      Vegan again.
      Well that's great to see.
When did this happen, had you decided carnivore was no longer keeping its promise.
Good to see you back, I'm sure I checked on you a year ago and you were still eating meat.
Also congrats about being up to 174k subs, I remember when you were under 1000.

Markus and Kara to the rescue!! I've always loved combined food. There's something about the taste of multiple foods together. My family jokes about it because I always put my meals in a bowl The joke is that in retirement I'm going to open a restaurant called Charlie's Slop Bowls! LOL! Glad you enjoyed your time in the U.S. Some beautiful places here. Have a great week!

Markus and Cara sound like champions, glad you had an amazing trip and learned alot too! I'm kind of doing the same at the moment, as long as it's a whole plant food, I'll eat it! Sick of being orthorexic and worrying about everything.

I have been working to get my raw food diet as close to what Markus and Cara eat as I can, because it feels the best for me. But I'm also coming out of some serious illness. I find the supplements are needed when I eat more complicated to help digestion as it’s unnatural to combine so many foods. All fruits then greens with fruit or fats for dinner feels best for me after 7 years vegan and 3 years raw vegan.
Too many recipes can be time and mind consuming for some. Simple works good for many (:
Do what’s fun for you if you enjoy making tasty meals! Especially when raw.

Hey Casey, curious if Markus was healing something major in his journey? Maybe its in the comments already but I cant read them all. I think some people can eat whatever and appear to thrive or actually thrive and then there are some of us that have health as a focul part of our life jouney and seem to not be able to eat the same.
