Can bracing a weapon bear blunt force blocks? For instance if someone who you’ve engaged say has a heavy metal rod and takes a swing which you fail to side step. Would beating that swing with your weapon be possible without losing it?

Etsy's got antiques. There are still makers in India but the old ones will be better.
