rhythm games have no variation, they are one of the only games you can truly play blindfolded. every time you play a stage it will be exactly the same, you improve by memorizing patterns, that just takes it to the extreme. it's not that hard for this genre.
My first 3+ years of Project Diva (started playing when Extend was still pretty new) I didn't realize the dpad was usable for anything besides the double presses and I got to a skill level of being just barely (sometimes, if I was lucky) able to do Intense Singing with only buttons, no dpad
I've been playing this game for roughly 6 years and it hurts to see how good some of these dudes are TT Really cool. I'm impaired compared to these guys but I still enjoy the game

Getting Perfect by listening only the rhythms must have taken hell lot of dedication that we can possibly think of. Where I can't even touch Extreme difficulty with eyes open. These guys are extremely talented, kudos to them, they took things to the next level.

Perfecting a song while pausing all the time can take quite a lot of skill I think.
Yes it can cause it takes time and you can mess up easily by pressimg a wrong button
It would take some skill for sure, a normal song is like 3 minutes, pausing every second would of taken him at least 15-30minutes lol
