Thank you, today I notice a small puddle of diesel fuel under my 85 300D and found fuel around the base of the injector for cylinder 5. I actually replaced all of my return lines about 6 months ago, but your experience tells me that I should still try replacing first.
It was the base of ot leaking ? I have the same problem it looks like the very end of the return hose is wet on mine I cleaned it off and it was coming from the line any ideas ? On how to tell if they are bad?
I just got an 87, same as you, was sitting for at least 3 years. Many issues, so far. Many different ways to remedy these issues. 1. New fuses. That did wonders. 2. Rheostat dimmer switch. Dash lights working. 3. New grease on window frames. Atleast the front windows work now. 4. Now the car died, and is sitting in the driveway. See one injector leaking pretty profusely. Runs like something broke, I just don't know what. I know the engine was replaced at 300000 miles, currently has 322000. Same as you, tranny leaks also, love your vids, keep em coming!
The other day, engine didn't have power, the next day, ran awesome, then next day, left me stranded had to get a tow from a friend. Engine starts, but extremely rough, white smoke, smells weird.
What size are these? I am having a fuel leak dropping on the ground and surely this is my problem. I have a 1997 e300 diesel. I will try to find your other video you said you will make
I have the problem on a Mercedes B180 model w245 but I cannot remove the dirty because it is hard. I found it is called the black death. How to remove?

I put some moly grease on the joints of the electric window hinges inside the door panels, they get dry from years of water seeping through.
