    Love your work! Your club sandwiches and this cheese platter were very popular when hosting people- thank you so much! And I love your cute kiwi accent ❤️ Where did you buy the blackboard cheese board?

      Thanks for your lovely comment. So glad your sandwiches and cheeseboard were enjoyed and popular! Well done! A family member kindly made my blackboard cheeseboard for me. It's so cool, isn't it!

    Should I remove the red wax from gouda before serving? If so, how should I do it? With a knife/peeler?

    • @EasyPeasyKitchen
      @EasyPeasyKitchen  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I like keeping the wax on for presentation purposes, but it will easily peel off to eat. You can just lift it with your finger or the tip of a knife and it'll pull away.

    Do you have suggestions for how the guests should slice their cheeses and help themselves to other foods?
    Likewise, how do guests deal with their empty plates?

    • @EasyPeasyKitchen
      @EasyPeasyKitchen  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You would need to put cheese knives out on the board for your guests to use to cut the cheese. Small tongs can work for the other components.
      I'm not sure what you mean about the empty plates...?

    I really enjoy your common sense but not often observed insights into presentation!

    I like Chinese-style candied walnuts, which are easy to make (coat walnuts with sugar, then deepfry them so the sugar caramelizes) I garnish both savory and sweet things with them.

    As a 1st Gen Migrant to this beautiful ANZ continent, I was amused to see these cheese boards in social gatherings. Always used to know how they are put together. Thanks for your video. Glad to learn about it now. Sub'd

    Looks good. How do you eat the cheese? No video shows if special utensil is needed or bare hands is ok or maybe knife for each of the cheeses.. ?

    Thanks your work is amazing would you also add at the end where to place your cheese knife for cutting and do you use tongs, etc to cut the cheese without making a mess,

    • @EasyPeasyKitchen
      @EasyPeasyKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว

      I usually rest the knife on the cheese it's intended for. I like the cheese knives with the prongs on the end to pick up the cheese which means you don't need to clutter the board with tongs too.
      I'll add them to future similar videos!

    I am delighted that is called a cheese board & not something I can’t pronounce. (I’m gonna Google the name that I’m thinking of and copy and paste.) charcuterie. 😅
    I had never thought of the green aspect of decorating the board. Thank you for the tip.

    • @EasyPeasyKitchen
      @EasyPeasyKitchen  25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Haha yes charcuterie can really be anything like this....or if it's mostly cheese go for a cheeseboard 😉. It's amazing what a pop of green can do to any food!!
