God Bless you both. Our building (4 WFC) shook brutally when the 1st plane hit the North Tower. I can’t imagine what you felt. Our windows faced the Hudson so we thought we had a massive earthquake. I decided to smoke a cigarette and went down to the marina. On the way down, we saw people and smoke coming over the bridge from WTC to our Winter Garden. We found out a “Cessna” hit the building after we got outside. A few minutes later, the plane that hit your building knocked as us down as it came over the Hudson. I watched your horror emerge from that moment until I ran during the collapse. Bless everyone who was effected by the horrors of that day

I always remember Stanley going home and asking the Lord about 9/11 in the Bible and the Lord showed him Psalm 91:1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the Almighty! Amazing! Stanley humbled himself and asked the Lord to take over and that’s what happened! Many people have come to Christ through his testimony!
and what about all the other children of god that end up dying anyway? our god is not all good. although i believe in jesus christ and that there is a higher power, i cant help but feel embarrassed people still talk like this about Him. hes vengeful. he is ruthless. he is also compassionate. this dude got lucky as shit that day. that luck mightve been influenced by god, but dont praise god for it.
Lets not forget the motivation behind the hijackers was their God. I guess their's caught yours napping. I don't want this comment to sound disrespectful and i'd defend anyone's right to believe anything they want but i'm sick of hearing God being thanked as if we should be grateful for anything that was divinely allowed to happen that day good or bad. You can't have it just one way.
