I found new injectior nozzles for 8 dollars each from star diesel on the internet.they all use the same nozzles the 240 d 300 d and I think the turbo use them too.sd240 nozzels.i add a shim and replace the nozzles as their so cheap. I need to get the prechamber remover tool from mercedes source and always remove those too when replacing nozzels. And new injector seat rings when rebuilding them.
By the way my W123 240D is a bit more quiet. I put some Marvel Mystery Oil in the fuel and that makes it run with less noise and keeps the fuel system clean and with more pep. I just wish Michelin still made the 20570r14 tires. I have even read where some individuals have put on the 205 75r14 which is better at highway speeds.
@@mjmcomputers one of the tire brands that makes the 205/70r14 is Uniroyal. Hankook also makes that tire size. It makes a bit of difference on the highway because it drops the ram's slightly.
This one had a problem with the injector body and had to be swapped for another. You may be able to take yours apart and clean everything up real well. Make sure it’s not just your return lines leaking and running down.

I need to buy tires and am having a hard time deciding what to get. I do think I’ll step up to a 205 instead of the 195 I have now.

Working great, I just need to get the vacuum leaks fixed so it blows out the right vents.
