    At the end of this meditation today, when you said let the mind go where it wants, my mind allowed me to feel awake in the present moment, an awakening that caught me by surprise. What an achievement! Thank you DTM. ADB,MD

    This meditation for anxious thoughts follows one for anxiety and fear which I suggest might be useful as a way to solidify effectiveness instead of practicing one long drawn-out lengthy meditation! By the way, I think both of these meditations are amazing! I found at the end of each one, when you say let the mind go where it wants, my mind went to relaxation! It is so nice of you!

    This was a very interesting meditation today because I just felt anxious thoughts instead of the stronger feeling of anxiety and when you asked to just let the mind go where it wants to go, this time it just stayed still and wanted to just wait and listen to any further instructions from you. This seems to me a sign of progress as the discomfort of anxiety was so much milder! I may be giving you now something to think about!
