      How to deal with intrusive visualisations that come automatically like a knife coming with speed towards my neck 😢
      Such things and fearful things are getting auto visualized in my mind from some time.
      I am very very distressed, i am trying things but it is not cured 100% and it comes back some times 😢
      Can someone help

    The whole body scan was a really good thing for me. In fact, when your meditation ended, I continued on for another several minutes with the body scan. I appreciate you for making these videos, friend. Thank you!

    Intrusive thoughts (sigh) they suck, I've had them for quite some time it's pushed me to insanity, but learning to live with them for so long I can identify what helps. First of all, instead of lying in bed allowing them to consume you (which is also really annoying because all you wanna do is lie in) go out for a run or do something productive, that will help your mind, read a book, meditation helps wonders. During stressful time with school or work or other things, with the help of meditation you slowly build that root connection back in control with your brain, it's not easy and some days it will feel like day 1 all over again but bring awareness back to the breath. Sometimes you have to ride out the storm, but aftwards always try to do something that will help the mind, exercise, meeting friends, playing games / watching movies. I hope for the intrusive thoughts to go and know they will, but always remember you are not your thoughts.❤

    I liked this a lot. It added a challenge given the fact that it was only voice, I rarely had a guided meditation without background music.

      @@monbub same bro same. i saw a video of a guy explaining how he lost his overhinking thoughts. he starting getting calm and connected his thoughts and going back to see where it came from. because it comes from a problem. then he said he found out the problem, got high asfuck from it and just lost his thoughts

      Me too sometimes, i feel like what makes them come back and stay there so often or come at the worst timings is the fact that they are labeled as disturbing or bad, even tho they are weird, try not judge, accept it like any other random thought and then let it go #

      @Mackenson Kulan srry bro i cant find the tiktok where the guy explains it let me just tell you how he does it. he basically gets high from just observing it and it connects like all the thoughts connecting to eachother. this can find the cause of ur intrusive thoughts mine went away from doing it im pretty sure

    This did help. I was having really intrusive thoughts and this helped by bringing my mind back to my body. I started getting more control over these thoughts. Letting them pass verses dwelling on them & doing a whole long OCD regimen that makes the thoughts even longer by coming back to my body scan and letting them pass which is hard for me.

    This was really great! Could you do some 2-5 minute meditation on craving? I CRAVE sweets at night and I am trying to (eventually) cut sweets out of my diet. Something short to break the cycle would be wonderful!

      If I can give my simple advice is try going a month without sweets or every form of high sugar products you eat. (Biscuits,very sweet yogurts etc…) then notice how you want to eat less sugary things for your own benefit (teeth, breath, slimmer body, good heart pace, less stress)
      The key is moderation IMO, that’s coming from someone who really liked sweet things that’s how I began responsible with keto diet at first. Then I realised I preferred being healthy

    I've been using declutter for a while now and found it extremely useful, I'm struggling with mornings when I wake early and these thoughts/conversations start and are relentless. It's a practice I keep telling myself, am I doing something wrong?

    • @DeclutterTheMind
      @DeclutterTheMind  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nothing wrong, sounds like an average mind. Keep practicing. The fact that you are aware of these thoughts and are not lost in them is a good first step.

    So.. i’m autistic and tend to overthink and irrationalize a lot.. i went to the store today, and the seller looked like she had a cold sore or some red spots around her lips, i don’t know. Anyways, worrying lots about that because some people spit while they talk and stuff so i’m probably worrying for nothing right now, thinking i got a coldsore or smth. Hoping this meditation will help.
