thank you, I had plugged my ACC fuse connection into my radio which keep the power on continuously, now I switched it to the headlight fuse, and I forgot about putting the circuit breaker in, so Thank you for all the good info.
I literally did this install on my Frontier. I decided to wire it to the trailer fuse. Even though it has constant power, you can always turn the module off. The only thing on will be the “mode” light, which will not draw enough power to drain the battery. Just like any other security/alarm blinking light on the dash.
Thanks for the video install. Never did any electrical work, but it seems easy to install. When you connected the light bar , how do you know to connect it there vs other spots? Do you go by the fuse that comes with the light bar? Sorry, I’m not good with electrical work. Thanks
Thanks! If you have the Auxbeam box like I do you can connect it to any of the slots but make sure to replace/ plug in the fuse your light bar recommends in the manual your light bar comes with.
Your video was very helpful. I followed every step you did. However I can not for the life of me get the switch panel to power up. Is there anything you did different that isn’t documented?
Yeah I haven’t got to the light yet, I’m still trying to get the switch panel to light up. I might have the red wires hooked up wrong. Slight rain delay here. I’ll hit you up once i figure out my major malfunction
Everything was connected properly. Power is supplied to the control box. However the 4 pin connector isn’t powering on. Therefore the switch panel won’t light up. Frustrating. I have emailed Auxbeam twice and still waiting for response. Thank you

Glad you switched it up probably would have killed your battery, thank you!
Perfect timing with this video, I’m installing mines tomorrow
Wow that’s what up! Let me know if you need anything! Did you buy a switch panel as well?
I actually have a second gen so I’ll need to figure out where I’ll install the controller
@@Towtruck_tony awesome!

Nice!
What size is that bolt to the truck?
To be honest I just grabbed it from my stock pile I’ll go check and get back to you
Thanks for this. Was trying to figure out how to use the bracket.
Glad it was of help!
Would you suggest unhooking the battery terminals if just doing the switch panel swap on the interior?
I would suggest just turning off the circuit breaker and do the switch if you don’t have one deff unhook battery terminal
Can you link where you got the aux beam kit?

So when u start ur truck does da auxbeam come on or do u still have to turn on da headlight?
When I start the truck Auxbeam is off, as soon as I turn on headlights Auxbeam turns on
Great vid. So the aux panel will only work if the headlights are on correct?
You got it!

Everything is on the video , have you checked the fuses? That might be it
I will double check everything. I had to miss something if everything is documented. Thanks for responding
@@glenndekanek4977 hopefully you can get it running let me know, check how much power your light may need and add the appropriate fuse. Let Know ok
