Respawnable Goron Weapons Location - The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

There is a 2nd stone smasher that respawns every blood moon. It is carried by a lizalfos on the back side of death mountain. To clarify by back side of death mountain I am referring to the side of the mountain that faces the eldin skeleton.
