Hey Triple P, good to see you here! My main focus for numismatic coins are the Carson City Morgans. Still working on upgrading this collection. Since this video the 79', 89', 90' and 93' have all been CAC'ed with the green bean!
HI JRP! Yes, I have upgraded some of the coins and I'm still picking away at this collection when I can. Most notably upgrading my 1879 to a MS62 with CAC!
Thank you! I love collecting the Carson City Morgan Dollars. I have met one collector that has this set in a little higher grade and all CAC certified. Some really awesome collectors out there👍👍
@@SilverStruck Thanks. I was amazed nobody had snapped it up already. I hope to put up my first video sometime, but I'm an older guy who is a bit slow on learning how to do that, but I want to make a reasonably good one first time. Congratulations on your 1879, that's an expensive coin! I'm still working on this collection but haven't made a lot of progress. In a later video, I show the 79,89,90 and 93 getting CAC approved.

Nice to meet you Richard! I will be sure to look up your collection on PCGS! Since this video posted I have updated a few coins but still have most of the ones seen in the video👍👍
I came back to watch this great video one year later and your collection of CC Morgan's still amazes me and was fun to see again my friend. You should do a video showing all of them including the ones you didn't show here. Morgan's in general have done very well the past few years but some the Carson City dates have really done well. I wish i had upgraded a few of mine 2 to 5 years ago. Thanks for sharing your collection GD
HI GD! I'm honored that you came back to watch my CC collection video, thank you! Your so right about the prices on the CC Morgans these days. I've had a hard time upgrading the collection myself. Still looking for the right 1890CC in MS to upgrade from AU. I'll think about doing a total CC Morgan dollar video, not a bad idea my friend!
HI Jake, thank you for watching! I find the collection is never complete...always looking to upgrade or improve this collection. I still have not found the right 1890CC to replace my AU. Happy collecting good sir!
That's the bulk of my numismatics collection, I focused on the 13 years the Carson City Mint struck Morgan dollars. I do have other Morgans as well, if you wanted to check out some other vids. The prices have gone up quite a bit since I collected most of my Morgans, so I have not been as active collecting this year. Good to see you Darrell, thank you for watching!
I would so hope so! I did upgrade my 1893CC to a MS62 and later got it CAC'ed- just that coin alone was 6,000 my cost. I see they are around 8K on Ebay but who knows what a dealer would pay- maybe get my 6K back, lol! Not sure the real value of the set considering upgraded coins.
I enjoyed your collection. I too have a complete collection of the CC and I have another 20 CC so I have a total of 33. I also have a complete collection of Morgans except for you guessed it the 1893 S. Out of the collection only 15 coins are less than MS most of my collection is in MS 64 to MS66. In the CC I have two that fall below MS. I have several of the CC in GSA holders and all PCGS graded. In total I have beyond the set I have 57 Morgan's that are also PCGS graded which I replaced with up grades to my set. I have one more CC that is a 1890 O/CC just to add a little flare to top it off. Morgan's are the most Beautiful coin in my opinion. I also have alot of raw Morgan's too. And then I have one very rare GSA holder of a 1885 O in a GSA holder. I have never found another. I have thought about sending it into PCGS so this would be the only one that they graded in a GSA holder out side of the CC. I assume you are on the PSGC registry ?
Thank you for your wonderful comment Richard, I enjoyed reading it! I have considered adding my collection to the PCGS registry but have not done so yet. Since this video posted I had sent the collection into CAC. The 79', 89', 90' and 93' all came back with the green bean. I also found what I consider an undergraded 1890CC in MS61, so I added that to the collection and sent that coin to CAC. I also have GSA CC's but only have about 4 or 5 of the easier CC dates to collect. All cc's combined I'm around 20 coins. You have an excellent collection going! I looked up the 1885-O for the PCGS GSA page and there are very few examples. That is a nice coin to have. I would love to see your collection someday. Do I find the collection under your name at PCGS?
Thank you for watching and commenting! I sent the bulk of my Carson City coins out to CAC recently. I'll do a follow up video on the collection soon. Take care Mister T!
Bro this video is amazing! So is the collection you have man! Wow! These coins are awesome! I only have the 1880-CC currently in slab, but they're on my list for sure! You have awesome high grades of those! Great video man, i'm feeling inspired! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you sir! Carson City Morgans are the focus point of my numismatic collection. I like them because it's a short series with just 13 dates to collect. Appreciate the kind words and compliments! If I end up showing a Capped Bust coin someday on my channel..it's your fault, LOL!
Thank you for checking out the CC Morgan collection! These coins have been my focus on the numismatic side of what I like to collect. I got back into the hobbie a couple years before prices went sky high. Take care and have an excellent week ahead Brad😊👍
Hey Silver Wolverine, thanks for checking out the CC collection! I love the US mint videos you post, very helpful. Been getting a lot of shipping notifications today, so that 2021 collection will be here soon.
That is an unbelievable collection my friend!! You have really excelled in gathering the best.Morgans. Norman Biltz would be proud. ! That must have set you back a few dollars? Kudos
Thank you for the kind words and compliments! This set is the cornerstone of my numismatic collection. I'm still working on upgrading certain cions in the set. So far I have upgraded the 29 and 90 plus had some coins CAC'ed. Yes- expensive to collect but also a good long term investment (I hope anyway😊)
Nice collection! Question: SOME of your coins have an S to the left of the dollar sign, such as the 1893-CC S$1. Any idea why the S is there? I have a Morgan graded by NGC with that S designation as well and can’t find anything on the NGC website that provides any clarity.
@@SilverStruck Lmao….After looking at a bunch of slabs, including gold coins……they use the S to signify silver and similarly, they put a G before the dollar sign on the gold coin slabs. 🤷♂️🙃🙄🥸🤣
I wished they would let you list NGC with the PCGS I have a few NGC Morgans I have some nice Nice NGClike my 1894 P in MS63. I have a bunch of Morgans just raw. When I sent in my first set of Morgans CC GSA I had them brake them out of the case But they did put on the slabs GSA Hoard so that was nice them I started to think and I bought another set just to have the GSA holders with them. I went even more by buying the GSA CC already graded in the big case. That's why I have so many of the CC. I have a 1885 CC That I had them take out of the case. This was a true Beauty even PL when I got it back from PCGS it had a big scrape on the cheek and all what I got was a ungraded coin. I swear the coin did not have it when I sent it in. But you can't prove anything after they have them for 3 or 4 months. So if you send coins in. to get graded take a picture of what you send in. I might also mention I'm a silver and gold stacker.
That's great advice Richard- taking pictures of your coins prior to sending them in for grading. I've had several collectors reach out to me with similar experiences as your scratched coin. In the past, I've only sent in a handful of raw coins to be graded. It's safer to purchase graded coins, so you don't have one come back cleaned. I once bought a BU 1885CC from my LCS and some time went by before I sent it in...a year or more. It came back as cleaned- everyone was shocked. The LCS gave me my money back on that one, lol!
I wish I had upgraded that 1890 last year or the year before. The pricing for the Morgan's, especially the CC's has gone so high now. Thanks for checking out the video! When I you said you liked blast white Morgan's, I figured you might like to see that coin set. Your channel is awesome, keep up the great work! I'll be looking forward to more JG vids👍👍
The best places to buy CC Morgans are coin shops and coin shows. It's best to hold the coin in your hand before buying it, that way to can really examine the coin and see the luster. If you have to buy on-line, I have good luck with trusted Ebay sellers and the major auction houses such as Stacks and Bowers and Great collections.
You two have a great silver stack going! Adding some older graded coins wouldn't be a bad idea. It's a different market so the price doesn't go up and down with spot price.
Congratulations on finishing your set! It's a big accomplishment as there are no inexpensive CC's. I just got my set back from CAC and four got the green bean, so that was nice.
When you're showing off your coins people are looking at them vicariously through you. So, you should roll the coin around and make the cart wheels move so we can actually see the coins better. You were basically holding the coins where the light was flooding the coin out, we couldn't see any detail.
I agree with you- I need to change my lighting. Part of the reason I hold the coins like that is because it's easy to face reveal in the reflection of the slab. That is a long video, thank you for hanging in there and watching it!
I am doing the same & I only have 6 of the 13 ccs! Wonderful video, mine were all Bought slabbed so I think I am on the right track. Wonderful video. I started collecting During the pandemic! Received (purchased) a bag of Morgan’s from an estate. My name Is Dianne. Thank you!,d
HI Dianna, thank you for watching and leaving a comment! Sorry that video is so long, lot's of information to get through. Glad to hear you are putting a CC set together, very nice! I highly recommend buying your high value Morgans slabbed and graded, so yes- right track for sure, imo.
The 85 is easier found in MS. Low mintage year but many survived in great condition. As you know 1889 is a hard year in any condition. I hope you complete your collection soon, sounds like your close!
Just came across your set this morning. Thank you for sharing. Reminded me of the time my father gave me his entire set of Morgan and Peace dollars back in the late '80's after I had started collecting coins. I was living in the Bay area south of San Francisco and my folks were living in Southern Oregon, having moved there from the Big Hole valley in Montana. My family had a large mercantile and implement business there for over 65 years. My father collected silver dollars at the time and had built up over a couple complete sets of both Morgan and Peace dollars. Every night after the store closed he would go through the dollars acquired in the daily sales and trade out the poorer dollars in his collection for better ones that came in that days sales. Unfortunately for me he sold off most all his Carson City dollars before bequeathing to me his entire collection. There were two or three still in his possession when he gave them to me.
I love hearing stories like yours, thank you for sharing. My father also passed down his collection of circulated Morgan and Peace dollars to me and others in my family. Same here- a few CC's but all the better date and condition coins had been sold off for different reasons. I took a long break from collecting. When I circled back to coin collecting, I was fortunate to be able to collect MS coins. Still have all my dads coins and plan to pass them down to my children. I'm glad you where able to have coins passed down to you from your dad. Great comment, thank you for taking the time to post it here.
One thing else I have is bought a Sigma Metalytics Verifier. you would be surprised how many counterfeit coins are out there. I have bought raw and have been fooled a couple of times. When you get a raw check it with the ping, the weight, overall look, and test for silver and do the magnet test. a din magnet down the slop of the coin.
I suppose it's possible there is a reflection as slabbed coins can be hard to show on camera. Is there a certain coin you have a question about? I still have most of these in the collection minus a few upgrades.
Enjoyed your video of your collection. I found out through both NGC and PCGS the common mistakes collectors at any level make is not knowing when a coin is graded it is done so by focusing mainly on the obverse. I'm collecting CC CAC MS66 and up, certainly a rich man's sport..
I talk with several collectors, including one that has just finished collecting all thirteen CC years all in all MS and CAC. That's quite an accomplishment, especially in MS66 or better! I sent all the coins you see in the is video out to CAC a month ago...except the 1881 of course. I'm starting the process of collecting in all MS with cac myself. Your right, very expensive!
Thank you GD, I really appreciate your kind words and support! Your one of only a handful of people I know that have a complete date set of CC Morgan's.
HI Silver Surfer! Sorry for the late reply, it's been a busy weekend. Thank you for checking out the CC Collection, I appreciate that. I saw my 21's are processing but not out for delivery yet....can't wait to see these coins! Glad your getting your orders- very cool!👍👍
I live in Australia.I got a Morgan 1879 CC no grading . Looking my other coins ,he would be MS 68.I dont whant to take the risque to send to USA I am worry to lost this coin? Can you tel my what to do.Tank you very much.
I understand you concern 100%. The highest grade given to the 1879CC by either NGC or PCGS is a MS66. Those coins sell for 100K+. That said, if your coin is anywhere near the grade of a MS66, you have a very expensive coin. Several options to consider: I would first check with the grading companies and see if any of them will be heading to a coin show in Australia. Sometimes you can have your coin graded at a US coin show by the grading services, so maybe there is an opportunity to have your coin graded locally at a coin show? It takes months to get a coin back from the grading services, they are far behind. If you did decide to mail the coin, check out US registered mail. Not sure if it works Internationally but worth a try. I'd sent it registered mail and insure the coin for 150K. You could Fly to the US and hand deliver the coin to a grading service and wait for the results before heading back to Australia. I imagine you would need to make an appointment. For a six figure coin, it may be worth it. Hopefully, I have answered your question. Sounds like you have an excellent coin- congratulations! 1879CC is a hard year to get in high grade.
@@SilverStruck Thanks so much - I do appreciate your help/advice.I will look for a coin show in Australia. I love the Morgan coins that I have from 1878 - 1921b(not the 1895). I recently bought 10 Morgans 2021 PCGS MS70. Thanks again
Beautiful collection, absolutely stunning. I love Morgan Dollars, the most beautiful coin they ever made. I love the blast white frosty coins too, I buy a lot of S mint, the San Fransisco mint made some beautiful coins.
Those S minted coins are wonderful! The more you collect the more you can see the difference between the US Mints of the day. I stick mostly with Carson City just because of the story/history and the demand of these coins for investment purposes. Good to see you Jimmy!
I have a Morgan dollar 1886 cc. But you said they did not make them in 1886.. I can't find out anything about it. If you could help me out that would be awesome.. thanks
I hate to tell you this but you most likely have a fake coin. I promise you, Carson City did not strike a 1886 Morgan. That's why you can't find anything on your coin. Sorry Mallory. You could take the coin to a trusted coin dealer and verify what I'm telling you.
NICE set of CC's, and great video. I still need the 81, 85 and 91 CC's to finish my 1st Morgan album. I only need 8 coins total to finish the Date/Mint mark set.
That is amazing Doug, I'm not anywhere close to completing a date/mint mark set. Eight coins left to go- wow! At least the CC's you need aren't the hardest ones to get, you already have those.
@@SilverStruck Thanks. Like you I am very proud of what I have collected so far, and I'm still looking for some upgrades. Since I'm mainly collecting raw coins, it's a little harder to find them as I only buy from trusted LCS's. In the end I want to be able to say that I have 1 of the 100k sets possible, that is if there are still 100k 1893 S Morgan's in existence today.
Thanks awesome Robert! MS64 is a great grade for collecting Morgans. For this type of coin, I like PCGS as well- the two NGC slabbed coins I have in the video bug me-lol! I might send them to PCGS just so everything matches.
I know right, that 1880CC is one of my fav's? Just got 12 of the 13 coins back from CAC and four of them green beaned. They are still at the lcs, so I have not picked them up yet.
I've done better buying slabbed coins verse raw. Some of the key dates and Mint marks are five and six figure coins in high Mint State, so that' why you see some non-MS examples. Since this video posted the 79', 89', 90' and 93' all have the CAC green bean now.
Very nice! MS65 is a great grade to collect in, especially a nice CC like your 85'. I have a bunch of GSA CC's. Those are shown in a different video. In this video, I was showing my best examples at the time. Still working on this collection and have made an upgrade since this one posted.
Morgan dollar common date coins are easy to collect in slabs for sure. The Carson City Mint mark is very expensive to collect but you can find them. Thank you for checking out the CC collection!
Impressive collection of Carson City with that 1880 blowing me away beautiful coin! Some of theses I can only dream aboot 😎All I can say is wow!! and Congratulations Silver Stuck on undoubtedly the best collection of Morgan CC’s that I’ve ever seen.I’ve started a Dansco Morgan Silver Dollar collection with only 3 cc’s so far the 78,82& 90 for album fillers but not anything close of what you have, I also have the GSA 82-83&84 but I guess it’s a start!😎😂Thanks again for showing this impressive collection!😎🇺🇸
Collecting Morgans in a Dansco Album is a great collecting accomplishment! As you know- the Morgan had a long run, so that's a lot of coins and many key dates. I have not put together a Morgan date set myself. Thank you for checking out the CC collection! I appreciate your comment and kind words good sir!
@@MommaMolly I'm just asking- did you watch this entire video? The Carson City mint struck Morgan dollars from 1878-1885 and then from 1889-1893. The die's where then shipped to the New Orleans mint and re-tooled. There is a 1900 O/CC error coin. 1895CC and 1904CC dose not exist as the Carson City Mint closed it's doors in 1893. I fear you have some fakes. Get them checked out for sure.

54👍 Have to say Silver S, I wouldn't often watch a full 20 min video, but I did watch this. I don't have any slabbed coins but I am thinking of getting in as early as I can for a Brit, a Kanga, or a maple. If I can get a mint state 70 on a coin... I'd be keeping it for the duration of the year before thinking of selling it. I'm gonna do some more research on a slabbed coins. Great video. Looking forward to seeing more.
HI Coin Savvy, thanks for checking out the CC collection and watching the whole video! Sorry that video was so long, lots of coins to talk about on this one. I think you are smart to collect in MS70 for modern graded coins- that's the way to go for sure. Thanks again for watching, I do appreciate it!
Lucky 13 on the "CC" Morgan dollar. Impressive collection Silver Struck! I just got my 2021 CC in the mail. You need an electron microscope to see the mint mark but I like it. Very well done my friend.
Impressive CC collection, SS! The 85cc 6+ she is “smoking “hot ! Lol not easy to get 6 on any cc common dates, great job buddy! 80cc is the most interesting among the group, lots varieties to collect. I have a 80/79cc with rev 78, one of my favorites. Great stuff and thx for sharing!
Hey Ace, thank you for checking out my CC collection! Yes- that 85 is smoking hot indeed-lol! 80/79- that's a great variety to collect. I like the different variety coins as well, always a story to tell behind the coin to how the coin is different.

So awesome that you sent this along. Let me know what you would like in return for it, I will be glad to send you payment for it. This really helps me with the 1985 collection- just the 1/4 ounce to go now. Very thankful to you Mike, your the man!
Thanks for checking out the CC date set! That's the first time I completed a numismatic series. Of course to collect every Morgan would be a different story.
Yeah I've Lost a few buck over the year buying Raw and sending them in to get graded., coming back as cleaned. Over the years I have real good record keeping system so I can go back and trace who I got the coin from. All my Inventory on PCGS I fill out the form date from who'd Ebay #my cost and then I have a back up in my files plus I take pictures just incase of theft. You got to cover yourself all the way.. Just remember someone else wants what you have and they don't want to pay. ....You already did. If you notice on the bottom edge of the PCGS , newer ones, is a Laser number. keep that in your listing Some might sell you coins but you can always prove it's your by checking that number. Now with the new holders you can also check with and Iphone. There is a chip imbedded in the holder. I'm waiting for the day they put a nuke iD on the coin. It's coming.
WOW. What a collection!! I would be happy with just 1 graded CC Morgan dollar. I would love to get your channel stickers one day. Take care and be well. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Beautiful collection!
Thank you! I still have most of these coins and have upgraded a few since.
Beautiful set. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I sent the bulk of my Carson City coins out to CAC recently. I'll do a follow up video on the collection soon. Take care Mister T!

Thank you!👍👍
Bro this video is amazing!
Wow incredible collection man! And FU man 😂 I’m totally jealous.
Thank you for checking out the CC Morgan collection! These coins have been my focus on the numismatic side of what I like to collect. I got back into the hobbie a couple years before prices went sky high. Take care and have an excellent week ahead Brad😊👍
Dang. Now this is impressive
Hey Silver Wolverine, thanks for checking out the CC collection! I love the US mint videos you post, very helpful. Been getting a lot of shipping notifications today, so that 2021 collection will be here soon.
halo my friend . please welcome
Thank you for watching, much appreciated!
You have an awesome collection. Best Regards!
Thank you! Still upgrading certain coins when I can but it's slow going. I have a MS 1890CC now so that was a good upgrade.
Beeeeeautiful!!!
Appreciate you watching CC!
Excellent question! I have noticed the "S" on both NGC and PCGS slabs. No idea why that is there, so if you find out, please let me know!
@@SilverStruck Lmao….After looking at a bunch of slabs, including gold coins……they use the S to signify silver and similarly, they put a G before the dollar sign on the gold coin slabs. 🤷♂️🙃🙄🥸🤣
@@TennTimes thank you for letting me know!
It should listed under RBHolmes
I will check out you collection today good sir!
That’s an impressive collection! I thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening.
Thank you! That's one of my longer videos-only the true collectors sit through that one😊
Wow!!! Amazing Carson City set 👍
I’m so jealous 😂😂😂
Great video my friend
I wish I had upgraded that 1890 last year or the year before. The pricing for the Morgan's, especially the CC's has gone so high now. Thanks for checking out the video! When I you said you liked blast white Morgan's, I figured you might like to see that coin set. Your channel is awesome, keep up the great work! I'll be looking forward to more JG vids👍👍
crushed the like button my friend! Beautiful coins!
Thank you good sir!
Great video! I’m just starting out on my CC venture. Any tips and things to avoid? Best places to look for slabbed CC Morgans?
The best places to buy CC Morgans are coin shops and coin shows. It's best to hold the coin in your hand before buying it, that way to can really examine the coin and see the luster. If you have to buy on-line, I have good luck with trusted Ebay sellers and the major auction houses such as Stacks and Bowers and Great collections.
we need to get this Morgan dollars they are amazing great video
You two have a great silver stack going! Adding some older graded coins wouldn't be a bad idea. It's a different market so the price doesn't go up and down with spot price.
Great collection, thanx for sharing
HI Dan, thank you for watching!
Beautiful CC Collection!! I just finished my CC set two weeks ago.
Congratulations on finishing your set! It's a big accomplishment as there are no inexpensive CC's. I just got my set back from CAC and four got the green bean, so that was nice.
Beautiful collection.
Thank you! I have not changed it that much since this video posted👍
That is a long video, thank you for hanging in there and watching it!
super
Thank you very much for checking out the collection!
I am doing the same & I only have 6 of the 13 ccs! Wonderful video, mine were all
Bought slabbed so I think I am on the right track. Wonderful video. I started collecting
During the pandemic! Received (purchased) a bag of Morgan’s from an estate. My name
Is Dianne.
Beautiful collection, mine is more of a circulated collection, with the occasional GSA thrown in for fun. I’m still looking for the 85 & 89.
The 85 is easier found in MS. Low mintage year but many survived in great condition. As you know 1889 is a hard year in any condition. I hope you complete your collection soon, sounds like your close!
Holy moly! Very nice!
Carson City Morgans are my favorite coins to collect by far. Glad you enjoyed checking out the collection! That was one of my longer videos.
Beautiful Morgan Silver Dollar collection.
HI SST, Thank you for checking out the collection!
Beautiful Collection. enjoyed it
Thank you for checking out the collection Texas Joe!
Beautiful CC Collection! Thanks for sharing with us. 🔥 👍
Thank you CC Dollars! Love watching the CC dollars channel👍👍
Awesome CC Morgan Dollar !!!!
Thank you for checking out the collection!
This was an awesome education in CC Morgans. By far my favorite of your videos for the anecdotes and all. Thank you for your effort.
Thank you so much for the comment and compliment! Glad you enjoyed watching👍👍😊
Are we seeing a reflection of the walls colour on these coins?
I suppose it's possible there is a reflection as slabbed coins can be hard to show on camera. Is there a certain coin you have a question about? I still have most of these in the collection minus a few upgrades.
Very nice video! 🤠👍
Thank you for saying that, much appreciated👍👍😊
Great collection..👍👍
I really appreciate you checking out the CC collection! Thank you for watching and leaving a comment👍👍
Wow I'm jealous. I would love to get my hands on even just one CC.
The 1882-1884 CC's are the least expensive to collect in Mint State. Thanks for checking out the collection. Happy New Year!
@@SilverStruck oh awesome I'll take a look at those date ranges!
Those are some great looking Morgans. Thanks for showing
Thank you for checking them out, I appreciate that.
You rocked it my friend. Love the CC's and you put together a great collection of them.
That 89 was a nice gift.

Thank you GD, I really appreciate your kind words and support! Your one of only a handful of people I know that have a complete date set of CC Morgan's.
Beautiful collection. Missing one though... the 2021! HAHA Mine are out for delivery today. Video to come shortly!

Thank you my friends!
I live in Australia.I got a Morgan 1879 CC no grading . Looking my other coins ,he would be MS 68.I dont whant to take the risque to send to USA
I am worry to lost this coin? Can you tel my what to do.Tank you very much.
I understand you concern 100%. The highest grade given to the 1879CC by either NGC or PCGS is a MS66. Those coins sell for 100K+. That said, if your coin is anywhere near the grade of a MS66, you have a very expensive coin. Several options to consider:
I would first check with the grading companies and see if any of them will be heading to a coin show in Australia.
Gorgeous coins!
Thank you! Still working on this set when I can, I've been able to upgrade the 1890 and 1879 since the vid.
Ok. Thanks. Was hoping it with worth some $$$. It looks real
OMG what an amazing collection!! Great overview. Makes me want to get a few…after I win the lottery 😂 85 smoking a stogie
I love that 85 but the mark in the field just bugs me-lol! Thank you for checking out the CC collection, I really appreciate it👍👍
@@SilverStruck I know how that goes. Once you become aware of a mark or flaw it’s hard not to see it lol It’s STILL such a beautiful coin.
Man, that is an awesome Carson City Collection!! ❤️ 🔥 ❤️👍
Thank you very much for checking out the coins my friend!
Hey shopping and I know that's another number talented Animal Hospital
Either Google translate has failed you or you have a pet in need of a doctor
@@Stackinginvestments1 Excellent collecting goal for sure Doug! The 100K club, not many can say that.
I’ve been working on a better than 64 set in pcgs I’m 75% there. Awesome video.
Thanks awesome Robert! MS64 is a great grade for collecting Morgans. For this type of coin, I like PCGS as well- the two NGC slabbed coins I have in the video bug me-lol! I might send them to PCGS just so everything matches.
How did that 1880 CC not get PL?!
I know right, that 1880CC is one of my fav's? Just got 12 of the 13 coins back from CAC and four of them green beaned. They are still at the lcs, so I have not picked them up yet.
Yeah, buying raw coins is always kinda iffy. I prefer stabbed specimens but ya really gotta pay for anything above a 63.
I've done better buying slabbed coins verse raw. Some of the key dates and Mint marks are five and six figure coins in high Mint State, so that' why you see some non-MS examples. Since this video posted the 79', 89', 90' and 93' all have the CAC green bean now.
Most of my Morgan CC's aren't slabbed, however, I have an 1885 CC PCGS slabbed MS 65 GSA Morgan Silver Dollar. It appears you don't have any GSAs.
Very nice! MS65 is a great grade to collect in, especially a nice CC like your 85'. I have a bunch of GSA CC's. Those are shown in a different video. In this video, I was showing my best examples at the time. Still working on this collection and have made an upgrade since this one posted.
Are they easy to collect in slabs? After I finish my Peace Dollars I am looking for the next slab collection
Morgan dollar common date coins are easy to collect in slabs for sure. The Carson City Mint mark is very expensive to collect but you can find them. Thank you for checking out the CC collection!
Skip is such a great interview
We have 3 cc morgan Dollars we can't find anything on 1895 one can you please help.
I'm glad to help if I can. To start with- the Carson City Mint did not strike a 1895 Morgan dollar. The last year was 1893 for the CC's.
@Silver Struck ummmmmmm I have a 1882 1895 and 1904 with cc on the back as well has they ting like silver. I am going to get them authenticated.
@Silver Struck what does that mean if they are real. And I have pictures of it, but I am afraid of fake aging.

This is an impressive and beautiful collections. Its a dream to have such a beautiful set of coins. Congrats my friend.
