max, just before the warning.

Almost 4 years after release of Note 10+, I have been advised to always leave the phone on battery saver mode 24/7 even when charging, doesn't that affect the battery life, when all you do is to slow the phone down?

Hello there! No I'm not insecure that I'm using an Android OS phone, I mean why would I? I'm also an Apple user when I was in college just so you know 😊 but, now that I'm working I realized that I prefer Android than iOS especially Samsung's Note Series because of its S-pen. I work in an Architectural Industry and it makes my life easy. And if you are really into emulator gaming, Android is so much better than iOS.
I know that Apple's camera is better than Samsung but come on, if you want a very good camera why not buy a real camera?

Ok first of all even if apple doesn’t have high refresh rates apple screens and phones are so much faster than any android phone and that’s because apple makes their own chips and they are sooo much faster and more efficient. Second of all if you are in the apple eco systems there products doesn’t have to be amazing it just has to be “good enough”. check out MKBHD apple eco system video he explains that. Android phone may have better specs on paper but that doesn’t mean it’s as refined as apple.
II do prefer apple but I am not a die hard apple fan that hates apple. I definitely wish apple incorporated some really cool features from Samsung and other android phones but I’m not too bothered. plus iOS 14 is finally going somewhere.

Honestly the design of the phone is number one for me. it’s my favorite design and I’m glad they are also bringing the same design to the GN20+ or Ultra. I’m do for an upgrade so I’m either getting the GN20+ or iPhone 12 Pro Max. this Samsung design is so tough for me to skip though.

To be honest my Note 9 received a 'Security update' two days ago and performance has been dreadfully slow. I.e. snapchat, youtube and facebook take up to 6/7seconds to load vs the 1-2 second load time before the update

I'm here just to say that I'm still using my note 10+ which I bought in November 2019 and it's still working as day 1, and the battery life is impressively almost as day 1 🙌

I just upgraded from a iPhone xs max to note 10 plus today & I love it for sure their is a lot of features, on this phone that stands out battery life is great the camera 📷 is mind blowing for sure it takes high quality pics but I'm still learning things about this phone but watching video 📹 it definitely shows me a lot of things that I may have missed.

@@ihavebuttonsforeyes it's got the best screen, its super loud, and it can take a 1TB SD card (only the note10+ can take an SD card tho, learned that the hard way with my wifes note10). We bought them outright for Christmas, coming from my 7+ and her iphone 6, we are completely blown away. It's like having a laptop in my hands at all times.

I've gotten 9 to 10 hrs of on screen time with heavy usage consistently(games, YT videos, hulu, social media etc). Screen on 80% brightness, resolution max(4k), battery set to high performance, vol. Max, bluetooth on, always on display(always). I work 12hrs usually last all shift
Well fuck. My Note9 is often good for 6 hours SoT, which is still heavy usage. Max resolution, auto brightness etc.
@@MattPawlowski need to get the note 10+ I dont ever worry about chargering my phone at night even if it's on 25%. I will still last 8hrs with all those setting on and just turn it off n charge when I wake up, by the time im get ready about 40mins phone at 80-90%. Ready for my day

I just got my Note10+ yesterday. Good phone. The only real downside is the lack of a headphone jack. Other than that, it's a damn good phone.
The design is quite nice. I'm more a fan of the square & boxed designs than the more round ones we get on the modern day iPhones. The hardware inside this phone also isn't bad for smartphone standards. As a gamer, I can easily play most of my games on this device in fullscreen at the highest resolution & still get decent performance (I do play console games like Sonic the Hedgehog & GTA SA on my smartphone and tablet when I'm away from my home & don't have my Nintendo Switch). I have the 256GB version of the phone, so I really won't need anymore storage for a while. By the time I will need more, it'll be time for an upgrade through my carrier, so at that point I'll just get a higher storage version of my next upgrade. Videos from TH-cam & Hulu look high quality too based on the resolution. I think this is the sharpest screen on a smart device I've ever seen. The camera is amazing too, it's probably the best part IMO. I can record 4K60 for unlimited time as long as I have enough storage. The image quality on the photos isn't bad either.
All in all, I'd have to say this is the best phone I've used. My first smartphone was an iPhone & I didn't like it very much. However, I continued to use them for years due to all my stuff being tied to the cloud. I switched to the Note9 last year & was incredibly happy. I switched to the Note10+ yesterday and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely keep this during my 2 year contract, & maybe even a year or 2 after it's time for an upgrade.

I've owned most Notes since #3 including the 7 which had the battery issues due to Samsung trying to make revolutionary features each release. Since then they've calmed down and don't go full gimmick. The note users are usually power users who use it for work so the gimmicks aren't the selling point. I work in IT and do a lot of code reviews and emails and the S-Pen is downright comfortable to use over typing and you notice when you don't have it. I snapped my S Pen in half using it as a drum stick so don't do that.

@@FAT8893 it's still a fair point though. The industry standard for phones is 60hz, yet he complains about it not being higher. It's therefore valid to complain that his video is only 30hz when 60fps is FAR more common on a video that 90/120hz is on a phone (in comparison to 60hz phones). Also, personally the difference between a 30hz and 60hz video is so much more appreciateable than the difference between a 60hz and 90hz phone. By your logic, it is pointless having a phone above 30fps unless all you do is watch action footage on it? I've been creating and watching 60fps+ videos for years, regardless of content...
@@richardkillian5657 I never see any movie at 60fps, especially at cinemas. All I ever see is at 30fps, top. DVD or Blu-Ray might be a completely different story though.

I actually love the sound on the note 10 plus. I find that the additional hole on top makes for a very well balanced sound. Rather than bass at the bottom an highs at the top.

ugh sometimes I hate having wired headphones it's inconvinient and get tangled everywhere but then again it still provides the best listening experience.

Maybe that gyroscope in the S Pen could be for powerpoint, pass forward the slides.
It is, with an extended range of many meters you could bring the spen to the back of a conference room and change slides for the speaker.
Still an absolute edge case and as Marques said, still a gimmick
Note is for business class people while S series is more for common people. And i can see its use in business
