    I have a 2016 pilot house 2320. Did you install the enclosure behind the steering wheel? Also the canopy looks great you installed.

    noticeable difference between the 250 to a 300?

      With the prop I have on now, I think so. I gta run to the marina tomorrow I’ll try to remember to get the specs of both props.

      @@solarfry hey bud, I sold that boat about 2 years ago. Didn’t get dimensions before sold. The newer Yamaha weighs a lot lighter than the old that’s why I went with a 300 though the recommended is 250 on older models

    would love to know how you warrantied a 06 out...?

      WOH I bought it used and the dealer gave me 6 months warranty. I was back and forth a few times until I blew that one and it was my fault because there was water in the fuel tank. The dealer took care of me when it can to upgrading to the 17’ 300. It had 2000 hours and a new powerhead. I’ve put close to 180 hours on it and it’s out of the warranty period. I have my local marina service it and its been great. The new motors last 3500-5000 hours if they’re well maintained and washed after every use.
