This game made me go on a Green fast. Next five episodes are gonna be non-green decks for me 😅✋ I regret nothing
Such a degenerate deck! GG
😂
Sometimes you have to eat your vegetables :D
Where did you get that cool floating mana tracker you used at 7:30?
time for aggro goblins instead.
Oh my god Tomer is so excited to get revenge lmao
It finally happened
As he should be! This was years in the making lol
It was beautiful.
Since a lot of people have asked about this, Tomer's spell were getting a reduction from Eluge which is why he could cast things on the cheap even through the God-Pharaoh's Statue.
Thank you. I've had to explain this a lot in the comments, lol.
Maha effects base toughness , so it just give eluge a +1 to toughness since eluge is treated as 0 toughness
@@marcelinorodriguez7628 no, it's a * / * where the * are the number of islands you control, it replaces the variable by 1 which when reduced kills it instantly as well. cards that get +1/+1 from whatever do get to live
3:55 omg the throwback! One of my favorite moments in Commander Clash reenacted.
which episode was that?

Commenting to feed the all knowing algorithm and for a random compliment you all have one of the best layouts for commander which is made even more impressive when you guys are across the world!
Thanks!
Tomer finally gets his revenge on Seth after 7 years. What a day to celebrate XD
“What does Vorinclex do?”
“Vorinclex is a 7/6 trample… oh there’s more…” 😂
Tomer actually not letting Richard getting away with it and getting the most incredible revenge arc? Love to see it
Richard‘s reaction when Phil plays ramp: „Are we dead?“ Always. 😃
Classic Richard political moment.
Already thinking about searching for all „are we dead?“ clips and creating a compilation
Please do @@symmetric_beats
@@symmetric_beatsdo it… we also need a “Wait, Are We Dead? - Richard” shirt
I already found 77 „are we dead“ quotes
I wish I was capable of feeling even just 1% of the emotion Tomer feels at saying Clash On.
Tomer: I've finally gotten my revenge!!!!
Seth: awww Tomer good for you.
Seth is so wholesome.
When Phil said “OOO LA LA THE TOP IS HOT BABY” I almost ascended to godhood from laughing so hard.
Love seeing Phil get his win now that Crim isn't there to hate on him lol
Without Crim to keep him in check because no one else runs enough removal, it will be the season of Phil.
Richard untapped his lands even though they were stunned from Vorinclex earlier. Vorinclex stun effect persists even if he's removed.
watching Tomer try to play Winter Orb twice and having Stasis but getting rekt by God Pharaos Statue was basically like:
staxing :)
getting staxed :(
Wondering why Tomer needed revenge? Check out season 2 episode 29. th-cam.com/video/U3HI1CGoLHk/w-d-xo.html
After years the promised time has come.
Everyone should watch this - top Clash moment.
Is it revenge when you are the first one to lose?
@@nathand6467 greatness at any cost
@@nathand6467you play and lose many games. Of the thousands you’ll end up playing many will just be memories of maybe a feeling. This was a rare opportunity for a memory that will stick forever.
Revenge is a dish best served cold but holy hell Tomer, I wish I had someone to hold me like you held that grudge XD
I only just now realized that with the fetch trigger on the stack, the land is in the graveyard. Which is really neat if in response to cracking the fetch you activate surveyor's scope. It wasn't done here, but even if Richard waited to ramp that play was available to Tomer so shortcutting didn't matter
Yep, he could’ve held up the scope until Seth’s turn to get the full 3 lands by doing this while still being able to fetch and pop scope during Phil’s turn if he needed to
@@lesternomo6578 i think justwantawholename means Tomer couldve cracked his fetch and in response to the search(while he has 1 land) he couldve cracked the scope and got 3 lands from it before resolving the fetch search
By doing it the way he did, he unknowingly played around the Oppo agent Seth had though.
Tomer could have been even more sweaty with the scope and after Seth's turn he cracks the scalding tarn in response when he only has one land in play because the tarn is on the stack he cracks scope and gets three islands and then resolves his tarn for another.
5:12 tomer: “it’s not about winning or losing…it’s about sending a message.”
Love the pettiness early on from Tomer
This episode is sooo funny. Love goldfish! Watch a lot of magic gameplay yet Goldfish is the only channel worth the religious same day watch.
Everyone one is personable & keeps the salt levels expressed positively, interesting builds/themes. One of the biggest distinctions is that everyone is also really good at magic/deck building, so the games are always swingy with smart lines/plays.
Feel like most channels only hit on one or two of those points, but Goldfish does it all.
Perfect timing! Now i can watch commander clash while eating :)
CRAP. YOU BEAT ME BY EIGHT SECONDS. UGH!
Phil forgetting about how Opposition Agent works and ramping Seth was hilarious.
This was easily one of my favorite games of commander clash I've watched in a long time
I love how much you guys love crim when he is gone and hate him when he is there
Crim somewhere out there cursing at having missed this episode
the theme is salty decks and Tomer instantly begins playing an entire game of spite plays 😂 so appropriate for the theme
19:32 finale is a fantastic card on that board. He can’t oppo your graveyard.
My joy from this is astronomical. Good work tomer
The salty weeks are always such wildly fascinating games so far, it's becoming one of my favourite themes.
Will crim now do a 2 hour video on how to lose your friends seeing as Tomer did when you were talking about basic lands without him
I'm pretty sure Massacre Girl says "if its toughness was less than 1", ie it doesn't work on x/1s
Edit: But neither can I read, because I didn't notice that Massacre Girl also gives all of your creatures Wither
Exactly what i wanted to comment, there's no draw trigger unless Seth has a -1/-1 effect !
True, but any creatures that died to Seth’s creatures in combat will trigger Massacre Girl due to her giving all Seth’s creatures Wither.
All his creatures have either your silly silly boy
@@SmugLookingBarrel seth read the card wrong when he cast it but never misplayed it
was mono colour also a theme this week lol
We all know why Crim was not allowed on today’s episode….
His Miku deck was there at least, only Phil accidentally put Vorinclex as his commander.
I think he's just out for the season, like tomer for the previous one
Really wild to see the amount of interaction from channels to other quirky effects. Glad you all were able to have fun with all the insanity.
I cant stress enough how much I love the cameras and live MTG rather than MTGO. I love the cast and everything, but now, watching it doesnt hurt! Love u all.
AS a big green big monsters enjoyer, this wouldn't lose me as a friend Phil, I'd love it so much and would be honored to lose to such greatness
Love the throwback to the greatest moment in Commander Clash history. Been waiting for the revenge forever
Thanks for finally playing Maha and Eluge, been waiting for them for like 3 weeks
jeeze some of these plays were really somethin else lol
tbh Tomer won with that early play, it didn't even matter how the rest of the game went.
Rofl, this is probably my favorite game I've watched from you guys
The back and forth was hilarious
Phil doing the Crim job of being the stax player. Scary stuff.
Green is fun!!
This episode was so good! Tomer had me cracking up all episode love watching you guys play and all your personalities interacting :)
My wife's tinybones is only hated on more by her Toxrill deck. Love to see it
This was one of the best Clashes ever, having the payoff from the season 2 episode is like cinema-level callback!
Crim's jimmies would be so rustled seeing a mono-green deck win.
Great show all!
And all was right with the world
I bet if anything he’s sipping a cocktail on a beach somewhere laughing to himself that they’re all getting steam rolled because he’s no longer there to police the board for Richard and Seth 🤣
I can just tell from the thumbnail this is gonna be a good video
Shoutout to the Clash editor because the full VODs for these have to be insane. It goes from daylight to dusk in Phil's window in the course of what for us is less than an hour.
Also It's fun to see Phil unleashed every now and then. Still though, Green is disgusting. Vorrinclex didn't even really contribute to all that disgustingness.
I do miss seeing everyones hands.
Tomer with the wonderful Tony Szczudlo islands! A man of culture...
Had to pause the video.
FACTS! SETH IS SPEAKING FACTS! Mirage is peak old basics.
The Count of Tomer Cristo over there
The ramp deck is brutal to watch but I'm still just happy Richard didn't get away with it.
Opened a maha in my draft! Looking forward to see the card play! Have a blessed weekend everyone 🙏
The amount of blunders in this episode 😂😂😂
I'm in love with Phil's deck. Green nonsense at its absolute finest
Same
Tomer and Phil on fire this game! Congrats on finally achieving your revenge against Seth king 👑
No one realized that if the decree of pain resolved, Richard would try to draw 1000 cards, lose the game, and never actually resolve the blood artist triggers
I was so excited to see painful quandary appear on the screen, such an underrated card with Kaervec the merciless
That was a beautiful game! So much mana staxxing!
Great game. Well played everyone.
Masacre Girl, Known Killer requires toughness *less than* 1, so it doesn't directly work with Maha. Though it would work with Maha+Night of Souls Betrayal combo.
All of his creatures have wither
Best part of my month is the one time something happens that totally blindsides Phil and he hits me with the "Cheesus Christ"
I never realized that Tomer laughs like Seth Rogen in Pineapple Express.
The memories!! Great stuff
The cycle is complete, the trumpets blare, the four horsemen ride. Tomer has finally commandeer-strip mined seth, and now the world has served its purpose.
18:57 you can choose to search your graveyard with Finale of Devastation, and not be affected by Opposition Agent.
I don’t know if I missed something, but you can represent the swarm as 2 to the power of x… where x increases for each land
You can, but that's gonna be more work for the table on average to track. The decimal system works just fine for the first 10-12 iterations. After that most tables just stop counting. 2048 scutes might as well be infinite in most games.
Should Tomers lands have untapped after he cyc-rifted? Im legit not sure. I usually remember that being the exact reason why clex is so annoying. The person who dealt with it usually gets screwed the most.
The islands with flood counties only count when your commanders out on the islands battlefield as islands. When he is not on the battlefield, they're not islands
"its an island in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it"
Tomer: "justice demands retribution!"
Uther would be proud.
It's so nice to see Tomer again :3
When you “got” tomer like that for the world to see, id expect 7 years is not enough to get over such disparities; bad trade but deserved…get commandeer strip mined seth haha
I think there was a missplay around minute 21:00. Richard's card say that a player discards if hey succesfully cast a card, but since Tomer Swan Song his enchantment, Richard shouldn't discard, neither draw a card with Tiny Bones' effect.
Nah he still 'successfully' (old wording) casts it. It just did not resolve.
@@Aronia55 And how would you unsuccesfully cast a card back in the days (with the old ruling/wording)?
@@ODIRGO Honestly no clue what they meant. :p. Maybe that you succesfully put it on the stack? Old cards tend to have some strange wording because the rules were different or not nearly as well defined.
This is the modern wording:
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player discards a card.
That Voreclex would have never made the board if Crim was in this game.
That Resculpt should have hit the statue :D
I don't know why I like God Pharoah's Statue, but I do, so it was great to see it showcased.
If any episode needed a second game it was this one. We were robbed of more Tomer going crazy for revenge.
Phil needed concordant crossroads, proxy that card.
@47:00 Wouldn't Richard die to decking during the resolution of Decree of Pain (the draw isn't a may) and thus remove any triggers created by Blood Artist from the stack, saving everyone? Thus, wouldn't it have been in Tomer's best interest to let the Decree resolve, killing Richard and wiping Phil's insane board?
He cycled it not cast so he wouldn't draw cards for each creature dying.
@@Jori_en ah yes, missed that he cycled it. ty
45:12 tergrid staring at them fetches…
Fantastic episode
No Tergrid? I retired that deck almost instantly after seeing all my friend's reaction to it
Seth: "I can't do anything, I'm locked under God-Pharaoh's Statue"
Tomer: "Four mana exactly, Cryptic Command"
How did no one call this out😅
He paid for it fully. Eluge reduces the cost of his first spell each turn by 3 and he had 3 Islands open, meaning he could pay for the Statue tax.
@@totakekeslider3835 good catch
What a fun game!
Bro they always seem to mess up Cascade and how the triggers work.
Richard telling the table they're on old narratives was sooooo ironic as Richard's narrative is the longest running on Clash...
8:57
truly 4 decks that would drive me insane!
I now have a dream of playing Tomer exactly twice in my life. Once ASAP, and then once more in about 20+ years so one of us can get payback on the other
Phils camera made it look like he was moving via stop motion
Finale of Devastation for 0 gets Dryad Arbor (which isn't enough to restart the Kodama combo if you have no 3 drops in hand but it makes 1002 more scute swarms)
Could we get an explaination why at 1:57 Phil performs hideaway 4 and places a card under his Mosswort Bridge, then at 2:27 during Seth's turn just before Tomer takes Seth's Mind Stone he takes it out from under the Bridge and puts it into his hand?
I think the integrity of the games put up on your channel is important and that seems like a rather difficult situation to be an "accident". I'm not trying to be accusatory, which is why I'm asking for clarification on what happened there.
Every countdown I can't help but "4...3...2...1... Eaaarrthhh beeelloowww uss driiiifting falllllinnggg"
Tomer could've tried for an extra land with the surveyors scope. Play the fetch land, wait for Seth to play a 3rd land, crack the fetch, crack the scope in response.
It's amazing how Phil's decks (all of them) are Nadu decks, even without Nadu. 10+ minutes turns...
For the game, really funny game.
Spoiler blocker
very interesting game and with lots of "fun" lol, I think playing mono coloured decks worked against them not being able to remove the artifact phil resolved, would love to see them try another round of super stax/hate decks with more colour combinations
Imagine how many lands Phil would have if not for that Opposition Agent
