Great podcast and now I know Ryan much better than what I have known from TH-cam shorts. I am quite impressed and this is someone I have been looking for from long time but then the people like Ryan who have this level of knowledge and reach become unreachable for people like me. So in that case what a person like me can do. I want to take that step which Ryan talks about, I want to become the owner of this body and feed it the right stuff, but then who can guide people like me in that approach. I even am ready to do the reading but then I still need direction
I am a nutrition and mindset coach based in California. I agree with every word. We need to learn to say ‘No,” have self-control and fix our nutrition deficiencies to stop the cravings.
I'm a layman. I've not enough money to go to a nutritionist or do all the expensive tests, but I follow two thumb rules: 1) Don't eat sugar, fried food and packaged (in plastic) foods. 2) Do 30minutes Yoga in the morning, 45minutes walk in the evening and 15minutes meditation at night. I don't know what will be the result but I can do this much!
Exercising is good but you need to be careful about meditation. Recent study has concluded that meditation can do more harm than good and the most common adverse effects are anxiety and depression.
Yoga and meditation do very little for your body. Most Indians don’t want to accept this fact and this is why most Indians are unfit. These things only affect your brains. Reply on actual exercise like weight lifting to keep your body fit.
That's a lot of information. Can't thank the two of you enough for this long podcast. I didn't want to skip/fast-forward the video even for a second. This free knowledge is absolutely priceless!!
Hi, i m 48 yrs old male with 176 cms ht ,73 kg wt having a conditioned body. Do train 5 day a week and takes good care of my body with appropriate diet. Your insights, suggestions and discussion if emulated life will be more beautiful and joyful. Thank u so much. ❤
Exactly go on bro👍...when I gave up on sugar it took too much time for controlling my self but after sometimes by following this process my health improved and the craving of over eating is also gone..I feel satisfied by eating less but I but eat healthy and how much my body required.
This podcast is really an eye opener! It is high time all of us treat our body like the most expensive real estate and value it accordingly. Thanks Karan for this amazing podcast! :)
Incredibly fantastic. Come across the best-ever podcast. two people are so cool and composed, well-anchored queries, and the way Mr. Ryan explored the history and economics behind it, it became a piece of art. Minimalist set, colour tone, and humbleness are in balanced Glycemic Index like Bumrah. Kudos.
Wow what a podcast. Hats off for Ryan. We r fortunate enough to listen/watch this n understand the food science. Thank you Ryan. Great job Karan!! I will definitely come back to this podcast.
Hi Karan, This is the first podcast of your's I am watching. You are a wonderful host that has finesse, elegance and smooth transitions between topics and your questions. Awesome ... really enjoyed this show. Needless to say, I subscribed to your channel within the first 5 minutes of the episode and also liked it. Will surely be sharing this within my network. Keep up the good work. Dr. Ryan is fabulous as ever ! Thanks for bringing him on the show. Key takesways for me was ...you can't change 3 things about yourself (Your parents, your siblings and your body) ; your body is the most expensive real estate in the world....treat it and own it well. Fabulous show Indeed !
I really appreciate the way karan has hosted this podcast. You let the guest speak, this is why they’re called onto the show. I hope all the hosts look at this and understand the manners to be maintained.

Hats off to you sir 👏👏👏👏 Guts 💪 Awesome Marvellous Truth at its highest level Thank you god for sending people like sir who are giving back to society by sharing real cent percent knowledge which they have gained in decades by investing so much time money hardwork 🙏.
Ryan sir's hindi is so cute!! Excellent podcast, love what he's saying.. 100% accurate. I just wish there was a little less fear mongering in his tone though..
As a PhD in Human Genetics, I am on board with everything Ryan said except the role of genetics. Using commercial gene panels to test for a person's nutritional tolerance profile is extremely gimmicky and a complete waste of money. These genes are picked from statistical association studies & small animal studies and cannot be blindly applied to humans. Genes function in extremely complex molecular environments & just because someone may carry a certain gene (or mutation) does not mean that they will metabolize a certain nutrient group in a particular way. I advise people to steer clear on such tests and focus on proper diet & exercise.
An awakening podcast, & excited to implement this in my lifestyle. Kudos to Ryan for explaining it so well. I must say that I will definitely contact his agency in the future once I can afford it.

Simple thing I learnt I have ibs c I tried all the things only things betters is stick to food which we have eaten right from the birth so I’m better now some people says u have only one life eating occasionally will not harm but I’m strict about it occasionally or everyday it will affect so eat always home food 😊
I want him to tell why is that a labourer who works under sun every single day with no proper diet lives longer and healthy without cancer while celebrities with utmost care for nutrition fall Ill for diseases .. and sometimes end up double cancer etc ..
Well the laborer gets a great workout, has healthy muscles. With whatever nutrition they get. Celebrities usually have a lot of substance abuse, drugs, alcohol in their circles too. However most “healthy celebrities” like ex-cricketers have ended up living really long lives.
Actually if you notice they are forced to eat only the basic stuff which is inexpensive (vegetables vs croissants) channa, jaggery and are forced into intermittent fasting. Probably that's why
I appreciate the content and information shared in this video. However, it’s important to be mindful of the distinction between Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. I appreciate Karan for being specific in his question but a nutritionist referring to “diabetes” broadly as a “lifestyle disease” is hurtful to those of us living with Type 1 which is an autoimmune condition. Spread awareness about all forms of diabetes and related mental health aspects.
