Thank you for adding the pregnancy comment to the retinol. I’ve noticed many others don’t do that and it always makes me nervous that people just don’t know! (Breastfeeding as well)
@@silviakhan1073I got my hair highlighted twice during my pregnancy and everything was fine. I think they say to avoid it mainly because of the chemical smell. So maybe wear a mask if you’re worried
I’m so grateful that you share your knowledge with us all. I’m a nurse for 27 years. This is how I’ve always pictured how medical professionals should treat people. Thank you 🙏
I love the vanicream moisturizer! Especially for acne prone skin . I have oily but also dry skin . This doesn’t clog my pores or irritate it . The ingredients are simple which are a lot better for sensitive acne prone skin
I'm a Neutrogena girl all the way. Ultra Gentle Formula Daily foaming cleanser. Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream. And Neutrogena Compact Powder Foundation.
Are this prices still the same? Because in Mexico at Walmart the cerave cleanser is at 30.9 dollars, nothing this short said is cheap it’s cheap at my stores 😩💸
@@charnewyngaard9598I actually used it everyday when I first bought it because I didn’t know you had to ease your way into it then I cut back. I only use it about 2-3x week now.
I recently went to CVS and the value sized (16 oz) cost $17.99. Luckily, I had a coupon. The price went up and up. I have to try that CeraVe "Resurfacing Retinol Serum", thank you for the skin care tips, I really appreciate it!
There’s a lot of drugs store sunscreen if you’re a woman of color, they’re horrible.. they leave a white cast and they’re greasy yuck. Best one I found from Amazon it’s a Korean sunscreen and it works perfectly and it was under $30
I’m black, and I found a drugstore one that doesn’t give me a white cast. I use the CeraVe ultra moisturizing lotion with sunscreen. It’s SPF 30, and it’s hydrating. They have a matte one, so I use the matte finish.
The ceravae retinol is really good! It cleared the acne on my back in a few days. FYI My breakouts on my back are usually from Conditioner, hairspray or mousse.
I've been close to jumping on the "if it's not medical grade, it's not effective" wagon and shell out $100-$250+ for 1 ounce of product, but Cerave & Aveeno have come through for my hypersensitive skin. Plus, the only people who insist that your skincare must be "medical grade" are the people who sell it.
Can you do recommendations for gardeners hands? Even while using gloves they tend to get shaded/dry. A whole section on hands and feet would be awesome. Things to exfoliate and moisturizers following.
Honestly as an Oli skin person,I tried the Vichy mineral 89 eye cream and moisturizer and didn't do anything amazing for my skin lmao,it even felt less hydrating that my neutrogena go to moisturizer.I heard great things about the mineral 89 eye cream since my eyes are very dry even when I use drops regularly and it didn't hydrate them much more.Very disappointing purchase.
Neutrogena wrapid wrinkle repair is amazing I've been using it for 4 years now. A jar last a long time for the quantity you get. Get fragrance free one if you can as well, not a big deal but if you can get 1 less ingredient that doesnt really need to be there to begin with why not?
Thank you so much for all the information you provided!! I can not express how grateful I am..... to think I use to believe that I knew alot about skin care/nails/supplements, etc 🤣
I use that CerVe cleanser and the Vanicream moisturizer and they are great. But no thank you on the hyaluronic acid serum. HA is already in a lot of products and can be problematic when the air is dry so it makes more sense to use a Vitamin C serum instead.
I'm an African-American man that has dark circles under his eyes on 48 years old I'm trying to figure out what is a good cream that I can use for under my eyes dark circles
Hi, im hitting 60, ill of health and need a new skin regime. Live 9 months in freezing cold weather. Up north Canada. What do you suggest for products and natural thats affordable! Thanks!
Thank you for adding the pregnancy comment to the retinol. I’ve noticed many others don’t do that and it always makes me nervous that people just don’t know! (Breastfeeding as well)
I didn’t know this and I am 32 weeks pregnant so thank you 🙏🏽
I didn’t notice it said don’t use while pregnant but luckily I saw your comment 😅
How about coloring hair while pregnant? I read from some it should be avoided.

Carave and cetaphil products are amazing. I’ve been using them for 15 years and I am 59, with rosacea and malasma as well as highly sensitive skin.
I stand by Vichy been using it for Year's!
Cerave retinol cream improves acne scars, it does have licorice (allergen).
We are listening thank you! 😊👍
Priceless!!Thank you.
First dermatologist that I’ve ever encountered that actually has beautiful skin!! Whatever he’s endorsing - I’m SOLD!!😂❤
That doesn't necessarily mean anything. He could have inherited good skin genes. Products only get you as far as your genetic makeup allows.
Have you ever heard of FILTERS?
Cerave pays doctors to promote their products… I have tried and I don’t think they re good, and safe for sensitive skin as they claimed
In another video he said he uses tretinoin
I love the vanicream moisturizer! Especially for acne prone skin . I have oily but also dry skin . This doesn’t clog my pores or irritate it . The ingredients are simple which are a lot better for sensitive acne prone skin
Thank you expert. You are the greatest. ❤
This is so useful. Thank you

Thank you for skin care that is affordable.

Thank you! My Dermatologist, Dr Ju, agrees with you.
Again, thks doctor. Nice of u to expose affordable skincare 😊
As always, thank you so much. I appreciate you and your work. Hope you and yours are doing well.❤️🙏
Love this guy!
🙏🙏🙏😊
The cerave cream to foam face wash is awesome!
I loooove that LRP cleanser!
He was 200% right on these products.
Vanicream is least expensive and excellent!
I really like the Vichy Hyloronic Acid.
Great pick!👏
Ulta has Vichy on sale today. CVS and ulta often have sales. But also other brands
Thanks for your recommendation doc
Best vid yet, Doc!
This is awesome, thank you!!
Dude these are the bomb no joke thank you doc !! 👍
I’ve been using the last Retinol for about 2 months now and my skin is glowing✨
When did you start using it everyday?
@@charnewyngaard9598I actually used it everyday when I first bought it because I didn’t know you had to ease your way into it then I cut back. I only use it about 2-3x week now.
Thank you so much such a hottie yes for your honesty ❤😊😊😊😊
You're so great to share this with us😂
I thank you so much Dr..😅
Please focus on cruelty-free products as well.
Love Cerave.
Love watching you thanks for all the info!!
Thanks for your time and advice!!
Thank you 😊
Thank you for watching!
No sir! My dermatologist told me to use Vanicream and it destroyed my skin. 😢😢 never again.
That's great and all but all of the products that you just have shown us art cruelty free do you ever recommend any cruelty-free products
Vichy is often on sale. CVS, Walgreens, ulta
Thank you soo much for this information
Good job Singapore.
Thanks so much for sharing this!
Retinol if not pregnant and do not have IIH (aka Pseudotumor Cerebri).
We can use sunscreen over petroleum products? Wouldn’t petroleum products break down the sunscreen?
Thank you! I will save this one.
I've been using Vanicream moisturizer, ceravi, retinol and hyaluronic 😊im almost 43yrs old.
Why is cerave promoted over cetaphil by most dermatologists? Just curious since cetaphil tends to be slightly more cost effective than cerave
I’m just here to tell you that you have the cutest aegyosal I’ve ever seen 😅
Do more videos like this please
Thank you !
Would like to see some cruelty free options
LOVE
Thank you my pocket book loves you as well.
This kinda very useful information is provided for free by a doctor!! What the heck!!
Could you please make some recommendations that are cruelty free? Thank you!
Thanks Doc ! ❤
im oily but dry so i love the cerave cream to foam cleanser. it’s the best thing ever 😍
Merci. 400ml is a supervised value size. If it there is too much it gets old each day.
What about ordinary?

Thank you for this. I work for a physician who also recommends several of these.

I hate Vichy serum. It feels sticky, I feel like my face has glue.
All those are very very very expensive in my country especially Laroche Posay and eucerine
Hello dr.....what is the best drugstore product for dark spots??????
The ceravae retinol is really good! It cleared the acne on my back in a few days. FYI My breakouts on my back are usually from Conditioner, hairspray or mousse.

Not to mention Vichy 89 only has 11 ingredients in it. I swear by Vichy and LRP
Lol... only 11 ingredients
Thanks!! 🙌🏻
Great advice tnank you❤❤❤
How about some cruelty free options?
Thanks for the info.Kerp it coming 😊
I was about to purchase Charlotte tilberry which is out of my financial range. Thank you 😢
Affordable
Can you do recommendations for gardeners hands? Even while using gloves they tend to get shaded/dry. A whole section on hands and feet would be awesome. Things to exfoliate and moisturizers following.
❤ LUV this
Why do you suggest products with fragrance and alcohol ? U r a dermatologist,u know better!!! 😫

As far as washing my face, the only thing that doesn’t break me out is bar soap. Cereve breaks me out but the Walmart knock off hydrates my skin well
Do more please ❤

Great advice but how about for aged skin? I'm 54.
thank you so much 💓
Why do you never talk about toner and mask for the face? Is it ok to use?
I have the cera vera cleanser for black heads and it works great, especially where the nose is for those nasty gunk in the pores
Beware the Vanicream moisturizer… finally realized it was the one product in my routine causing flaking/ irritation.
What drugstore has all this?
So a toner is not needed?
Thank you so much for all the information you provided!! I can not express how grateful I am..... to think I use to believe that I knew alot about skin care/nails/supplements, etc 🤣
Do you have to use serum’s?
Great video🎉❤, Ty.
Thanks, ❤❤it, Sorry, may I ask about this cream it is for face or for body skin? Thank you very much once again!
I hate cream cleansers. My face never feels clean after washing.
I use that CerVe cleanser and the Vanicream moisturizer and they are great. But no thank you on the hyaluronic acid serum. HA is already in a lot of products and can be problematic when the air is dry so it makes more sense to use a Vitamin C serum instead.
Vitamin C doesn’t do the same thing as HA, but you are right about the environment affecting it.
I'm an African-American man that has dark circles under his eyes on 48 years old I'm trying to figure out what is a good cream that I can use for under my eyes dark circles
Kindly recommend only cruelty free products
Hey there, l can't use retinol. What's the other alternative that can give nearest results as when using retinol? Thank you.
Just learned that CeraVe is not cruelty free!
This is because Cerave is sold in mainland China, where animal testing is required by law to sell beauty products there.
What do you think of the Hyloronic acid by Neutrogena... Costco has it... I think more affordable?
Thank you! I use Vanicream daily facial moisturizer,❤!
